    Very nice shop, not very big but it still has a wide assortment. The sales assistants are all very kind. I recommend it. It was closed quite a bit and yesterday I was passing by seeing that they reopened, they did a really good job, it's really lovely, in fact I added a star.

    Terrible experience. We order two wedding rings, they arrive wrong and they also ask us if they are okay. The answer is logically no. They rearrange them and disappear. We call to find out if everything is okay and the sales assistant replies that she knows nothing. We call back after a few days and they reply that they have yet to arrive and that they will call us. They disappear again, we call and they tell us that the order does not exist but that it is better that they call us back to verify correctly. Nobody calls us back. I call back angrily and they tell us that they have arrived but that we were not notified because the sales assistant who was following us was on holiday. We finally go to get them and they don't give us the wedding pillow included in the promotion. So I ask why and they reply that they've run out of them. Furthermore, they sold us empty wedding rings, even though they insisted that they were full ones. Luckily they hadn't convinced me anyway and I was aware that they were getting confused. Poor service and unsuitable orders. Never again.

    I would like to point out that I did not send the bracelet for assistance to erase and redo the engraving (because with another bracelet to insert a stone they practically made a hole so I don't trust the place where they rest, and in the end fortunately they had changed it for me ) I made it go well because the girl was very kind and helpful, and because as it was an online order the engraving was free. But we're not quite there. At the first time the name to be engraved was not centred. To try to fix it so as not to send it to the 'butcher', I asked if he could add a heart, so that everything was in the center. Unfortunately the girl made a mistake and made her heart melt 😓 I laughed about it because in the end it turned out to be funny. But you can't provide such a service. Also because the engravings of a name cost €12.90. Unfortunately, I strongly advise against incisions as the staff is not adequately trained. I'm sorry to give a negative review as the girls were very kind but there is room for improvement.

    Unfortunately, I was very dissatisfied with the behavior of an employee towards me. I received a gift with a defect. When I went to this store, I was first told that I was almost at the end of the deadline for the exchange but the most serious thing that I didn't want to change the item he replied that he will have it examined by the goldsmith because it seems like damage I kindly explained everything but nothing I waited 3 weeks and not having had any call from them I tried to contact them to be told that it was a manufacturing defect and which was replaced with another identical item. One thing I have to say, the staff makes the difference in a shop, not the goods.

    I give one star because I couldn't have less.. I enter the store and approach the cashier counter as I needed assistance, I see the sales assistant cleaning the internal windows despite having seen that people have entered, she continues calmly for a good 20 minutes ..she doesn't say hello or ask if I needed anything.. so I look at her and finally after 20 minutes she asks if I need anything.. but she continues cleaning.. for another 5 minutes and in the meantime I'm there waiting... as a sales assistant I don't think so It's correct behavior when a customer comes in. I was taught that you stop what you're doing and follow the customer... I was quite shocked by the behavior.

    I would like to thank Miss Alessia. A truly kind and friendly person who, following a misunderstanding... contacted me by telephone even though the receipt had been destroyed... and who allowed me to recover the voucher I had. Truly a competent and special person. If there is a shop I will return to, it is definitely this one. Thank you.

    I went a couple of days ago, I was looking for a gift, I had seen a necklace that I thought cost €29 but in reality it cost €69 so it means that the prices were thrown away at random, I pointed it out but I didn't have no response, plus I found the staff arrogant and rude.

    We arrive and none of the three sales assistants deigns to say a good morning... note that there was no other customer... we ask to be served, the sales assistant arrives almost annoyed after ten minutes... we ask for a price to match the product on display. she mumbles that at that price there is nothing in the window... I reply that then it would be time to remove it... she doesn't answer... she closes the drawer and doesn't even say goodbye to us when we go out Congratulations indeed for the education... meh

    Poor service... ask the staff for information and they don't even pay attention to you... they tell you for a moment and then don't even come to ask you what you need and continue to do other things... terrible service
