Our recent stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky Venice exceeded expectations. The newly renovated rooftop bar offered breathtaking views of Venice. The improvements since our last visit in 2018 were exceptional, and the staff, especially the concierge, provided outstanding service. Special mention to Dame, who effortlessly turned our requests into magic moments – from organizing dinners to seamless arrangements. A heartfelt thank you for a memorable experience! We've included some pictures of the newly renovated rooftop for you to enjoy.

The Hilton Molino Stucky Venice is a stunning hotel housed in a refurbished flour mill, offering a luxurious stay with breathtaking views of Venice. Its spacious rooms, excellent service, and a rooftop pool overlooking the city make for an unforgettable experience. Guests praise its convenient location, serene ambiance, and top-notch amenities. However, some note that it's a bit secluded from the main attractions, requiring a water taxi to reach the heart of Venice. Overall, it's a fantastic choice for those seeking luxury and tranquility in this enchanting city.

I recently stayed at the Hilton hotel in Venice, Italy, and unfortunately, my experience fell far short of expectations. While the building itself was visually stunning, my initial excitement quickly diminished upon entering the hotel. Right from the start, the reception was cold and unwelcoming. The staff lacked the warmth and hospitality one would expect from a renowned hotel brand. Their attitudes made me feel like I was imposing on their time, rather than being a valued guest. Furthermore, it was evident that the hotel was in dire need of renovation. The outdated decor and worn-out facilities detracted from the overall experience. Even the most basic amenities, such as reaching the front desk from the room phone, proved to be a challenge. To make matters worse, the cleaning staff consistently disrupted our privacy by barging into the room on multiple occasions. This lack of respect for guests' comfort and privacy was deeply disappointing. Considering the hefty price tag of 500+ dollars per night, I expected at least an average level of service and quality. Unfortunately, the Hilton Hotel in Venice failed to meet even that basic benchmark. Regrettably, I cannot rate this hotel more than below average. As a guest, I had hoped for a memorable stay in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. However, my experience at the Hilton Hotel in Venice left much to be desired. I hope that the hotel management takes note of these shortcomings and makes the necessary improvements to provide a more satisfactory experience for future guests.

This hotel was incredible. The location is truly beautiful and sitting right on the water is such an incredible feeling in Venice. I loved every moment staying here and would definitely recommend it and if I return, I would definitely consider staying here again. The food was incredible for breakfast and the hotel arranged transportation which is actually a major way to save. The water taxis can add up quick but the hotel charges a one-time fee for unlimited use of their water taxi during the stay. Their concierge will book anything else you may need, which is also great. My only issue with this hotel was that the room we were in did not get any wifi connection which made it hard for me to get any work done or even look at anything on my down time. That being said, there's plenty to do in Venice so it wasn't a big deal, but something to know and consider. Also, the lounge for Diamond members is maybe the smallest one I have ever been to. We walked in and back out. Definitely wish that was a bit better as well. Otherwise, a great experience!

My first thought is to give it a five star rating...the hotel is gorgeous and right on the waterway. I'm giving 4 stars and actually should give 3 stars! Anyways I was very much looking forward to staying here as it was our 10 year (early) anniversary celebration and my husband picked your hotel because of the views and actually paid more for a room with a view...he was sorely disappointed. Looking at your website I was so excited, but disappointed as well. I realize this is elementary but I was very much looking forward to your roof top pool and it was closed??? I get it you say it's because of covid but yet you have the fitness center and the spa open??? Makes no sense to me. Lastly for the price of your rooms one would think you'd offer a free boat shuttle to and from the island and then on checking out we were charged a city tax fee that was not told to us when we checked in. Please don't get me wrong, we very much enjoyed our stay with you, and maybe some day return.

I had an excellent time at Hilton Molino Venice and I'm excited to share my review. The warm welcome I received upon arrival set the tone for a truly enjoyable stay. The hotel's atmosphere exudes a perfect blend of elegance and comfort, creating a wonderful environment to relax in. Although I thoroughly enjoyed my time, I did find the cold pool to be a bit of a disappointment. However, this minor setback was outweighed by the overall fabulous experience I had during my stay. From the moment I checked in to the moment I left, the staff's attentiveness and professionalism were truly commendable. The convenience of the location, combined with the inviting ambiance of the hotel, made it an ideal place to unwind and explore Venice. Despite the pool issue, I look back on my time at Hilton Molino Venice with fond memories. If you're seeking a welcoming atmosphere and a comfortable stay in Venice, I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel.

