Should be a 4 star hotel minimum. The location is perfect, the rooms are beautiful, the service was fantastic. The bed was very comfortable and the cafe next door was nice. The only downside was the noise, the street can be very loud. Overall I would stay here again if we return to Venice, I highly recommend.

My wife and I had a wonderful time in Venice and the Rosa Salva Hotel was one of the main reasons why. The hotel is centrally located which made for an easy walk to all the main attractions. The hotel staff was extremely pleasant and helpful for our entire stay. We DEFINITELY would stay here again if we ever make it back to Venice!

Great location, walking distance to all tourist spots. Excellent customer service; Antonio and Nicola are very helpful. The bakery and coffee shop inside the hotel is excellent and a big convenience for morning breakfast and light refreshments plus drinks too.

Beautiful hotel. Great location. The elevator is scary because it is an old building. I really enjoyed the hosts at the front desk. Both gentlemen were extremely friendly and very simple check in process.

The perfect location for our first visit to Venice. This is a lovely little hotel, superbly positioned to explore the main attractions Venice has to offer. Checkin was easy and the hotel is clean and very well appointed. There’s a fantastic cafe below for breakfast and sweet treats. Our room was spacious and even though it’s in the middle of the main tourist area it was quiet and comfortable so we slept very well. We would happily stay here again next time we visit Venice

We reserved a “suite” in the hotel. Accommodations were comfortable and it had a nice rooftop private balcony. There was a peculiar smell in the apartment but once we opened windows and let fresh air in it went away. Very comfortable for a family of 4 as it has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. You have everything you need for a few days here. Location: to get here from the train station or airport you’ll need to take a water taxi and then walk about 10+ minutes to the location. Really not ideal with luggage or at night. Customer Service: front desk staff was nice but did not interact much to elaborate. Would I stay here again? Probably not because location isn’t great.

We loved our time at Ross Salva Hotel. The apartment was perfect for our family, and the location was excellent. The front desk staff was incredibly helpful, especially Nikolai, who assisted with booking water taxis and porters and answering our silly questions. We will certainly be back again!

This hotel is great. The service is top notch and they accommodated quickly in an emergency in the middle of the night. The room we stayed in was fine for 2 people. Great central location to navigate around. Would recommend anyone who is visiting to stay here.

To be fair, the hotel itself is really nice. Great location between Rialto and San Marco. Very spacious and modern room, huge bathroom. Very clean, comfortable bed, everything there that's needed. Would give 5 stars for that. Unfortunately, there was a really loud group in the room next to me (my room was in the annex-building), they had a party, shouting and singing until after 2am. As my shouting to please be quiet didn't help, I called the reception after 2am to please tell them to be quiet so I can sleep. Nothing happened, staff didn't check or called them. They continued making noise until 3:30am, impossible to sleep, night ruined. As this is not a hostel and a room has its price (and it was my second stay there) I would have expected the staff to at least try to make the group stay quiet, as the person promised on the phone. Really disappointing experience, will not go there again as staff apparently doesn't care for the clients when there is a problem. The staffmember that checked me in and also checked me out the next morning was very friendly, appologized and offered coffee. Not his fault though, but the person in the nightshift really should have behaved differently. Sad this ruined the experience from an otherwise nice hotel. Edit: The hotel contacted me with a generous compensation-offer. Well handled.

Upmarket hotel with luxurious rooms situated right by St Marks Square. We were offered a suite which is located in another building nearby but had a view of a courtyard away from the crowds and was well equipped - TV, safe, great bathroom and comfortable bed and great layout. Staff were helpful but note that there isn’t a breakfast offering, you receive 10% off the downstairs pastry shop

Location wise is good, but difficult to travel from train station to hotel as need to transport by Ferry and drag heavy lugguage through steps of stairs. It will be good if hotel can provide shortcut travel and information from train station to hotel. The counter service is great when we get help from Mr Giovanni. His friendly advise and smile will make your day. Room using paper cup is difficult for multiple use as only 1 paper cup per person avaliable.

Stayed at the top floor of the Suites and can't fault it: spacious, sleek, with all modern amenities even including a full size dishwasher, pod coffe machine and Bluetooth connections. A nice surprise was the terrace overlooking St Mark's bell tower and the sauna! Plus, super central to all the sights. Highly recommended it!

We stayed in the family room which is spacious with a separate room for my son. The room has a stand-up shower which I suppose is a rare find in Europe, even better with a rain shower head. The location is central and very close to San Marco Square and ferry for transport to the airport. The staff are friendly and willing to help. The bakery downstairs is a plus, which is a great place to grab some breakfast. And the guests can enjoy a 10% discount. If I have to complain, it will be lack of place to hang your clothing as there is a only tight space (not a wardrobe). And the clothing has to be laid down on the stand which is supposed to be for a suitcase. Overall, it is a great hotel. I would definitely recommend to anyone who plans to stay in Venice.

