19.06.2022 +36°C ☀️🌧️ 2 hours entry queue: kids, teens, elderly, while it rains... Staff just holds the door, and does nothing, no comments, no plans, some random lady comes out and says to "line up better" - crowd calls her back as "school teacher", its never late to go back to school, surely its our fault it takes 5minutes to serve 1 customer. The more people arrive the longer we wait, many suddenly become friends after discovering shared national roots and slang, thus inviting newly arrived to skip the queue and join them, giving us a strong sense of their cultural background and traditions. Staff declares "cleaning time" and closes the entrance for another 30 minutes. Who needs common sense and feelings, when there are "regulations" and procedures instead. Out of three cashiers only one works, their software fails, lets wait another 15 minutes while they restart the computer. Staff declares they will sell only 2h tickets. They dont ask you what you want, as soon as you land in front of the intern cashier, you are told the price 13.50€ and warm welcome of "please leave in two hours". So while you spend 3h traveling, 2h waiting in queue, now you are ready for your 2h instead of 4h amazing experience. On the way out, the same customers create the same queue from inside. So your 2h time becomes 2h and 30minutes just to give away your number-badge token to a nice intern cashier, while the whole lobby looks abandoned - its sunday evening after all, employees also need rest. And yes, the nice ice cream shop nearby charges you 2.50€ for one magnum ice cream, while supermarket price is 0.50€ - 0.60€, surely 500% overprice is due to amazing customer service ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Maybe because we went on a Saturday (and weather not allowing for using outside space), but still: they let too many people in. This means there’s is little space to enjoy the facilities, one has to wait up to one hour to get food (2 people working the counter, really?), and cleaning staff clearly can’t keep up. That’s all okay I guess, but when feedback about this is given at reception, the reaction is arrogance, smugness and indifference. Shame really, this could be a good place.

A beautiful paddling pool with slides for children, teenagers and adults outside of Berlin. on a monday morning you can treat your beer belly to some sun while the artificial waves caress your buttocks. the food in the restaurant there was good and the prices were not cheap, a bit pricey. everything was clean and it was an amazingly fun stay

Today I went with my kids to this place and while leaving I was overcharged more than 20 Euros for using the sauna even though we didn’t use it. After a long discussion I was told that my kids 6&8 years old used there wristbands and entered the sauna area. They supposed in this age to read a sign which says that you will be charged extra for sauna use. My kids entered there believing that there is more swimming pools. After explaining to the front desk and arguing, it didn’t matter to them as they just found a reason to charge more. On top the lady at the front desk was very unprofessional.

Place is being renovated. Yet unfortunately this info wasn't shared & yet still isn't shared online. So we took multiple trains and busses and when we arrived there found out that it's closed. Such a pity.

Great little water park. Very suitable for family holidays. There are sea salt water pools and there is 1 wave pool (waves come on periodically).

This water park is good. I, as a visitor, did not know that the time counter starts from the entrance to the locker room, and not from the entrance to the pool itself. I consider it necessary to warn about this before buying tickets. So that you don't have to pay extra. There are 3 slides in the water park itself. Salt water pool and 2 fresh water. I liked everything about it. A lot of entertainment.

It's a really nice water park. I really enjoy visiting but becareful when it's a really warm day. it gets pretty crowded. I used to like the water slides but they changed something (maybe reduced the water pressure) and now I get stuck 1/4 of the way down (where the slide is a bit flat) and have to use my hands to push myself out of that area and continue sliding at a very slow pace.

Keep in mind before you visit: 1. Waiting queue is long on weekends. 2. Parking ticket can be paid inside when paying for entry ticket. 3. So many people inside, so you barely can enjoy. 4. Keep eye on your things. They can be stolen quickly. 5. No possibility of buying tickets online.

I am tempted to give less than 4 stars just because it is insanely expensive for a family of four. The reduced option for a family is weirdly based on there being two adults and only one child so the cost for 2 and 2 is a whopping 71€ for four hours. Once there though the pool itself is great fun. There's lots for kids and also for adults and the heated outdoor pools are heavenly. My kids always have a great time there but it is close to not affordable so we almost never visit... A pity as this would be an option for my family far more often if the price was not so absurd.

Erlebnisbad is super crowded on weekend, 2 hours waiting time (last Sunday 😅), but still it was worth the visit! Our kid loved the place. Won’t recommend the Erlebnisbad to adults, cause the pools are not big, and there so many kids around. It’s a perfect place for toddlers though

Nice place for family time. We’ve entered as early as possible (9am). It’s was a bit cold in there at the beginning but at the same time very quite cause not everyone is a early bird, I guess 😊 The food is acceptable and prices are fair. No complains at all. We’ll be back for sure.

It's quite a good aqua park. But you need to pay extra for saunas and sport pool. I don't advice you to go there at the weekend. There are too many people, they shout, touch you and there are long lines everythere.

Everything was ok,, tbh nice place for families. A star deducted for a stupid mindset (an old women working at the restaurant) told me in a rude way that my summer dress is not allowed in the swimming area and it is a MUST to wear only bikini! While I am here only to keep my eyes on my children who they are swimming with THEIR FATHER and I have no plans to swim at all, in addition to the fact that it’s none of her business what I am wearing!!! Basically it was so obvious that she did that as a sign of discrimination as long as I didn’t speak with her in german. So, shame on her! + Such a pity to have a worker like this in your place.

The dressing room is the same for all. Moreover, it's possible to pass through the toilet & shower areas of both sexes to get to the Erlebnis Bad! It's is not family friendly at all. The Erlebnis Bad itself is nice and the kids loved it.
