What
a
pleasant
and
unique
stay!
First
of
all,
I
have
to
say
that
the
design
of
the
hotel
made
by
the
famous
architect
Patricia
Urquiola
is
stunning,
I
love
the
choice
of
the
furniture,
the
colors
and
all
details.
I
had
a
warm
welcoming
and
felt
very
comfortable
in
the
environment
straight
away,
the
room
was
beautiful
and
spot
on.
Everyone
was
very
friendly
and
attentive
to
deliver
the
best
service.
Luxury
is
a
matter
of
details:
we
were
looking
for
the
dining
room
for
breakfast
and
a
very
kind
hotel
porter
showed
us
the
way,
a
few
hours
later,
this
gentleman
saw
us
walking
towards
the
exit,
came
to
see
us
interrupting
what
he
was
doing,
just
to
ask
how
breakfast
was,
it
means
that
our
satisfaction
was
his
first
priority,
and
even
at
this
level,
we
do
not
always
experience
this
kind
of
attention
and
care.
As
there
was
the
possibility
we
had
the
chance
to
have
a
late
checkout.
Before
leaving
the
“Ca’
di
Dio”,
we
decided
to
have
a
drink
in
the
area
between
the
lobby
and
the
restaurant,
in
my
opinion,
the
most
beautiful
room
in
the
Hotel.
This
last
experience
was
the
cherry
on
the
cake,
Marco,
with
his
incredible
enthusiasm
and
smiley
eyes,
advised
us
on
the
best
cocktails
and
explained
everything
about
the
bar
concept.
On
our
way
out
to
say
goodbye
to
Venice,
Marco
brought
us,
and
even
our
luggage,
to
the
transport
in
front
of
the
hotel
for
the
last
goodbye
and
see
you
soon,
this
gesture
was
the
highlight
of
our
whole
stay
because
we
saw
it
was
made
with
his
heart.
Working
in
hospitality
is
a
matter
of
passion,
and
we’ve
seen
it
in
every
employee,
which
is
very
rare!
The
only
area
where
I
would
focus
to
make
a
little
improvement
is
food:
room
dining
is
not
necessarily
in
line
with
the
rest
of
the
offer.
Concerning
breakfast:
the
presentation
of
the
dishes
was
not
as
creative
as
we
would
expect
and
even
the
offer
in
general
improvable.
But
after
less
than
a
year
of
opening,
things
are
surely
still
“in
the
process”.
