We had a very poor experience in this restaurant which was a pity as the google reviews recommended it so highly. We ordered the raw fish for a starter it was mostly scampi and underwhelming. The pickled onions on top of the raw fish was repulsive. I love pickled food but it just did not work. I ordered the ravioli which tasted as if the cabbage was either overcooked or just simply off. The risotto was bland so very bland. The servers were rude and very abrupt. I would not reccomend this restuarant from the quality of food to the quality of service I was very unimpressed. The sailing theme is cool but that's about all it has going for it and for the prices they have they really dont justify it.

I debated making a reservation here after reading a few of the negative reviews. It can be hard some time to tell real reviews from fake, both positive and negative. We decided to keep our reservation, and we are glad we did. It was an excellent meal. Every dish was good to great. The beef cheek was super tender with a nice sauce and the kids loved it. The mixed seafood grill was indeed a nice mix, and well cooked. The shrimps and scampi were great, as was the sea bream. For pasta, the black squid ink pasta with cuttlefish and truffle was excellent and well-balanced - the squid ink nor truffle overpowered the other - a delicate touch. The catch of the day smoked octopus, brought to the table with the smoke under a glass dome was excellent. Just a mild smoke to enhance the flavor and the kids loved the show. The mixed seafood tagliatelle was also good, albeit our least favorite simply because the others were better. The service overall was very friendly and accommodating of our kids. We almost got off to a rough start as the A/C was off in the back room where we were seated when we came in, and it sounded at first like they weren’t going to turn it on, but they quickly did, so perhaps something lost in translation. Other than that, a bit slow at times, but they were pretty busy, so no real complaints. Overall, a great meal from a skilled kitchen. Makes me glad to have trusted the better reviews.

Very nice dinner here, in the sheltered courtyard at the rear of the restaurant. My wife had read of this location in a magazine article and when mentioned to the staff, we were kindly given complimentary limoncello!

Our favorite place we ate in Venice. The food was not only amazing but large portions. The octopus salad was huge and so delcious. My children had mix fried shrimp and calamari and gnocchi. Def highly recd the ravioli and pistachio dessert. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Def make reservations

Came here after my partner proposed on a gondola. Was the perfect end to the evening, enjoyed my favourite dessert on holiday at this place. I also got recommended a bottle of rose here and it was so delicious we are ordering to our flat.

We were exceptionally fortunate to walk by this place during the early afternoon and make a reservation for the evening. The restaurant is small and intimate. The food is wonderfully prepared. The staff is very friendly and engaging. We started with a scallop appetizer where the scallops were perfectly prepared. We then then had the gnocchi and duck ravioli. Both were really fresh and properly prepared. We opted for a mixed salad with them, which may have been a bit too much food in hindsight. For dessert, we had tiramisu, albeit I had their specialty with pistachios. Those and an espresso each and we were quite well done. And then they offered a drink that is a combination of lemon sorbet, vodka, and Prosecco. What devilish goodness is this? It looks like a milkshake, but I assure you it is not. We still had some limoncello to close out the happy evening. Let’s do it again!

This place was a great experience all around. We had the seared scallops, fish risotto, and duck ravioli. All of them were amazing (definitely get the seared scallops, maybe the best scallops I’ve ever had). The portions were also more generous than a lot of places we have been. The atmosphere was super cute and cozy. Would recommend this place!

An outstanding restaurant in a narrow small street. The personal is very nice and professional! The food is tasty, full of flavours and you can try really typical veneziana food.

A cozy place for some lovely lunch! Got the squid ink spaghetti which is a must-try dish in Venice, loved it! Also tried the spritz which is pretty much seen everywhere. Too full to try their desserts, otherwise would’ve gone for their pistachio soufflé! Staff were friendly — they always wanted to take your plates away (perhaps they don’t want the pasta to be eaten cold) but you can tell them to wait :)

I had two meals in Venice and this is the restaurant I wish I could come back and dine here again. I came here as a single diner around 5 PM and was able to get seated immediately. If you come with a larger group or after 6 PM, reservation is recommended. I really liked the Venetian voyage themed decorations in the restaurant. It also has a small courtyard with a Christmas tree, so the restaurant felt cozy and festive. The menu provided many options to choose from and I tried the signature dish in Venice: Spaghetti al Nero (spaghetti with black cuttlefish ink). The dish came with black truffles and the aroma mixed very well with the cuttlefish sauce. If I ever come to Venice again, I would definitely come here again.

We didn't know that the portions would be that huge, so we ordered waay too much. But we still somehow managed to eat it all and even shared a tiramisu afterwards, because the food tasted amazing. Even though we spilled our water the waiters were really kind and joked around. For two Aperol Spritz, one bottle of water, one huge Antipasti Plate, two portions of spaghetti, one big plate of fried seafood and a tiramisu we paid 113 euros, which was totally worth it. Next time when we're in Venezia we'll definitely come again, even though this time we won't order as much as we did today haha Grazie Mille!

