I've been there since March 2023. The dance school has a wide range of teachers - you can go into different groups and choose the one you like to work with. I really like Paula. My skills, flexibility and strength have really improved, as has my confidence. The number of participants in the course is limited by the number of poles - here you can forget about the crowds in the small dance hall.

At first, I really hesitated to book a class as I am a rather shy person and have 0 experience. - For all who are still hesitant, don’t be! This is literally the best studio (especially) for beginners as the atmosphere is very warm, welcoming and respectful. The instructors are also very nice and I have not felt uncomfortable at any time during class. I would 100% recommend!

Really great studio with a huge selection! The courses are a lot of fun and the trainers make sure that all movements/exercises are carried out correctly so that you don't get injured. Can only recommend Poledance NRW!

I took two courses that were great and had a few questions afterwards. They were all answered super quickly, friendly and competently. Just a big compliment from me :)

Great workshop with Barbara! Totally adapted to our needs: beginners and unathletic. It was really fun. Thanks for the time.

As a foreign person living in Germany, my biggest fear was to attend lessons and not being able to understand them, what a joy when I saw all of the trainers would translate the explanations to make it easier for me. I've been training pole dance here for 3 years after recovering from a complicated knee surgery, so I would say everybody can do pole dance and it's definitely worth it to try it here. Really good and supportive teachers, different levels and many schedules to choose the course you want to attend. Also for those who are worried about Corona, they have really good measures implemented.

I had my first experience with aerial yoga at here today, and it was far from enjoyable. The instructor Huong openly mocked my lack of courage, especially since it was my first attempt at going upside down. The guidance was minimal, and given that my German language skills are not very strong, communication was a challenge. I will not be returning for a second time. I strongly discourage this place as a first-time experience for foreigners.

We celebrated my birthday with 9 girls at PoledanceNRW. Our trainer Marion did a really great job and I'm impressed that she managed a great choreo with us. Because I would say we were very loud and not an easy group.😂 EVERYONE really had a lot of fun. THANK YOU Marion for the best birthday ever...🤩

I’ve been doing pole dance for 5 years in Berlin and already tried different studios, this was the first one besides mine that I really liked and Anne was an amazing teacher! Really caring and looking out for our safety but also pushing us to do better! Amazing class and I will come back for sure!

Very nice Studio with amazing teachers ❤️ One of the 2 studios has a super high ceiling, so ideal for climbing and drops. I've been going there since a few years now and still very happy

I go here since 2 years now. Amazing trainers, very nice studio, everyone has their own pole, which is not always a given. They also offer not only pole, but a big assortment of courses like flexibility, ballaerobics or twerk. I can highly recommend it <3

The best pole dance and aerial hoop place in Düsseldorf! Nice facilities and great instructors. Progress is pretty fast, you will constantly learn new choreographies. This is a very friendly environment as well - I started going there before I could speak any German and Huong and Jacky would go the extra mile to explain things to me in English. Really great place!

I booked a private class( Strip Tease) with Anne for my bachelorette party. For 2 hours, you will learn the choreograph and it is suitable for all level. Anne taught us step by step and even provide some tips when it comes to photo taking if you want to take some pic. Absolutely a fun experience and I would recommend this place.

I've been to the beginner pole course 5-6 times now and I look forward to the lesson every time! Each participant is treated individually and the atmosphere is extremely pleasant. You just feel good and I can only recommend the dance school 😊

The best and most professional pole dance studio in Düsseldorf! A super diverse selection of courses, I would recommend it to every beginner! :) The atmosphere during the lessons is great: the trainer is very patient and funny, and it's also super clean and spacious! You can only feel good in pole dancing NRW! :)

I've been going to Jacky's aerial hoop class for a year and love the positive and motivating atmosphere. The trainers are competent and respond individually to your wishes and levels. Thanks to hoops of different sizes and high ceilings, many figures can be created that would limit other studios. The only negative is that Hoop is only offered once a week :)

2017, I joined my first pole dance workshop in this studio. So grateful being able to get to try this exercise. I fell in love in my first hour. The studio itself has two floors. I love the ground floor with extremely high ceiling, which you later, when you become better at the pole, you will definitely love this. The owner is very helpful and provides you very useful hints if you want to improve your skills, strengths and moves. There is a variety of courses you could attend during the whole week. The instructors are very professional and funny, so you won’t get bored. Sometime even it’s exhausting to train some moves but you still enjoy so much. You ended up enjoying these “pains” and become better and better. I love this studio and visit almost everyday. It feels like home for me. Huge thanks to Huong, Anna, Tanja and Tatiana. ❤️

We came with 11 girls on a Sunday afternoon. Our actual trainer got sick shortly before, but we quickly got a replacement and everything worked out great. Not all of us were excited about this surprise activity, but Bera pulled it all off and we had a lot of fun! Thank you for these wonderful hours <3

I highly recommend Pole Dance NRW. It has been one of the best training experiences I have had so far. The broad coursers offer so as the professionalism from the trainers not only provides the opportunity to learn pole dance tricks at your own rhythm while learning the right technique but also to attend complementary courses that will help you to improve your strength, flexibility and body posture. All in all, a great opportunity to go beyond your boundaries, have fun and be fit!

Who doesn't know this pain after a herniated disc? This constant pain that accompanies you all day long, every movement hurts. The muscles in this area are completely hardened and you have the feeling that this hardening is getting bigger and bigger. I tried a few things, infusion therapy, physiotherapy, osteopaths/chiropractors - everything helped for a moment. You think about it day after day: “but the operation?!”……. Only then was I offered a course on Active Recovery: Fascia Massage. All I can say is try it!!!!! I'm super grateful to Huong, we discussed my pain points and immediately started with the fascia massage... Since then, I've been able to get up in the morning without pain, even my everyday things are working again... There's so much more quality of life/joie de vivre, relaxation... ..even my flexibility has improved…. what more could you want :-) thank you very much for that!!!!!

I highly recommend this poledance gym. Huong is a very professional gym owner and dancer. There are different poledance classes and levels to chose from. You can even participate in beginner workshops to get a flavour if you are not sure if it is the right sports for you. I am training with them for nearly 2 years now and am absolutely satisfied 🙌🏼🥳🙏
