Definitely recommend trying Venchi when you're in Italy as a world-famous chocolate and gelato brand. They make elaborate rich creamy flavours, many featuring chocolate and hazelnut in their flavours. It is a little pricier for the portion you get versus other gelato shops but very extravagant!

I tried their classic milkshake with pistachio and hazelnut gelatos. That was the best decision I made today. Wow! The hazelnut flavor is so good, it is at another level I can't describe in any language. I need to come back tomorrow and try some other flavors. The staff there are well trained and provide good and professional service, which I also appreciate.

great gelato, very interesting flavors and good staff. My ice cream was served by the gelato maker and he was just fun to discuss different flavors with. Very strongly he advised me to pick a certain combo and I do not regret agreeing - ice cream was delicious. I highly recommend pairing ice cream with a chocolate covered cone.

At Venechi, their gelato cones with fresh milk chocolate inside were a delightful indulgence, offering a burst of richness. However, the pistachio and hazelnut gelato flavors didn't quite match the same level of satisfaction; their taste was somewhat underwhelming.

Best ice cream I’ve ever had! Absolutely delicious flavors. The cone was awesome as well. You can choose what to have outside of it and also you can have melt chocolate inside. We also had a crepes and it was delicious too. The staff was extremely polite and nice. Totally recommend!

Flavor mediocre. They gave us the wrong flavor that we did not request. Fairly expensive and was understaffed when we were there.

That was the best ice cream I had in my life. It was absolutely delicious but the staff there was so rude and unwelcoming. If you aren’t happy to work there just quit, don’t ruin the ice cream and the mood. I would still recommend it because it was incredible ! Hopefully, you will find other waitresses…

BEST ICE CREAM. tried it on Rome, Florence and now in Venice! When you see a venchi you have to stop! In this store in particular Nicole was super kind; her customer service is great!

Tried several different chocolate-heavy flavours, which were all good. The gelato is very creamy and rich and packs a ton of flavour. The Price is average for a touristy place we paid 4.30 € for three scoops which is okay. I would recommend trying it for the richness of the gelato.

10/10 chocolate gelato. We also got to sample the chocolate from the fountain and try a few flavors before choosing what we wanted. Equally excited to try the chocolates I bought since the gelato was that good!!

Famous ice cream and chocolate shop. This is second time I tried and I have to say, I liked their vegan gelato they got better than other flavor. Especially the chocolate. Good pit stop if u r into chocolate and chocolate gelato. Box of chocolate are abt €16-30.
