Worst Hospital in Vellore. Worst staff and very bad management. You will have to wait 5-6 hours to meet doctor. No one will give any satisfactory response. Pure mismanagement in this hospital. Even if you have critical injury they will just tell you to wait in lobby. Don't visit this hospital even if there is a case of Emergency.

My sister son admitted there 1 day for severe cold and cough. They put a bed charge rs: 3000 per day for general ward and they sell medicines above MRP rate. Actually pediatric urine bag mentioned MRP rate is rs: 26 but they selling rs: 40. It's a totally money minded hospital. so I am not recommend this hospital to any one. Whorst hospital I seen . If u want a good treatment and genuine service go to CMC vellore.

I met with accident. I went to emergency. The admin staff refer Dr.asoke. he is not available at the time. But dr.muthu available. They take xray and inform me no worry about the same.but I have pain more. They give pain relief tablet for the two days. After two days I have no releave on pain. I met Dr. Ashoke and he asked to take CT SCAN at specific centre. Thay told Report will be given next four hours. I asked the centre to availability of Dr. Admin also confirmed and i spoken to same by phone. We wait four hours and went to hospital and wait two hours. Then the staff told me Dr. Will not come and asked me to take treatment at emergency. The treated very worst behaviour. Finally they give same Tablet after two hours. They enjoyed with my pain and money. Worst behaviour of admin. Dear friends don't refer further Nalam

Nalam Hospital at Sathuvachari, Vellore. It was a Familiar Hospital in Vellore. The Hospital run by the Experience Doctors. For Bone Fracture it was a BEST Hospital and Dr.Ashok is well experienced. Even Single X-ray he will identify the exact fracture location. Reasonable Fees and Satisfying Treatment. Also Mrs.Ashok she was a children specialist also one of the best Children Doctor.

Dr. Subash, Never go this hospital for cardiologist, even you got reports from outside and have no problem this hospital cardiologist will take ECG and ECHO on his own machine and said you have a problem and will give atleast 10 tablets and says pay 3000 for ECG and cardio and buy tablets in this hospital itself and show the bill to me and go like that, if you don't want more problem on you heart don't go to this hospital cardiologist.

I see a lot of people have the same idea for this place and yet the rating seems to be 3 star. Allow me to explain: Process: Usually, top rated medical centers value patient's time. Here once the admission/consultation cost is paid - the patient becomes last. A lot will seem like going on - for instance they will say your chart has to be prepared then move it from one counter to another for an hour and so on. They will definitely prolong your exposure to other patients in the hospital so much so that you end up feeling worse. Outcomes: I feel even more sick than I was when admitted. The medication, injections, etc. provided temporary relief. On top of that they had me see a doctor who despite his own diagnosis being adequate referred me to another doctor in the same hospital who gave me the same diagnosis. And so I paid twice for the same treatment. Who does that - I mean, I don't give a Rs. 100 note and ask them to count it twice for no reason. Structure: This is where you need to be sure before you pay for anything. Make sure they have the facilities they prescribe. They might say get admitted in Emergency but, once you have paid you will be sent to normal consultation because no beds are available. So, you practically pay for a service which is not available but is of higher price. I would never besmirch any institution but, this was a con in the name of medical services.

DO NOT COME TO THIS HOSPITAL EVEN FOR EMERGENCY!!! My father had accident on Friday evening, there was no choice but to admit him in this hospital. His right clavicle bone got fractured and slight head injury. Even though he got admitted in the Deluxe room (charge 4000 rupees per day) because of their compulsion they did not provide anything to stop his motion for two days but the Doctor ASHOK has straight away wanted to proceed with surgery. They constantly sent me to the pharmacy to buy unnecessary medications. My father had no trouble breathing but they gave induced oxygen to him and charged a lump-sum. We wanted to discharge him on Monday morning but they deliberately delayed the process and charged for one whole day room charge even though we came out of the hospital at 12PM. When we came out of the hospital we spent 35,000 rupees for nothing, no changes in his health condition. They even refused to give us the CT and X-ray report which we paid for! My family had to go through unimaginable mental and physical pain for two days because of this money centered hospital with doctors who are literally scary even to approach for doubts.

My son got fever.. So i went to nalam hospital to see Dr. Narmada....Dr told me to admit ur son.. Dr diagnosed very early and gave correct medicine.. Now my son is very well... Not only doctor, nurse, staff are all polite and they gave support to patient... Nurses are monitoring patients every hour an once depends upon patients..... Nurses treat childrens like our own kids.... Nurses are very friendly... I suggested this hospital for very good paediatric services..

Located at right amidst hot residential area of the city . Well to start with why I gave two stars one for Dr Narmada mam and second one I am just being grateful as I went there for treatment. Hospital doesn’t have a place to sit even ok I understand under construction phase ok then be cautious these attendants will come and hit with you stretcher so you can get admitted in the same hospital. This almost happened to me . I was picking up my baby who was going through a weight check on the weighing suddenly a loud noise inside the hospital and I get strong hit by stretcher . Now after doctor visit immediately I have to go to take rest and take some analgesic further to that to get back to normal state took a walk to hospital to buy the medicine which doctor had suggested for the patient in pharmacy inside Nalam hospital . Went by around 2200 hrs to avoid rush and waiting now the person says NO UPI . No card payment if less than five hundred rupees bill . I said Come on in the same hospital in morning for 350 rupees I paid by Card so I was sure that they would accept now as well but he refused showing some poster posted . I said I am ok to pay extra charges but still he refused . I have to walk back to atm get the cash and went to pharmacy now that pharmacist takes amount more than that of the MRP when asked he said it was to round off and he dared not to give the bill as well . I seriously doubt on these transactions by cash when whole country is getting into digital mode . Finally to the management if you think only with doctors you can run the show then it’s ur luck which can turn around any time very soon .