Highly recommend for seafood lover just like myself. Luckily we booked 2 weeks ago. There is no way to just walk in so if you love seafood definitely book in advance. The raw seafood starter comes with one oyster only so you can add extra oyster if you want. Then the star of the night is definitely the black ravioli cod fish stuffing with tomato sauce. It’s the best dish I have ever eaten in Venice I would say. The tomato sauce is just right! Not too salty and not too watery! Then the catch of the day, it was mackerel. It wasn’t as impressive as the Ravioli but it has the dramatic effect! will let you find out yourself 😜 Then the dessert! Tiramisu with pistachios soooo good! Even the cream is made of pistachios! So smooth and nutty!

First of all, really unique atmosphere - very nautical themed with cool accents on the walls. Second, the food was really good, as were the wines! I got the duck ravioli - which was very tasty - but then I got serious food envy when the table next to me ordered the mixed seafood and shellfish dish, so definitely order that if you can! Great service as well, and not a tourist trap (phew)

They didn’t have our reservation in the book when we showed up, so luckily we had the confirmation email to prove that we had one. Quite an extensive menu, the food was good but not as what we expected it to be for the cost, so maybe we just got unlucky on our choices. Still enjoyed our night.

This is an excellent, non-tourist restaurant. It is hidden away on a small side street. The pasta and fish dishes were amazing. The staff is very friendly and speak English well. Highly recommend

FANTASTIC food! We booked for two and when we arrived two other friends wanted to join us, they arranged it quite nicely despite the fact it was a bit crowded! The service was perfect, the place very nice and food delicious. I recommend 100%.

Literally stumbled across this place and so glad we did! We didn’t have a reservation but they squeezed us in with the understanding that we would be done in an hour (we just made it). The staff made recs that were fantastic, including a seafood platter, ink spaghetti and liver on polenta. Also had good house wine and our waiter topped off my friend’s aperol spritz with Champagne. Loved the atmosphere, food, drinks, and service!

Amazing Venetian food :). Don't miss original local delicacies. Staff is super friendly and helpful. Also, it was super fast prepared but it's not a very touristic now, so I don't know how fast it could be in high season. Place is well designed so you treat well your taste buds and eyes.

Stumbled upon this beautiful restaurant. We didn’t want to go to those tourist traps and luckily found this gem. We had the fish of the day as a main dish. The fish is served with a bell jar full of smoke. A really great experience and a great adding to the very fresh fish. The smoked sea brass was truly delicious. Also the fish ravioli were great! Tiramisu and the pistachio tiramisu were a great ending for a fantastic experience at this restaurant. Highly recommended!

Amazing place with a small atmospheric garden in the back, top quality and delicious food, great portions and service (Rajaa is fantastic!). They have amazing inhouse bread. The best place we've been in Venice so far.

A sincere and silent atmosphere with decent foods. The prices are a little high but they are also fair enough. Not the best but recommended.

Great ambience and friendly service from staff. The restaurant is decorated very interestingly and it was a pleasure dining there. Dishes were presented elegantly and with good flavors for a reasonable price. We bought the duck ravioli and lemon sauce Nero spaghetti which were pretty good. We also had the Panna cotta and pistachio tiramisu which were very good.

Black pasta with truffle - one of the best pasta I ate in my live. Prices are ok, everything so fresh and good. Really nice and kind service.

Nice and cozy terrace and friendly staff. The Spaghetti vongole and the tuna were amazing. The spaghetti with ink wasn't as tasty, though...

I was alone and super tired, almost decided to go straight to bed. So glad that I didn't; both the risotto and the tiramisu were finger licking good. I don't know how to speak Italian but the waiters were obviously having a great time among themselves and with their customers. Yeah, go here. Definitely.

One of highlights of Venice for us! Fantastic Venetian fare, prices are reasonable 👌 and food is top notch. I'd like to call out service as especially friendly add on feature. We came vack 2 nights in a row and I would see myself coming back. Dessert 🍨 was divine.

Cute restaurant both indoors and outdoors. But I didn't feel like the dishes were worth their prices. We ordered spagetti with langoustine, which was beautifully presented but annoying that you have to get the meat out yourself. Just so you know, for those that is really urked by this. We also ordered mixed seafood calamari (suction cups, squids and prawns). It was a big portion but a little tiring to eat such a big portion of the same thing. We also ordered the gnocchitti (mini gnocchi) with ragout. Which tasted like minced meat, which wasn't what I was expecting. But maybe that is wbag ragout is here. I didn't think it was anything super special, again a bit repetitive to eat a bunch of the same thing.
