Amazing customer service! I wish I could remember the sales associates name, she was so helpful, patient, and showed me items that weren’t even on display. Happy with all of my purchases.

After visiting both venice stores managed to find something to purchess not just for display, helpful staff made transaction easy.

Some people in the reviews talk about poor service. I will say yes this is somewhat true and really depends on the sales associate. It also depends on how you are dressed and act. We had great service as I was looking for a specific bag. They could not see inventory for other stores but did say it may be possible. Overall very nice and great selection. Beautiful store located in the heart of the shopping district. This store was fabulous. All the latest and greatest not available in the USA. BRING your wallet because you cant stop at 1 item. Margherita was our sales associate and she know s her product.

During a group trip to Venice, I'm glad having a stopby in this boutique. Although my favourite item is out of stock, I'm super glad because the warm staffs helped my companions who were in their honey moon to find a memorable gift. We had a wonderful shopping time in this boutique. Thank you, the manager and the professional team.

Shopping at Chanel should be all about the experience, especially given the prices. If someone goes to a Chanel store, they are expected to be able to afford the merchandise, and for that reason, customers should be treated accordingly. Unfortunately, they make people wait outside the store even when representatives are available to assist customers. Customer service at this location is terrible and FYI, all the merchandise on display is not for sale, so expect them to sell you whatever they have in the back, not what’s on display.

Had a really great experience at this store, credits to Noemi! Was there on a weekday late afternoon. Noemi was extremely patient, friendly and remarkably knowledgeable. Knowing that I was unfamiliar with the products, she explained each browsed bag in detail, different types of leather types and respective after-care. I also loved that she had extra informative tidbits on the bag’s history at her fingertips. Her dedication to providing informative guidance made my shopping experience enjoyable and stress-free. Her attention to detail and willingness to assist showcased a level of service that truly exceeded my expectations. Thank you for making my visit to Chanel a memorable one!

I am utterly appalled by the level of service I received at this so-called luxury store. The staff working here has a completely misguided perception of themselves, believing they embody the very essence of luxury. Unfortunately, their actions spoke otherwise. During my visit, I made several inquiries about various bags, only to be continually told that they were merely samples and not available for purchase. To my utter dismay, when a group of Asian customers entered the store, one of the staff members promptly offered them the same "sample bag" I had inquired about, clearly intending to sell it to them. This blatant double-standard left me in shock and filled me with disgust. As if that wasn't enough, the salesgirl had the audacity to inquire if I was still interested in purchasing sunglasses. When I politely declined, she rudely rolled her eyes and disdainfully walked away. Such unprofessional behavior is absolutely deplorable and should not be tolerated at any establishment, let alone a supposed luxury store.

Overdue review! I have visited other Chanel stores over the years in the UK and never been happy with the service and had never made a purchase. I went to Venice for my birthday last year and visited the Chanel store to see if I would feel differently. We were greeted by Beatrice on arrival and the service provided was incredible! I made my first Chanel bag purchase and tried on some shoes and other items which I hope to purchase in the future. Beatrice was so amazing I don’t think I would want to make my purchase anywhere else! I was even given a birthday card with my purchase which was such a lovely touch. Very happy with my experience and I have changed my mind about the brand and hope to make more purchases in the future!

We had a wonderful experience at the store! I must say that they have the most patient and nicest staffs in Europe! Both Beatrice and Derora helped us purchase our dream bag and we are so happy! :) many thanks to them again!! 😁
