Very warmfull welcome - the garden is just outstanding - We had the pleasure to go and drink a few excellent cocktails and were welcome as prince and princess. Don't hesitate to go there!

We spent our first 3 night in Venice at this hotel. The hotel is fairly new, opening about a year ago. We stayed in room 7, which was amazing, we specially loved the free standing round sink in the bathroom. The hotel staff are all amazing and very helpful. They helped us by booking restaurants for us for every night that we were there. They also arranged for our transportation from the airport and then to the train station. Because the hotel is away from the tourist center of Venice, you get a chance to see a different part of the city and you are also away from all the noises. We enjoyed their garden in the evening by relaxing with a glass of Prosecco. The only thing that I would suggest is perhaps some more interesting bread at the breakfast buffet. Otherwise, the fresh fruits were great and they make you eggs for breakfast. Thank for a great stay.

This hotel is definitly the most beautiful hotel I've ever been to. The style of every room ist unique and individually desigend and matched with pictures of the famous austrian artist Julian Kohl. The marvelous breakfast is the perfect way to start a day and a cold cocktail in the lovely garden is the way to finish a day of sightseeing.

An absolutely magical place. Located in a quiet, serene part of Venice, but close enough to walk to all attractions. The rooms are beautiful and quiet and the decor is amazing. Best of all, the staff, particularly Franco, went out of their way to make sure we had the very best visit to Venice. Whatever we asked for they were happy to provide. Definitely stay here when in Venice!

Property was beautifully restored historic building, and has a garden in the back that is just magical.Very clean and quite comfortable room. The staff were friendly and helpful and always available.

Had the nicest stay here during the opening of Carnaval as a solo traveller. I would venture to say this may be the best hotel on the island of Venezia. Looking forward to staying here again ASAP with friends and family.

In the more quiet area of Cannaregio, this hotel is an oasis of tranquility and elegance. Every detail in the decor reveals the exquisite taste of the decorator whose vision is executed with aplomb; the interior is both regal and welcoming. The garden is a green corner of respite with mature trees, sculptures and a fantastical illuminated plum flower “árbol”. Chef Justin is a genius, preparing the best meal we had in Venice. The team of Hotel Heureka merits every accolade!

Service was excellent and cocktails were delicious. Fantastic gin and tonic. Tried the Pink Gin and Basil smash. will recommend the Basil smash. The garden was beautiful as well

Incredible hotel. We spent 4 nights here and absolutely everything was amazing. The service from the staff is the best I have ever received when staying abroad. The rooms are absolutely beautiful with everything you need for a luxury holiday. We travelled over my Birthday and the hotel made so much effort to make the special day the best it can be. Can't wait to return!

Lovely hotel not to far walk from "cicchetti street" close to the Jewish quarter. A good base camp for discovering Venice and easy access to the airport via the vaporetto (maybe 10 minute walk) or direct access to the hotel via private taxi boat.

This is a magical place, a home away from home. The stuff is incredible friendly and the place is full off details. Once been there, other hotels will not be an option anymore.

This is a beautiful, unique hotel. The service is excellent without being obtrusive, and from aesthetics to comfort to lovely features, it's all-around great. It is in a quieter part of Venice, which we prefer, but it means sometimes a bit of an extra walk to the main highlights. However, during the highlights get very crowded, and this spot felt like an oasis and was still easy to get around to everything.
