It was a very good experience in this hotel, especially the service. They helped us a lot. When we called through the landline, they did what we asked as soon as possible. This hotel is new and its awesome. The bathrooms are modern and bedding is clean and crisp. Thr AC is also good, room has modern decor with wooden flooring. The front office and other staff are friendly.

We family of 4 senior citizens booked 2 double rooms for our one night stay on 30/09 and found our stay experience good though there was no boarding service available at the hotel. The rooms were good with AC and a little balcony. The approach road to the hotel is little narrow and so also the parking area. Good for a short stay for individual and families. The complimentary breakfast was good perhaps with limited dishes like idli, dosa, Vada etc.

Rooms are neat and very clean, sufficient parking space. Washrooms are too good and neatly maintained, round the clock hot water available. Coffee tea supplies and dental kit also provided. Had a good time here.

Rooms are very compact but neat with good hospitality. Limited car parking space. Best part is, all the kitchen staffs helped me in preparing my baby's food, very grateful to them.

This is a gem of a hotel in vellore city. 1. Proximity to CMC vellore easy access to public transport available. 2. Extremely courteous, hospitable staff. 3. Clean, hygienic, well equipped rooms with all basic amenities, wifi, toilet kits. 4. Very economically priced room. 5. A departmental store located 5 mins walk away for all basic convenience. 6. In close proximity to a lot of eateries and shopping areas. 7. Adequate private parking space available. Special thank you to Mr. Ravi for making our stay a very comfortable and welcoming experience. The staff exceed expectations in terms of service. I would reccomend this hotel to all Solo, family, business, leisure oriented stays.

We booked through Agoda. For diamond suite also there were different types of rooms, not sure how they allocate. For breakfast, there is only limited options. The day I went, they had idli, sambar, chutney,upma, kesari. Tea/coffee ofcourse. I had one room with balcony also but the balcony was not clean at all. Otherwise the service was good, staff was friendly and cooperative.

We stayed with family here for two days.... Such an amazing service and courteousness was rendered by the Manager and staff.... The complementary breakfast was so tasty and nicely served.... The room ambience was good and it is worth its money....

Great hotel, great rooms and excellent service. The only thing is that they don't have a running restuarant, but they'll arrange for food on prior intimation. I'd give this place a top rating for room cleanliness, clean bathroom, neat bedsheets and room service is quick.
