The apartment was really nice, clean and the staff were great. A huge thank you to Alex for bringing our bags up to our room, they weren't the lightest! We had a lovely bottle of prosecco waiting in the fridge for us and the kitchen was well stocked with utensils, crockery and pans. The only thing we could suggest for some improvement would be some nice robes to go with the lovely slippers that were provided (which were a nice touch), but this is very minor. My wife and I loved our stay and was the perfect end to our honeymoon!

If I could give this apartment more than a 5 star, I would. It was absolutely amazing. And the owner, an astute gentleman to the core. I felt at home from the very first moment I walked in up until the last. I would definitely love to visit and stay there again. It is highly recommended. Having stayed in another hotel as well in Venice, this one was the IT for me.

We stayed in the ANETO apartment on the ground floor. It was a perfect place for a couple. It was super conveniently located, well-equipped and quiet at night. The private courtyard was wonderful for entertaining another couple, and the shared terrace by the canal was a unique treat to have in Venice. The Palazzo is beautifully appointed, VERY clean, and Jacopo and Elena couldn't have been more kind and helpful. The communication prior to the stay was excellent, and follow up was prompt and accurate. The fact that there is someone in the office from 10 am to 6 pm is also a plus for making needed reservations or getting information. We HIGHLY recommend the Palazzo Morosini. It's TERRIFIC!!!

We stayed at the Aneto apartment, which had its own private patio. We loved it! Pros: -spotless apartment -the washer/dryer combo was great and laundry detergent was provided -central location, we walked to all the sights and restaurants -communication was nice, fast, and always clear -amazing shower and water pressure -high quality shower/soap products of Malin and Goetz -everything was provided: bottled water, local treats, olive oil, etc. -fully equipped kitchen (alas we didn’t have a chance to use) -a handbook that listed out all key information about the apt but also key Venice restaurants/activities/history -fast internet -connect your music to speakers throughout the apartment -quiet area, easy to sleep Cons (minor but will still mention): -10am check out is really early -no deadbolt, so I was a bit apprehensive about someone coming in by accident (this happened to me once at a hotel so always skittish about the lack of deadbolts from the inside) -smelled a little musty when we first came in, but we just opened the door for a bit to air it out -pillows had no support Overall, I would 100% stay here again and wished we had stayed longer!

This is the place to stay if you’re in Venice. The apartments are renovated beautifully. The location is right next to the canals. It is within walking distance of the train station and close to shops.

We had an incredible experience here. The view is unlike any other and the room was beautiful. We went with another couple and the rooms were on opposite ends of the apartment which helped with privacy. The kitchen is state of the art and sleek. There are views in every room of a canal. You won’t stop taking pictures! Also, it has a washing machine which is helpful during a long trip and means you don’t have to pack as much stuff. The showers have “rain” shower heads and are completely enclosed with glass, making it like having the benefits of a sauna while showering which was refreshing. The beds are comfortable and king-size equivalent. The whole apartment is customized for climate control which was nice as we like it cooler and our friends liked it warmer in their room. Kitchen is fully ready for use and they were nice enough to have an assortment of refreshments waiting for us. Although Venice wasn’t my favorite part of Italy, I must say staying here was a highlight of the trip. If you’re coming to Venice and looking for a place that’s close but also far enough from the infinite tourist trap of San Marco, then this is the place!

This is a fantastic place to stay in Venice. The rooms are gorgeous, with tons of period details, extraordinary ceilings, and efficient & tasteful features. You cannot beat the price for value, especially given the exceptional amounts of space you get, and there the location is only 10 minutes from the Rialto, in an area with all the conveniences you need (including direct canal access). Highly recommend.

This place should have more reviews!!! It was spectacular!! When we went, the price was comparable to other hotels in Venice but the fact that each room is a full apartment made it a no-brainer to book. And it looks even better than the pictures! I came with my boyfriend so we didn't necessarily *need* the extra space of a living room and kitchen, but it was so nice and felt luxurious to have. It felt very new. We stayed at the Rafano room and loved it. The courtyard was also really beautiful. And we really liked the location. It was only a 10 minute walk from the train station where we arrived, not a far walk from the tourist attractions, and was a quieter neighborhood but still felt safe. I want to stay here again the next time we come to Venice. Highly recommend!

Just woooooow. Splendid, great, beautiful. The apartment we had was the biggest. What a decoration, what a cleaness, what a welcome. There is a bottle of a delicious Prosecco and the most delicious biscotti to welcome you. The kitchen is more than furnished, the bathroom as week. The quality of everything is absolutely the finest and the best on the market . I am a designer and I was so enchanted by the beauty of the decoration and details. It is outstanding . A way too beautiful even to be for guests. A million times recommended. Cannot wait to go back there.

The apartment couldn't be faulted, and Antonio and Elena were helpful and attentive from the moment of booking. They arranged a cot and high chair for our granddaughter, and seamless transfers to and from the airport. The Palazzo is in a great position, with good views of the canals, and has the bonus of a garden overlooking a canal.
