Probably the best pasta that we had in Italy! We stopped by around when they first opened and ordering was easy, so seamless and the prices were super affordable and the pasta was so fresh. The only downside is there's nowhere to eat and you're not allowed to eat on the steps, doorsteps or anything of the sort, so our closest option was to walk back to the crowded square and eat there. Otherwise, an absolute wonderful place to stop by for an affordable and quick lunch.

I could have Dal Moro’s pasta every day and be happy. It’s easy to order, you choose your sauce, then choose a pasta, then the extras. The #4 (pesto) is perfection, in my opinion. It’s in a corner. There’s usually a line that moves quickly. They are helpful, efficient, and quick. The only down side is really no place in or nearby to sit and enjoy. Prepare to enjoy on the go!

♦️Super good! This place 100% lives up to the hype!! I got the pesto (with chicken and Parmesan) and my wife got the Gorgonzola (with Parmesan). ♦️So for me, the pesto was incredible. Zero complaints. Would order the pesto time and time again. ♦️For my wife, the Gorgonzola was delicious but she said it was a little on the salty side (and when I tried hers, I have to say - it was indeed a little on the salty side). Not to say it wasn’t delicious because it 100% was. But she could only finish 1/2 of it. Any no matter how good something is, if it’s too salty you can only eat so much. ♦️Otherwise, awesome place! Big portions. Fair prices. And the older gentleman working the register was a real character. Everyone working there though is so nice and genuine. ✅ PRO TIP: They don’t take credit so bring cash / euros. ✅ PRO TIP #2: There’s a nice little courtyard you can sit down, relax, and watch the gondolas go by. Ask the people who work there and they’ll tell you exactly where to go. ♦️Look forward to going back there to try the other sauces and pastas next time we’re in Venice (which is soon, I hope🙏)

Dal Moro's is basically fast food pasta. There are about ten things on the menu, each of which is a little cardboard box of pasta. You get to pick a sauce. There are better orders than others. The cacio e pepe is very heavy as the pour the sauce on extremely thick. The spicy calabrese pasta is very light and simply good, but the oil at the bottom shows they used A TON of oil. So I'm general there is way too much sauce used for the amount of pasta, but the taste is pretty alright. For the price it's good, but could and should be better. There is a little standing room for eating but otherwise you'll be eating outside somehow. Service is extremely quick, like, questionably quick.

Great affordable pasta to go in Venice! I got the White Sauce Chicken and Mushroom Pasta (number 3) and it cost me €7 (cheap for Venice). Queued for 10 minutes but once ordered, we only waited for 1 minute to receive our food. There were 8 options to choose from. Highly recommend!

Very tasty takeaway pasta, a little messy to eat and not so aesthetically pleasing but flavour was great and pasta was cooked to the right texture. Best eaten right away when it is hot. Was in Venice for 3 days and I went back twice. Tried the amalfitana (seafood tomato base with bigoli 6.90€) and calabrese (aglio olio with fusili, added chicken 5.90€). Loved both. Be prepared for the long queues though. *This place accepts cash only, no card payment so make sure you have cash.

Not bad for takeout pasta but definitely not one of the best. To me pasta is the kind of food that is more enjoyable when you have it at a restaurant. Getting pasta like fast food can be fun with friends but if you are looking for some good quality pasta, sit in at a restaurant. And also, you are in Venice! Make your fast food pasta at home.

💰 affordable price given the location! Do take note that this is strictly take away only and there is a small bench outside the store for our usage. 👥 Decided to visit this store upon seeing the rave reviews and was greeted by a queue at around 430pm on a weekday. ⏰ Despite the constant queue, the turnaround time was extremely fast and we only had to wait for less than 3 mins to get our pasta 🍝 Realised that we had forgotten to choose our pasta upon ordering and was given the original. Nonetheless the sauce was really flavourful and it was a decent meal to have!!

If you are in Venice is a must to visit Dal Moro's! We are coming all the way from Bulgaria and this place was at the list to do. So delicious, authentic and fresh! If you want to taste real pasta, this is your place. Not to mention the prices are the cheapest in Venice. Recommend and will return for sure!

A tiny take away fresh pasta shop very close to Piazza San Marco. If you follow main walkway from Santa Lucia to San Marco, you will most probably pass very close to this shop. Service is quick. You can customize your pasta with some alternative ingredients. Quick tip: You gotta eat it right on the spot because it is fresh pasta, otherwise it won't taste way better then some cheap pasta that you can cook at home. Beware #1 You will pay 9 euro for a small box of pasta, it can feel overrated, yes it definitely does. What makes it special is that you eat this from a tiny shop on a tiny street in Venice. Beware #2 There is a fine if you sit and eat on one of the bridges in Venice around the shop. Generally, there is a fine if you sit on the walkways on bridges in Venice, so better eat it right on spot, basically in front of the shop.

Definitely recommend this place! Delicious pasta with a great price. I ate here twice while visiting Venice for three days. This 7€ pasta was honestly so much better than the more expensive pasta I had at a restaurant along the grand canal. The number 4 is amazing and the number 3 is pretty good too. The number 3 is in the photo.

