    Happy to share my experience at Quad Velachery. It's an awesome place to enjoy outdoor fitness. Invaluable Fresh air and sunshine are a bonus. Well equipped coaches are always a great inspiration. Their dedication and passion towards training is absolutely commendable. One hour of training thrice a week just flies leaving us feel energetic, youthful, confident and bubbling with positivity. It is a friendly atmosphere with people around encouraging one another and progressing continuously. Challenging and succeeding our own benchmark is the Mantra at Quad. I strongly recommend "The Quad" for the fitness population as it is value for money.

    The Coaches are Focused and Dedicated on each and every person. Excellent environment is set first, every session is pre-planned. One hour every day is spent at The Quad Velachery brings value to me. Just come leave the rest to the highly disciplined coaches, relax, have fun, enjoy, that is what I do. My Best Wishes to The Quad Velachery. I recommend The Quad, for everyone who want to get fit and challenge present lifestyle.

    if you haven't been able to commit to a fitness routine, Quad is for you. this is by far one of the best fitness programs in the city that focuses on form over results. Be it the trainers to students ratio, the workout routine or the centre by itself are all unparalleled.

    Funny how my date suggested that I should try the Quad and I did. And now the last 6 months, I definitely look forward to my early mornings. I had been a crossfitter and hence I was looking for something similar in the aspect of community for a workout while focusing on form and strength training. And the Quad team does a very good job at that. I have to mention the location head coach Sudeesh who to me appeared as someone who knew his first principles and correct any misgivings on form with great rationale and whys. His assistant quad team with Jobi and others have always been super attentive at class, and being able to give enough individual attention even if the class is full on attendance. I started crossfit because I wanted to strength train and be confident with Core work outs. While I love working out with barbells and thought you needed more to be effective and strength-train, Quad's simple approach with kettlebells proved me wrong. I was initially skeptical how they were going to do so, but I am a believer now! More power to this team and fitness org to grow even more bigger and scale keeping true to this quality. I think they sure will.

    The best place for the fitness training. I don't have much expectations while i joined here. I thought it would be like other gym workouts. But what i found was an excellent sessions and wonderful experience. You will never get bored of exercising. Ultimate workout plans and well experienced coaches. After 2 years of break also i don't have any other second thought of joining another gym/bootcamp. Thank you coaches for all your motivations and support 😊

    My favourite fitness experience till date! Love working with The Quad 3x a week - it’s my much needed endorphin rush. I joined the Boot Camp in the middle of the pandemic, after moving to a new city and finding myself completely devoid of any meaningful lifestyle, fitness routine or social interaction. I’m so glad I enrolled on a whim, just curious to see what an open air strength training experience would be like. The Quad’s biggest strength is its wonderful coaches who go the extra mile in getting to know you, your goals, your shortcomings etc. I hope to keep coming back for as long as I can!

    The Quads recently opened centre at Velachery is a superb place to train. There is 5000 sq ft of space at ur disposal for strength training, endurance training and sprinting. What makes me sign up for Quad ever quarter is that fact that no 2 days at the Quad are same. Work outs are designed in such a way that you can always expect the unexpected. The coaches r very knowledgeable and are always on hand to correct ur postures and give u small tips to lift better and heavier. Quad has now become part of my weekly routine and am always eagerly looking forward to training & socializing with my fellow quad mates.

    The Quad Bootcamp is one of the best places to train. The coaches here are exceptional. I like how they give cues and tips to get the most out of every workout. Their workout plan focuses on all the aspects of fitness like strength, endurance, and power. I would highly recommend "The Quad Bootcamp" to all!

    I have been going to the Quad for more than 7 years now. The quality of the coaches and the training program is unmatched. Sudeesh, the head coach is down to earth and is very approachable. The coaches and the community in the Quad is very friendly.

    Until 5 months ago I was constantly beating myself up about being overweight. My only goal was weight loss at that point. But,I wanted to try something different from the regular gym workout, something that involved training outdoors. I finally found quad. I must say I'm so glad I did. Its been the start of an amazing journey. I started to understand the roles of strength, endurance and mobility in improving my fitness level. I love that coaches Sudeesh, Jobi and Bharath always go the extra mile in personalizing workouts according to an individual's needs and requirements. The planning and execution of the training in every class is superb. I could always see the amount of time and dedication that the team puts into it. The classes are kept incredibly interesting and flexible with a unique mix of other fun activities which make the workouts all the more enjoyable. The whole training is set to help you constantly challenge and improve yourself while being a judgement free zone. I fully intend to continue training with quad for as long as I can. Absolutely recommend quad to anybody who's looking to improve their fitness while having an awesome time doing it ! Huge shout out to coaches Sudeesh, Jobi and Bharath - The Quad velachery team !!!

    I trained with coaches Sudheesh, Jobi and Bharat and I really enjoyed it there. They focus on mobility, skills and power, in that order to ensure injury free training. There is no pressure on you. You can exercise at your comfort level with the right push from the coaches to ensure that you progress at the right pace. I experienced significant gains in a short span of time. Totally recommended.

    It’s been a wonderful experience with Quad. I was suffering from chronic lower back issues for over 4 years now. I'll be honest, before joining here I had my apprehensions having tried quite a few options including pain meds and ayurvedic treatments which were only providing temporary relief. Within a few weeks of joining Quad, I could see a significant improvement primarily due to the way the moves are designed. I’d recommend folks with similar issues to try Quad for a quarter. Coaches here understand each individual's need and customize the program to help address specific concerns. Spending time at Quad helped me realize that health is an aspect many of us undermine until we hit a roadblock. Maintaining health improves the quality of life and the learnings from Quad help enable this, which eventually becomes a way of life. Kudos to coaches Sudeesh, Jobi, and Bharath for doing a wonderful job!

    My experience at the Quad bootcamp at Tiki Taka Velachery has been wonderful.The coaches Sudeesh and Jobi provide individual attention to everyone and drive the trainees towards improvement gradually and organically without rushing. Coach Sudeesh has also organised special classes for interested candidates for some moves like Kettlebell Swings and Cleans. The space at Tiki Taka Velachery is also favourable for short sprints based training

    I am getting trained in Quad for about a year now. When I joined I was expecting a regular gym with good guidance from coaches.But I found a very different and far more rewarding training experience in Quad. This is because of few things where Quad stands out 1.Preparedness- Planning and design of each session by coaching team is incredible. They don't just come and start suggesting something random. It's very obvious in each session that a good amount of time and thought is gone into planning of each session I take with them. 2. Attention to details - Although I enrolled for group sessions, I never felt so during the sessions. Coach to trainee ratio is worked out carefully .Everyone gets enough attention and more importantly every individual's body needs are identified carefully and training gets curated based on that. 3. Scientific and trained team of coaches- I see that coaches are not hired here. They are made within their school of thought. Every coach is trained to be scientific in their approach and their knowledge base is amazing.I am getting trained with Sudeesh and his team and I find them extremely good. 4.Passion - Quad is very serious about what they are doing.If you are someone who wants a dedicated training experience and are passionate about getting fit, this is the place for you. If you just want to have some cardio workouts and be happy with the initial weight loss, this isn't the place for you. Con : They seemed a little expensive for me when I started. But I realised the worth once I started training with them. Now I can certainly say my knowledge base in keeping myself fit is certainly better.
