Venice
resort
was
OK,
we
only
stayed
one
night
before
our
departure
so
can't
comment
too
much!
Check
in
was
relatively
trouble
free,
another
family
was
checking
in
before
us
and
felt
a
little
like
the
management
didn't
care
too
much
as
no
one
aplogised
for
the
delay
and
wasn't
a
'welcome'
like
in
other
resorts.
Had
a
breakfast
which
was
a
choice
of
cold
items
but
also
available
was
scrambled
eggs,
bacon
and
toast
along
with
jams
and
juices,
tea
and
coffee
which
was
nice
enough.
Note:
This
is
the
only
food
they
provide!
If
you
require
dinner
then
there
are
a
few
other
places
up
the
road
that
are
worth
checking
out
and
are
very
reasonably
priced.
The
double
bed
we
had
was
large
and
comfortable
on
the
upper
floor
and
the
two
teens
shared
a
sofa
bed
which
they
said
was
comfortable
enough.
Quite
a
peaceful
night's
sleep
until
(we
presume)
another
family
were
leaving
to
catch
a
plane
and
were
quite
noisy
at
3AM.
Not
the
hotels
fault
but
maybe
the
rooms
walls
are
a
little
thin?
Our
flight
wasn't
until
much
later
in
the
evening
so
we
checked
out
(11am)
and
were
allowed
to
store
our
luggage
and
have
full
use
of
the
pool
for
the
whole
day
at
no
extra
cost
which
was
brilliant
of
them.
Also
available
was
a
toilet
and
changing
room
for
us
to
use
and
we
purchased
some
fizzy
drinks
from
the
bar.
When
we
left
to
catch
the
plane,
we
at
first
thought
we
should
just
walk
to
the
airport
(20
mins
walk)
but
decided
to
take
the
Venice
Resort
shuttle
bus
as
it
was
hot
and
luggage
was
heavy.
The
shuttle
bus
cost
us
four
25
Euros
which
we
thought
was
way
too
expensive
considering
it
literally
too
less
than
5
minutes
and
we
weren't
even
dropped
off
near
the
airport
entrance,
just
in
the
middle
of
the
car
park,
presumably
if
the
vehicle
stays
in
the
car
park
for
any
longer
than
a
certain
time,
they
will
be
charged,
so
we
felt
very
rushed.