No wonder why there is such a trend for this restaurant. The place is simply AWESOME. Pasta was really fresh and testy. The red sauce was probably the best we have ever taste. Carbonara was really good also. Don’t forget ti try the tiramisu at the end, really fresh. Also the guy at the cashier was helpful

Very friendly service and spoke English. There's a sign posted saying "no credit cards", but the guy let us do it anyway. This was very appreciated because we didn't have enough euros since it was the end of our trip to Italy. After a week of eating Italian pasta, this isn't restaurant quality. Instead it offers a very convenient, fast option that still tastes good and for a great price. I did like this place better than the one just a street over.

This place has very good ratings. That's the reason i went. But i couldn't give it more than 3 stars because the pasta is good but not super good. For me the high ratings are more due to the low price compared to other places. So if you look for a low price with quite good pasta. This is the place to go

When we in Venice, we passed by small pasta shop and saw many people waiting and others eating pasta in the street, we’ve got curious and we ordered to try. The staff were very friendly and suggested to try the one with pesto sauce and we can add toppings so for me I add chicken, mushrooms and chili flakes.. toe combination was amazing and the recommended sauce was great choice. One of the great experiences we had in Venice, the cook Marouf came and ask us for the feedback, he was friendly and we have little chat and we expressed about how was the pasta so good and delicious.

Lovely pasta made fresh & cheap too. It isn’t the most appetising to look at so if you see people eating it and think it doesn’t look great, don’t let that turn you off. The staff are very friendly and welcoming we visited twice & both times there was a Q of roughly 10 people but everyone gets served quick so you won’t be waiting for long. Nicest pasta we’ve had in Venice. Would highly recommend!

This place is just simply amazing. Pasta is served 😋 to go on a 📦 The prices ranges from 7 euros to 7.50 Multiple toppings offers with an additional price of 0.50 euros. Menu is offered for vegetarians and vegans. As well there is am offer of tiramisu that is homemade OMG it's amazing. Staff is very friendly and receives you with a warm welcome, it's a very popular place fue to the "ToGo" concept so be ready for a line but they are very swift to deliver since the pasta is made fresh. If you visit Venice this is a most and its near to la "plaza di San Marco" Very recommended and be hungry when you get there since the serving is quite large.

While traveling we like to mix it up with sit-down meals that are worth the price as well as quick, tasty, on-the-go meals that are less expensive. This was the perfect spot for the latter. The options are few here, but you have a choice of several different pasta types & sauces. While we waited the few minutes for ours to be prepared, we were able to watch the penne pop out of the press from the front window. Since there is nowhere to sit in this tiny little shop, they recommend you go around the corner to Campo Santa Maria Formosa (many places around Venezia are illegal to eat take-away food or picnics), and they also suggest you eat them right away for the best flavor. All of the pasta that we tried were delicious, cooked just right with flavorful sauce & VERY generous portions - I don't think any of us could eat them all.

Perfect take away option in overpriced Venice! Pasta was fresh, tasty and we really enjoyed this! The staff will tell you on the secret place where you can east (in Venice there is fine for eating in most public places!).

Very tasty pasta for a quick snack. I love these places. Quick service even though there was a decent queue. Not a large selection of types of pasta but maybe it's for the better. Didn't accept credit cards when I was there (apparently some technical problem).

I've never really had pasta as fast food, but if you can call pasta this good as fast food, McDonald's will go out of business. The pasta was great! Much richer than I anticipated and a large serving (even though the container looks small!). For the food I received, I would have payed more than they charged me. If you're on a budget, please do come visit this place!

We lined up for around 20 minutes. The line is long but moves fairly quickly. Once we got our food, the workers told us where to go where we can sit and eat. There is a piazza close by. The pasta itself was very tasty and cooked perfectly. It was definitely worth the wait!

I ordered Squid ink and pesto The pasta are made fresh and I can taste it through every bite of the home made spaghetti. Both spaghetti were decent and acceptable but they were very generous with the sauce and extra topping (parmesan cheese) which is a very nice touch. But hey, their price is 40% cheaper than other restaurant, you get what you pay and believe me their food is not low effort by any means. The staff were friendly and they took time to greet me in my language.

We were in Venice for three days and ate at Dal Moro’s every single day! The pasta is super fresh, you can see them making it through the window, it’s incredibly fast, and very reasonably priced! Great for a grab-and-go meal! Just make sure you don’t sit on the bridges to eat it ;)

I found about this place from a blogger and we decided to give it a go. From the outside you wouldn't think much but the staff is super friendly and kind and the fresh pasta was great, not to mention that the price was low considering Venice. It's a great takeaway option that you can munch on the go or, as we did, find a quiet calla and sit down facing the canal. Btw don't close the box, the pasta will get overcooked!