Rented a family room. Got a great top floor apartment with a roof terrace. The room was great as well with a kitchen and complimentary coffee and drinks. The location was also great and close to St Mark's Square. Definately recommended for families.

This hotel is based in an ideal location for exploring Venice, being within 10 mins walk of Rialto Bridge and St Mark's Square. We were in the separate annexe building, in a quiet lane behind the main hotel. The room was good quality and clean. It had an excellent shower. A nice touch was that free water, juices and yogurts were provided in the room fridge and replenished everyday. Reception staff were very welcoming and hospitable. I would certainly stay here again.

Stayed in the hotel for my anniversary for 2 nights and the hotel upgraded my room to a suite! Room & facilities were very new as well. Staff was extremely friendly especially Antonio, who went above and beyond in helping us navigate around Venice. Really enjoyed my stay here and will highly recommend it!

Stayed here for 2 nights with my boyfriend. The hotel staff was very nice. The lobby was in a busy street and the suites were just 1 minute away. Despite that the lobby was in a busy street, the suites weren’t. In the evenings it was super quiet. Location of the hotel was perfect, just 2 minutes walking to Piazza San Marco. Venchi ice cream was literally around the corner. Rialto bridge was just 5 minutes walking. Shops like Louis Vuitton, Prada, Gucci etcetera were also like 5 minutes walking from the hotel. They did not serve breakfast but we could get 10% off from Rosa Salva coffeeshop. Room was very trendy and modern. I compared lots of rooms in Venice and this one was not so old school at all! There was a minibar with juice, still and sparkling water and yoghurt, free of charge. Would definitely stay here again when I am in Venice.

Fantastic hotel - very comfortable and spacious room with all mod cons. A great base to explore Venice from, ideally located close to S.Marco and Rialto, and an easy walk to Accademia, the station, and Garibaldi. Top marks.

Hotel suite is clean and smell great. I believe, they have air-purifier or ozone generator inside the suites that makes the air smell so good. Antonio, the hotel receptionist was super helpful and nice.

Perfect location. Our room was at the 3rd floor with no elevator. Bad was so and so. One of the best coffee ☕ shops in Venice downstairs. All together a good place yo stay.

A hidden gem. Hotel is in an amazing location. Gracious receptionist. Fast wifi. Modern and classy rooms that are amazingly clean. It smells really nice too. Plus you get discount at Rosa Salva with all the bomb pastries. Surprise the rooms are not more expensive. Easily a 4 star hotel that easily beats out many 5 star hotels. The room and bathroom are a bit on the smaller side but the way it is designed makes it feel spacious. Multiple outlets and usb for all your devices!

Cute hotel walking distance from Rialto and St Marks square. Plenty of bars and restaurants within walking distance. Room was a little small but that’s what you expect for a city hotel. Everything was new and clean. Thanks guys.

The hotel is a five minute walk from st. Mark's Square. The hotel has pixel perfect rooms which are somewhat spacious. Our room was in the adjacent building, which was in a quite alley full of character. The room has a mini fridge with complimentary water, yogurts and peach flavored drinks. We loved staying here.

Amazing hotel! A+ in all categories. Clean, comfortable, and very nice! Great rooms with comfortable beds and sparkling clean bathrooms. Highly recommend if you wish to stay in the middle of all the action. Very friendly staff.

Nice hotel in a central location. Close to all of the major sights. Rooms are very nicely decorated and clean. There's also a coffee machine. Not the cheapest hotel in Venice but still good value for money when you consider the location. Would definitely stay here again.

Great bakery downstairs, with free breakfasts. The staff are very nice and speak English well. A Smart TV and fast Wi-Fi are in each room, along with a high tech keycard system and 24/7 air sanitizer. The bathrooms are nice as well. Enjoyed my stay here as everything is very Covid safe.

The staff was fantastic, friendly, and hard working, and we will highly recommend this hotel if you need a place in Venice, Italy. Joline and Aarons's Grand Adventure give five stars!

The Rosa Salva Hotel was a great hotel! The rooms were spacious and comfortable and the location could not be better. The hotel is literally a stones throw from St. Mark's Square. The staff was truly amazing as we had a medical emergency while staying there. The Staff (sorry I don't remember then gentleman's name) went above and beyond and was able to secure an extra night for us before we would be able to continue our trip. I would not hesitate to stay at this hotel again when in Venice. Rosa Salva was one of the best hotels we stay in during our 3 week trip!!!

My husband and I stayed here for one night in one of their junior suites while visiting Venice. We arrived early (10am) and they already had our room ready for us, which was amazing. The suite was big by North American standards and gigantic by European. The bathroom was similarly large, and everything was very clean. The staff were all incredibly kind and helpful, and gave us some discount cards for nearby restaurants. The location is great - about a 5 minute walk from the Rialto Bridge, and 10 minutes from San Marco square. It’s also surrounded by restaurants, shops, and has a bakery attached to the lobby. All in all we had a great time and would definitely stay here again.