It took us 1.5 hour by water taxi to get to the hotel but the entire experience was nice. The location is great, they have a free water taxi that takes you across to the main area. From the main area you can use your Google map GPS to see everything. The hotel is a 5 star experience. I stay at Hilton a lot and this place is just amazing. It is actually the largest in Venice. We did not eat there but there are a few places.

One of the most beautiful hotels I've ever had the pleasure of staying in, with breathtaking decor and an eye for detail. It has outstanding views and very helpful staff. While across the water from major sites, they offer a convenient hotel water shuttle that runs frequently. I would return and look forward to sharing the experience with others in my family. If you are anywhere in Italy, it's worth the trip to Venice just to stay here.

Fantastic trip.. Highly Recommend!!! Stunning hotel, lovely staff, great service.. and I'm really fussy! Roof top pool, just €10 for stylish boat taxis for our entire stay! I could go on but all I will say is book this hotel, you won't regret it! Great job Hilton 👏 first class!

Fantastic, comfy sleeping room with a perfect duvet and settings! Excellent and first class customer care and services. The whole team, from front desk to every single staff member at the hotel, goes the extra mile to help, making you feel very welcome. It was my second time staying at the hotel, and looking forward to our next visit. Thank you to the team at Hilton Molino Stucky!

What a beautiful property! This could easily find itself in the Curio Collection of Hilton properties. It has unique appointments and architectural features which really serve to show off the building's former use. I just completed a three night stay and would highly recommend the hotel. The rooms were great, the view of Venice was great, breakfast was great (except the buffet eggs - no good add water type). All-in-all, I hope to visit again.

Amazing place to stay for Venice!! My boyfriend booked and emailed enquiring about if he can make the room special for an anniversary and they provided a lot of options for him to chose and was set up upon arrival. The concierge was very helpful answering all questions we had and provided us with cheaper options for travel and to get to places as we was unsure. Room was nice and as expected. Rooftop bar was a bit pricey so be careful and restaurant was okay however service was a bit slow and felt they were prioritizing better service to those older. HOWEVER the bar man on the last night was amazing took his time to explain the drinks and was very friendly (didn’t get a name but was bald with glasses!!) Overall would stay again…. Beautiful views and a relaxing time.

Stayed here for 2 nights. The location was superb! The hotel was magnificent inside and out. The room was beautifully decorated and laid out. My pics and video of the room are on my gopro and I haven't downloaded them at the time of this review. I didn't have much interaction with the staff except for the check in and that was flawless as usual. My one issue is that especially being a diamond member why on earth does Hilton have anyone paying for the shuttle boat? Maybe for non Honors members but never your core. That seems like a fluff charge because how on earth are u going to get to the other islands, that should definitely be a free service. It's supposed to be a 5 star hotel, I would expect this from a 2 or 3 star, maybe certain 4 stars but never a 5 start charging dedicated members.

The hotel is on a quiet island. The hotel run water taxi is convenient and a nicer ride than the public taxis - only 15 minutes to the San Marco stop. The recently remodeled rooms are gorgeous well lit and lovely. The concierge is absolutely amazing, incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The breakfast is a stunning buffet. Dinner options are limited and expensive compared to local restaurants.

This is a fantastic hotel. We got upgraded to a king executive and couldn't have been happier. We were on the 5th floor and got some great pictures of Venezia from there. Their breakfast has to be one of the best I've ever had. Chocolate fountain, desserts, prosciutto, fruit, bread, and so much more. If you get a chance to stay here, do yourself a favor and do it. One other thing: walking around on this side of Venice is so much less crowded.