Unfussy, quick, tasty, and definitely worth stopping by if you are hungry and close by. Pasta is made fresh. I liked that they had chili flakes to add in for some spice. This place is not related to another local restaurant of the same name, which I had a more mixed experience at. No complaints on this place - just know that it’s standing only, so be prepared if your feet are tired.

Great pasta at really affordable price point! Much nicer than a lot of restaurants that we visited in Venice. Must try their Homemade Tiramisu (no alcohol), 10/10 amazing dessert and its only €3.50. Highly recommended!

Excellent pasta focused food to go, with good, friendly and fast service. There's not much space for sitting or staying, so you will have to take the food to go and try to find a bench, which can be a problem in Venice. That's not the fault of the restaurant though. You can customize the food as you wish, and all I've tried has been very tasty. I propose that you eat it shortly after buying - don't save the meal for hours later. Well worth a visit for quick, tasty, filling and affordable food.

Found this gem on TikTok and as we walked towards it the streets nearby were filled with people eating pasta out of their boxes! Similar concept to Wok2Walk which can be found across Europe but for pasta. Made in literally two minutes but the quality was fantastic and it’s well priced. A must in Venice!

Affordable fast food option which taste much better than pasta mania in Singapore. However, you pay for what you get as there are much better pasta options available in Venice. We tried the spaghetti with mushroom (my fav), amalfitana (tasted much pretty with chili - Asian tastebud 😂 my second fav), carbonara spaghetti (one of the boxes were exceptionally salty), and squid ink pasta (i will pass on that sorry) Tiramisu is abit lacklustre as i can’t really taste the coffee from the lady finger but it’s a pretty decent tiramisu since it’s only €3.50. Worth a try 👍

We randomly found this place on google, it seems to be the food place with the most reviews in Venice!! And it’s a to-go pasta place. We got a fusilli with pesto and rigatoni with bolognese and Parmesan on both. Both were incredible!! Just a tip: I recommend not adding more cheese to the pesto. They put a lot of sauce and it gets very heavy very fast. I would absolutely recommend!

A great place for a quick bite in Venice. We did not plan on it but stopped by twice during our three day stay even though we specifically planned on trying something else but it was just so good. The ordering process was really fast and simple and the staff working there was also really friendly. They speak great English and one person even spoke a little German. As fast paced as it was they put effort in making us feel welcome and the affordable pasta was fantastic. We had the Fusilli Napoletana with parmesan and mushrooms which was the perfect combination of tomato and spice.

Great little pasta shop for food on the go. The pasta is very good and offers various combinations of sauces and ingredients. The prices are very low for the area and the portions are generous. The pasta is freshly made. The staff are also very helpful and make recommendations if you are unsure what to go for. Ended up visiting this place every day for lunch just because the food was really good. Inside the shop, there is very little space for movement and it can get really busy. However, the service is very quick so you don't expect to have a long wait for your order.

Great place, really practical if you want an easy meal! The man at the checkout (who takes the orders) seems to speak many languages, he explained things to me in French when he realised I was French! I went there twice and the pasta was ready very quickly! You do have to walk a bit if you want to sit down to eat though as there are no seating options very close.

Best fresh pasta I ate ! And for a reason: >They focus only a few type of ingredients (one type of pasta) and provide with the best possible quality >They have the passion and are customer focused >They are friendly, helpful and international speakers Very accessible in terms of price (6.9e), mainly because it is take away (so no cover and seat charge) but you can easily find a nice square (1 min away) and enjoy your lunch in front of the canal. I came twice in 2 days !

  • 4/5 R K. 2 years ago on Google
It's very nice to see how they make their homemade pasta. They make it in Venetians way which are a lot thicker so even you think the pasta are not that much but it's very filling. Besides it's very delicious. If you want parmesan or garlic then it will be extra 0.50 cents. It's very popular but people have to respect the area (no sitting at the bridge which will be blocking people's way and take your trash with you or come back here as they do provide trashcan).

  • 3/5 Keith B. 3 years ago on Google
Disappointed. Lightning fast to serve and friendly staff but unfortunately pasta tastes bland. We paid for supplements we didn't get, but by the time we realized it, we were 10 minutes away looking for a place to sit on the streets, because you cannot eat inside. Overpriced considering you have to pay extra for tasty ingredients such as mushrooms or staples like parmesan cheese.

Liked the experience of a pasta to go! Pasta was fresh, and fast. I had my pasta with the pesto sauce, my wife had hers with tomato sauce. Both we good✌🏻

(Translated by Google) Much fame but little quality. The carbonara wasn't carbonara, I don't know if it even had mustard in it. It is also not very cheap 7.5 (because you include cheese) or 6.90 without cheese or some extra ingredient. I've tried better places. I do not recommend it, there are better alternatives and for the same or similar price. (Original) Mucha fama pero poca calidad. La carbonara no era carbonara, no sé si llevaba mostaza incluso. Además no es muy barato 7.5 (porque incluyes queso ) o 6.90 sin queso o algún ingrediente extra. He probado sitios mejores. No lo recomiendo, hay alternativas mejores y por el mismo precio o similar.
