Poor Customer Service and Rude attitude from the Staff. No tasty items. Horrible Experience 👎👎

Very very bad experience!.. I bought Kuzhimanthi from this so called 'Mehfil restaurant' and was very much disappointed! Firstly, I asked the price of 1/4(quarter) manthi which is Rs 190 here, and then I ordered 2 quarter as parcel. Then I suddenly realised, why buy two quarters when 1/2(half) manthi is an option and is just Rs 360 compared to 2quarter(190x2=380). So, I bought 1/2mathi but wasn't satisfied with quantity of the package. Hence, I was planning to buy extra 1/4 'manthi rice' and so, asked the price. Upon hearing the price, I was shocked. Because the quarter rice itself costs Rs 100 (compared to the quarter mathi i.e.,of Rs 190) they say. Later, I refused to buy the rice and came home with just 1/2 mathi, hoping that no matter the cost, the taste will be good atleast. But, after opening the package, it was a huge huge disappointment. The mathi rice was not at all tasty anywhere near the typical mathi rice. Also, the 1/2 mathi chicken piece they kept was too small like a 1/4 manthi chicken!! I am so so disappointed!! And I recommend everyone to be aware of the fraud they do to customers in the name of 'orginal arabic mathi'. Nuisance!!.. total nuisance and waste of hard earned money!!

When passing through kallara we went in for lunch and got to ordered parotta Chappati and chicken perattu and it was ok kind of food and the service from the staff was good

Good restaurant for family dine in. They tried to create good ambience inside family dine in room at low cost. Nice food with adequate quantity. Polite and friendly staff. But no adequate space for vehicle parking, since it is nearing to town.

Food is good and service is also good Great price and deals

Porotta is crispy, soft and fine Al-faham is always burnt & smells like plastic
