Second time is this place. Is very convenient for me if you want to stay out Venice and reach Venice by bus or train. The bus stop is only few meters away from the hotel cost €1.5 If you drive this place has a parking space for an extra payment The hostess is always available with some good communication , she is polite and nice. The rooms are spacious and well equipped with a shower room. And some toiletries. Kettle and cups, air conditioning etc.

Great accommodation, the room is modern, comfortable and relatively quiet. There are double windows and air conditioning. The place is in a good location, the bus for Venice pass every 10 min, the train station and Mestre downtown are 10 min walk. You need to tell the expected check-in time, as the hall is not always open. On street parking is difficult to find. Staff was very helpful. A great place to stay when you want to visit Venice

Good location for visiting Venice and the surrounding area. Mestre town centre is worth a visit. Bus stop for Venice only a minute away. Rooms clean and comfortable.

I liked the modern nice and clean room, shower all what you need very central place very close to the Mestre city. Host lady was accommodating and helpful. Bus nr. 2 just around the corner that cost 1,5 euro oneway all the way to Venice. You can buy bustickets in Tobacchi kiosk, not in the bus.

Modern, clean room. In room you have kettle for tea/coffee. Easy check in and check out. Very close to the bar where you have amazing breakfast (not even 30 seconds walk), 1-2 minute walk to bus stop that takes you directly to Venice. And shop to buy tickets (you can't buy tickets on Sunday)

Nice and clean rooms at logical prices! Easy access to transportation. Minus: the bad neighborhood. Be extra careful especially at night where just outside the hotel, prostitutes and transsexuals are looking for clients. Homeless people sleeping on the pedestrian walks, scary faces are looking at you in a strange way......

The room was as shown online. Clean and located close to a bus stop and some good restaurants. The staff was also kind and helped me with suggestions on how the best ways to get around both with the public transport or by walking. It is about 5 mins walk to the nearest bus stop and about 15 mins walk to the nearest train station.

It was clean, near by the bus that goes straight to Venice. The breakfast was made up of a Coffee, a juice and a croissant (taken from a bar near the hotel). Being with The three year old baby, we were told that there was only o e person croissant and because we only had two breakfast vouchers from the hotel, so The baby do not receive anything. Embarrassing could say...

Very dissatisfied. The host wasn't so cooperative. The room was smelly. It was very cold in the night. The neighborhood looked dangerous. I don't recommend.

They are not punctual and not great with guests. I didnt recommend this lodging
