One of the best gyms with AC in the Ambattur OT/Tirumullaivoyal area. For a nominal fee of RS.1000, you get to access everything in this gym. List of equipments are quite good. They also have a sauna. The biggest selling point for this gym is that it has got five fantastic trainers who are very friendly and helpful and they come included in Rs.1000 you pay for a month. The gym also has a new and high quality Table tennis table. Suggestion for the new comers: please talk to the trainers and follow what they prescribe you as a schedule for you! Your gym session would be fruitful then.

This is my first ever gym experience. Great place to workout. Atmosphere is always very clean and motivating. Trainers are very professional and friendly. Trainers are always helpful and making sure we do it with proper form and postures. Its been just 5 months and I already started feeling great improvements in my physical and mental health. Recently they conducted 90 days weight loss and weight gain challenge. It was planned and conducted very professionally without having to pay any additional cost and without forcing to continue subscription. I can vouch they are not business minded and am amazed by how they are consistently running this to motivate and focussed to make a healthier society. Their primary focus is only that. I have been going to this gym since 2020. It is completely safe for women to walk in at any time. The gym trainers are amiable and constantly motivating to push through our limits. The fees is also budget friendly for even students compared to other gyms in the locality. If you're are not getting a personal trainer, ensure that you're self motivated so that you can achieve your fitness goals. The gym aims in building a community of like-minded individuals and also encourage in participating different event and outings though it is not mandatory. I really wish Unique One Fitness Studio a great success forever!

I have joined Gym recently, it's actually good secured environment for workout. You could see atleast one coach anytime you walk in. Coaches won't comprises on your workout set, unless you are really struggling to do it.

The trainers are passionate, driven and focused on helping me set and achieve new goals. They are creative and constantly changing the workouts so we never get bored and never do the same workout twice. Gym trainers are very friendly and polite.

This is more than a gym to me, personally. The Masters would always push harder to achieve our fitness goals in a friendly manner. I'm not glorifying anything just come and experience it lively. Ramesh master is a person who we all wanted to be......he runs the gym...he trains clients ...... organises blood donation camps.....donates books, notebooks to government school children....all qualities that we see for HERO in our films. Bala master, Paul master,Gowtham master are a big support pillar for the gym. Finally this man Babu Roy..... excellent organiser....work out of his bone ,so that we enjoy and cherish beautiful moments. One of the best gyms in Ambattur. Well maintained equipments and very spacious. The trainers are very friendly, helpful and they provide a good set of excercise routines to follow over the week.