The only thing better than this fantastic hotel is the amazing staff! With 8 family staying for 3 nights to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday, the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating. From organizing a special birthday breakfast, to a surprise cake and champagne delivered to the room and greeting us with a smile and warm welcome every time we entered reception, we could not have asked for more! Georgina (in guest relations in think?), you are the very best I have ever had the pleasure to meet! Apart from your "nothing is a problem" attitude and friendly nature, you absolutely went above and beyond to retrieve my both of my son's rugby balls from the tree! I know you will remember the experience, I really appreciate you staying with us for an hour in the dark as we unsuccessfully attempted to get them out, and despite the odds, you retrieved them the next day.... I cannot express the gratitude and relief from my boys...and me! Even without the amazing staff, the Hilton Stucky has fast become one of my favorite hotels, and I have stayed in a lot of nice hotels. From the luxury appointments and décor of a 5 star hotel to the spacious and calm lobby, and my Venetian inspired suite, all in a beautifully restored heritage building, it really made our Venetian experience feel special...Also the signature Venetian scent diffusers throughout the hotel are a lovely touch. For those concerned about not being right in the middle of Venice, taking the hotel shuttle is a nice way to enter Piazza St Marco and also escaping the crowds to the tranquility of such a beautiful hotel. But if you need further convincing just check out the rooftop pool and bar, worth it alone for the view over Venice! Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel, a lovely place and even more lovely staff!

My husband and I found the service to be better here than other hiltons in Italy we’ve stayed at - the young woman at the concierge desk was very helpful to us giving us great restaurant recs and a pharmacy to go to when there are barely any in Venice that are easy to get to. Our room was okay but the microwave did not work and the AC in our room barely worked and our last morning we found the electric kettle and cups placed in a closet near bathroom not kitchenette which was odd. Unbeknownst to us (and what seems like everyone else) you had to book and reserve the rooftop pool which we found absurd - the man working the pool top deck could see our frustration and tried to accommodate us by saying it was fine if we were just dipping in it was more for the chairs- so thankfully we could do that because it gets so hot here and you need to cool down. The pool rooftop view was great and much better than the bar rooftop view the hotel promoted more - my husband and I went there one night excited for a nightcap only to be disappointed by the views and prices of drinks. Not paying $15 for a $2 beer. One night we also asked for dessert from the bar which was supposed to be a raspberry and blueberry cheesecake and instead it was some pastry with (cranberries???) and no blueberries or raspberries. Very disappointing. We also wanted to enjoy the sauna in spa and found it and no one was around and the after 10 minutes a woman came in and told us we had to reserve the spa and pay $40 euro for two hours per person. Just like booking the pool- no one at. concierge told us these things when we checked in. Communication and customer service at this hotel could definitely be better to prevent frustration. As inconveniently located as it is, this hotel really is a beautiful building with great views and has the most amenities and AC on ground floor to refresh you when you’re baking in the Venice summer heat. Overall we have found people here in Venice to be the most rude and full of themselves than any other city we’ve visited in Italy and the restaurant quality and service to be the worst- Venice seems to have it’s at own way of doing things I suppose.

The breakfast buffet is the best hotel breakfast I've ever had. Also, the customer service and friendliness of staff is excellent. Kudos to the staff for such great service. Loved staying here! Pro tip, be aware you must take the hotel water taxi over to the main part of Venice to see the sites. So be sure to allocate extra time for the trip over and back when planning. (15 to 30 minutes each crossing) Also you will be charged a fee for the taxi service.

Wonderful location with amazing views. Service was excellent, good food options for vegans. View and drinks options in the Skyline bar exceptional. Lots of local bar and restaurant options near the hotel. The room was very comfortable with magical views of the canal and Venice. Great transit options over to the main Venice area.

Incredible stay and great customer service. Perfect spot to stay away from the action across the channel. Upgrades and executive lounge really set you up well alongside the amazing buffet breakfast served. The private hotel ferry offered really allows you to easily get to and from the main areas of Venice. Views are second to none. Staff does an amazing job here and very clean.

Lovely hotel to stay. They have a lounge and swimming pool ( closed in winter ). A €10 shuttle service to st mark sq per person per stay. Staff are so helpful and friendly The drinks are amazing at the sky lounge, definitely worth a visit The views from some of the room are amazing. Breakfast is really good, good selection. Would love to stay again.

We had a great stay at the Hilton Molino Stucky in Venice. The location is very convenient and the hotel has a water taxi that only costs €10 for unlimited rides to and from the San Marco piazza. The staff were all super friendly and the hotel Looked lovely. We even got an upgrade to a deluxe room which was fully renovated, even though we don’t have any status with Hilton, which was a very pleasant surprise!

Absolutely beautiful hotel! Our service was great and our room was clean. I was a little hard to get to from the airport. You can take a water taxi from the airport for $15 dollars but the hotel is one of the last stops and it took almost 2 hours on the boat. The shuttle in the morning was super easy, it just doesn't run all day and all night so I would check on that when you get there.

