Fantastic hotel close to St. Mark's Basilica. Very clean. Friendly staff. Delicious breakfast. Highly recommend. Only note is that you have to climb over 50 stairs to get there. ;)

This little bed and breakfast was probably our favorite place we stayed while we were in Italy. Very friendly and professional staff. Nice breakfast made on location. The rooms were exactly what we were expecting and as advertised. Really nothing negative to say. We had a room overlooking a canal and occasionally motor boats would come by they were a little noisy but the windows were very good at blocking out noise when they were closed. Would definitely recommend this place.

Finished up a 14 day trip of Europe with a four night stay in Italy. Hands down my best experience was staying at Ca’DellAngelo. Maria was amazing and beyond helpful and generous. Maria gave me a very warm and inviting welcome and loads of information about the area. The facility was super CLEAN and practically new! I was impressed with the detail put into this amazing piece of Italina history. I would and will return to this property. Maria and her amazing place will be a part of my story to share regarding Italy. Highly recommended!

The place is pretty close to San Marco, making it easier to explore the main attractions from Venice. We enjoyed the hospitality of the staff and the tips that they gave us.

When I was booking for our stay in Venice (3 nights), this place popped up, with a note that it was rarely available. I read the reviews & went with it, & I'm glad we did. The location is perfect, very close to Piazza San Marco. The room was quiet, clean & comfortable, even though we were just a few steps from the reception/breakfast area. The bathroom in particular was exceptional. Spacious shower, spotless & wonderful heated towel racks. The manager was wonderful, I believe her name is Maria, as that is with whom I corresponded, but I confess to not being certain. She was very helpful & accommodating. There were only two negatives. The first is quite obvious upon entry. There are 52 steps from the front door to reception & rooms. This can be tiring, especially with some larger bags, especially if you do it multiple times a day. The second was lack of A/C, which I believe was temporary. We like it a little cool when we sleep, & also use the fan to mask outside noise. We ran the fan & kept a window open so it wasn't really uncomfortable, but had it been warmer weather, it would have been. As I say, I believe that was temporary & A/C was being fixed. I expect we will be back in future.

Christina was extremely helpful and friendly. We were on our last clothes and she let us use the washer and dryer! She gave us some food recs which were good and other helpful info. The room was nice and updated, loved the exposed wood everywhere. Very happy we stayed there and appreciated the freshly made latte every morning. Would recommend!

Great location and excellent services! Maria was really nice and super helpful. Highly recommended. A side note, don't follow Google Maps. The walking route direction is incorrect. The hotel is in a small street across from the Gucci store.

Amazing value for money, great location, great room. Very spacious and clean. The host (Maria) was very kind and made us feel at home. She took care of everything even for our 18 months old daughter. I highly recommend it.

The location is very nice indeed so close to everything. The room was very clean with nice views of the canels. We could really see and hear the gondoliers singing from our window. The only thing which can be improved is the hospitality of the lady which welcomed us. She wasn't friendly and a good host, especially for breakfast you didn't receive any information on what you can have. There were croissants and sweets buffet but apparently if you wanted tea or coffee you had to ask her, but she didn't tell us that we had to check around on what the others were doing. If you don't have a full breakfast buffet you need to inform your guests on what they can have for breakfast. Otherwise they will end up eating croissant and have no coffee or tea. You can also have omelette or sunny side up eggs but of course nobody told us that either. Very weird breakfast service.

My husband and I stayed here and were amazed by this hidden jewel. It was similar to some five star hotels we've stayed in with all the special toiletries, and towels but unique. The views were a postcard. And eating in the dining room was like being in your own home. The best thing was the manager, Maria, who was gracious and knowledgeable. She took time to inform us on the attractions and the way to get around the city. She always made sure that we were having a good time and offered hassistance if we needed. What a special and unique lady. With all the tourists in Venice it was nice to have a quiet and lovely place to retire to. I can't say enough. It was one of the best experiences we've ever had.
