Excellent choice and value for money. Traditional style rooms are spacious and comfortable, with amenities on par with higher rated Hotels. Breakfast in the courtyard is lovely and simple. Location is great and hosts are welcoming and patient.

I’m an American tourist who visited with my family of four including middle school-aged children. We stayed in what amounted to a 2 bedroom suite in the annex that was about 10 steps on the other side of the courtyard and over a private bridge from the main building. This place was fantastic — rooms and bathrooms were huge, very nicely decorated, and immaculate. Beds were very comfortable. Service was excellent. Breakfast in the beautiful courtyard was very good. Location, just a 30 second walk from the San Stae vaporetto stop and 10 minutes from the Rialto Market — yet in a very quiet niche — was also perfect for us. Overall, an excellent experience and I would definitely return.

Lovely little hotel by a little canal, they have different buildings (two I think) just a few meters down the same lane, buildings are old and full of characters, we had a room with 2-beds facing the alley/street, still very quiet. I can imagine if you are facing the canal must very romantic. Rooms are very very traditional Italians, small but nice, v clean and comfortable. Breakfast has a good selection of cold and hot buffet, the staff are all very nice. Location is very convenient yet quiet, you are only a few meters away from the water bus stop (S Stae) which gets you everywhere. You can also get to the hotel via the canal but that is only accessible via a private water taxi (which can be costly, like over 100 euro single trip from airport). All in all, very nice, very authentic and I would recommend.

The hotel had been highly recommended by friends that had stayed at the Hotel several times before and were travelling there with us. It didn’t disappoint from the reviews they’d provided. Fantastic customer service, rooms, breakfast and brilliant location. We spent two nights there and the only negative was that we weren’t there for longer. Would go back and recommend it in a heartbeat.

Cozy, comfortable rooms in a beautiful old building that has been modernized. Wifi and air conditioning both excellent. The staff are very welcoming and helpful, and even upgraded our room for no extra charge. The delicious breakfast is served in a lovely garden, great selection of pastries, meat, fresh fruits and veggies, eggs. Plenty of interesting places in easy walking distance. Very easy to get to from the San Stae ferry stop. If we ever return to Venice, we'll stay here again!

Perfect place to stay for my first visit to Venice! Still close to everything, but on a quieter corner. Room was comfortable and very clean. Full breakfast was very nice to have, and the staff were all so kind. Excellent service: they happily set up a water taxi for my departure to the airport and allowed me to borrow a fan the night before I left to let my shoes dry as I got caught in a downpour! I would recommend to anyone visiting!

Stayed for two nights in July and had a fantastic experience. The hotel is well located, just a 10 minute walk from Piazzale Roma and next to the vaporetto stop at San Stae. Booked a "Standard Room" and found that it was beautifully decorated, with high ceilings and a large bathroom. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful throughout our stay - breakfast in the small courtyard was definitely a highlight. Overall, a great choice for both value and quality in Venice. Hope to return again soon!

Really nice staff and a very good breakfast. Clean and warm. Great location for water taxi to the airport and the grand canal. Also located to some relly good restaurnats and bars. Couldnt faulit it :)

Just back from a 3 night stay here, the hotel was so clean, the staff were all so friendly and service at breakfast was perfect, the breakfast was really tasty, would highly recommend. The hotel was just beside a water bus stop, the location was ideal for us.

The hotel was at a great location, with amazing and friendly staff. Good breakfast, rooms decorated in a Venetian style, and spotlessly clean. Definitely worth the money and I would come back to it next time.

We enjoyed a 2-night stay in a superior room in the annex building. It was very comfortable with a sitting room and small terrace (not for sitting). The location was perfect; close to a vaporetto stop and a short walk from the fish market but tucked away enough for a quiet night's sleep. Breakfast was phenomenal. In addition to the standard cold meats, cheese, and pastries, the buffet included scrambled eggs and bacon. Complete with fresh juice and coffee of your choice (espresso, Americano, cappuccino...) Service was top notch. Would absolutely stay here again.

Rooms were beautiful, very cozy and cute. Hotel staff were exceptional, went the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Hotel doors are always locked only allow guest inside, very safe. Great breakfast buffet. Amazing experience. They always had someone who spoke english which was not always the case at other hotels. Thank you to all the staff!

Excellent location - central but quiet and well connected. We chose one of the rooms in the “dependance” and it was a great choice. Clean and spacious rooms, efficient and nice staff. Good value for money - try to avoid weekends though as prices are higher.

We stayed 3 nights. This hotel is pretty centrally located in Venice within walking distance or a short vaperetto ride to various locations. The staff were always friendly and helpful. The breakfast is served daily and located in a cute little courtyard. Would highly recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for 5 nights and loved every minute of it! Our room was stunning, comfortable, and very clean. They were also able to accommodate our request of a room overlooking the canal. Hotel staff were so accommodating and friendly, from check in to breakfast every morning. Breakfast each morning was delicious and great quality. The hotel was also within less than 10 minutes walking distance to the Rialto Bridge and about a 20 minute walk to Piazza San Marco. If you prefer to take public transport, there is a Vaporetto stop extremely close by. We loved our stay and hope we will be able to return some day!

Great value for money. Great location, clean rooms, friendly service. Breakfast is delicious, and the ladies at the buffet put you in a good mood right away with their happy chatter and lightning fast espressos.

Fantastic hotel! Me and my partner spent 3 nights here for our first trip to Venice and we are so glad we picked this hotel! Amazing staff, all were extremely helpful and polite. Hotel was super clean and tidy! We arrived in the early hours due to a late flight but the staff were very helpful and had us sorted in no time. Hotels in a great central location, highly recommend and plan to go again!

Rooms were gorgeous and you could literally step out of a water taxi in the Canal into the hotel which I thought was awesome. The owners were there and were really accommodating with helping us find places and making suggestions. 2 doors down from a museum so made wandering around Venice and seeing sites very easy

This is really a phenomenal small hotel quite central in Venice. Staff is VERY friendly and helpful. Room was really nice, quite a lot of space and very clean. During the night quiet like you are in middle of nowhere. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice and great quality. 15 min walking from most places in Venice. The practical thing is if you are coming from the airport you can take the boat (15€) and the station is 1 min walking from the hotel. Its something that is really important in Venice as you dont want to drag the bags in Venice trust me!!! Really you wont go wrong with this hotel.

We had our honeymoon here and they gave us excellent customer service. Please tell Donatello he was great and a lot of help. Very nice to traveller's who hasn't had the nicest experience in Italy. He was fantastic!

Great hotel, good size room and bathroom. Best part is it's easy accessibility from the Water bus stop. The staff was super nice and courteous, especially the dining room staff. Overall, a wonderful stay! Cherry on top is their breakfast. It was not a large spread, but everything there tasted very good.
