I
was
constantly
beating
myself
up
about
being
overweight.
My
only
goal
was
weight
loss
at
that
point.
But,I
wanted
to
try
something
different
from
the
regular
gym
workout,
something
that
involved
training
outdoors.
I
finally
found
quad.
I
must
say
I'm
so
glad
I
did.
Its
been
the
start
of
an
amazing
journey.
I
started
to
understand
the
roles
of
strength,
endurance
and
mobility
in
improving
my
fitness
level.
I
love
that
coaches
Sudeesh,
Jobi
and
Bharath
always
go
the
extra
mile
in
personalizing
workouts
according
to
an
individual's
needs
and
requirements.
The
planning
and
execution
of
the
training
in
every
class
is
superb.
I
could
always
see
the
amount
of
time
and
dedication
that
the
team
puts
into
it.
The
classes
are
kept
incredibly
interesting
and
flexible
with
a
unique
mix
of
other
fun
activities
which
make
the
workouts
all
the
more
enjoyable.
The
whole
training
is
set
to
help
you
constantly
challenge
and
improve
yourself
while
being
a
judgement
free
zone.
I
fully
intend
to
continue
training
with
quad
for
as
long
as
I
can.
Absolutely
recommend
quad
to
anybody
who's
looking
to
improve
their
fitness
while
having
an
awesome
time
doing
it
!