Updating my review after my first hours in the hotel… big thanks for your reply below regarding my previous experience with the concierge.appreciate that you considered the feedback . Welcome and reception We felt so welcome from the stuff when arrived. From the lady that helped us with the checking to the guest relation manager we felt home and we could not have received a warmer welcome. Room We love our Deluxe room with view over the canal. A magnificent view and a super comfortable and new room with very interesting decoration. Lovely extra amenities for gold members. Breakfast Quantity but I did not feel the quality. Here is where the restaurant should improve. Food We tried only one of the hotel restaurant (the one that proposes the chic yeti). the food and the portion were great. We tried one pasta of the day with mushrooms and truffle and 1 fish fried for 2 and the portion was enough for 2 people. The service was average.

I will start out with a positive our room was clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. Air-conditioning could barely keep up and never felt extremely cool in the room. We had two major problems with concierge. We requested a taxi two days prior to make sure we could get to our train on time. We did not check in the day before because we figured Hilton could handle this. They did not we did not have a taxi scheduled we barely made our train by five minutes and made for an extremely stressful morning. We have stayed at many boutiques in Italy and all other places were able to handle a taxi being arranged ahead of times . Also concierge told us to take the public taxi to Murano end it took us over an hour to get there. We later found out there is a taxi that goes straight from the hotel and has a kiosk there to buy tickets for €10 apiece. How could concierge at Hilton not be aware or offered this as an option. Rooftop bar is extremely overpriced and they closed the top over us. We did not have a seat on the edge and then the roof was covered so not sure why we needed to pay three times the price as anywhere else. They also have a rooftop pool but it cost €25 a person and we decided against even going there since it’s only for two hours

We were only in for one night but the Service was outstanding and the rooms were extremely clean and inviting. The white decor and two windows that swung open to let the harbor breeze come through blowing the curtains gently was more than refreshing. Nice big white comforter on the bed with plenty of great pillows The room was fully stocked with a nice double headed walk in shower and luscious extra large body towels to dry off with or wrap in while you do your makeup and hair. Be sure to check out the adorable closet. It was definitely one the nicest Hiltons that I have ever stayed in and I would definitely recommend it to anyone that enjoys comfort and style

Excellent hotel - great pool/bar/restaurant. Just not available for guests it seems. I tried to use the pool in the evening - was booked up (understandable). So later at night I tried to access the rooftop bar - again told “have too many reservations for later - goodnight” I saw a lot of poor reviews recently - now I think I understand why. Stark different from the Cavalieri property in Rome that I came from (highly recommended). Let’s see if I can manage to get breakfast in the morning! Edit: breakfast was good - wasn’t turned away (success!) Hotel response below to reservations needed for just accessing the bar (not the pool as that was already closed early) was not communicated - instead of this scripted message below.

The hotel is very nice. The hall and downstairs infrastructures are very modern. The hotel has a pool and roof terrace on top that are worth a visit. The staff could be better trained as it seems they are used to volumes rather than quality. Our room was very large with bedroom and another room with sofa and table. Despite the size and the amazing view, the room was super old and clearly needs a major renewal. The corridors are also very old and the carpet broken and dusty.

So I just wanted to give Matteo Gaspari in front desk/guest services a personal 5 star review. He is absolutely phenomenal at his job and puts hospitality back in hotel. He is professional, focused, cares about the guest, and his service/representation reminds me of why I choose Hilton everytime I travel!

We had a great stay at the Hilton Molino! All staff members were great and made our stay that much more enjoyable. The rooftop pool was a real bonus with great views of Venice. The water shuttle was very convenient although it would be great if they included scheduled stops at the train station. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

Our favorite Venice hotel. Beautiful building, rooms, easy shuttle to Venice. Superb staff, always helpful and friendly! Delicious breakfast buffet. Beautiful views from the rooftop bar, well provisioned executive lounge!

I never really leave reviews but I have to praise this hotel. It was our first time in Venice. We are seasoned travellers and stay at Hilton Hotels frequently. This hotel had five star service food and rooms. The views were spectacular and the boardwalk had so many lovely restaurants. The trip to Venice was quick and easy. Overall we rate this vacation as one of our top three that we have ever visited. Venice stole our hearts. We will be back. Thank you
