Horrible experience. Place feels dingy and dirty. No custodial staff in sight. Reception team was unpleasant and seemingly had no concept of “customer service” as we waited in line for 30 minutes to then come to find out we needed to fill out a waiver. The manager looked at my kids and I with a blank stare and said “you need to fill out the waiver and get back in line” as if it was our fault. No visible signs stating we needed to fill out the waiver BEFORE paying. We wasted a total of 45 minutes just to pay. Unbelievable. Totally ruined our experience. Parking lot was packed, so plan ahead as the venue doesn’t have enough parking spots to meet the needs of the over populated headcount - had to park 1/4 of a mile on the street walking in puddles of rain. Make the trek to another location as this venue was under staffed and felt 3rd class.

Great place for kids and parents to have fun. I noticed they have full staff, and super friendly!! Check prices first. Do not go on weekends is super crowded, difficult to find parking. Highly recomended.

My daughter always have the greatest and fun times at this trampoline park. For $29, 1 hour and a half of jumping and tumbling around is so worth it for your child. The place was packed that Saturday with families but has so many areas for kids to jump around and still has so many spaces between them. I highly recommend you sign up the waivers online when u bought the tickets in their website, so you don’t have to fill it up when you get there. Saves about 15mins of playing time since you can’t or your child can’t come in the gym if you have not signed a waiver and would have to line up at their counter to fill up. The gym online has many deals on their website

Hard to get in. They require COVID test for everyone upon entry. It adds another 30 min to enter. To enter you need to fill out online form for COVID testing on site. Then you will receive code on your mobile phone. Then you present this code to the person at the front. Then they will do swab of your nose and give you result in couple of minutes. If you are negative, you can enter. If you are positive go somewhere else. Groupon coupon works as intended, with no strings attached

**BEWARE** of their MEMBERSHIP practices. They take your credit card the first day and everything is butterflies and rainbows. However, if you want to stop, they make you jump through hoops to be able to cancel the membership. First, you cannot cancel at their Sky Zone facilities, it can only be done online. Second, you cannot do it the day of, or counting weekends. My membership was due on a Monday, I cancelled on a Friday and on Monday was told that I still had to pay for another month. Their policy is to cancel, ONLY ONLINE, and ONLY WITHIN 3 BUSINESS DAYS. They clearly do work, because they took the time to let me know I was going to get billed no matter if I did do it 3 days before. The technicality of "business" days got me hooked for another month. About the place: Buying tickets in advance, as well as filling out the waiver online will save you time when you get here. The place is usually packed on weekends, but not at all on school weekdays. I always opt for a membership ($38.99) for unlimited time on weekdays and 2 hours during weekends.

Great place for kids and adults. In our case only kids participating. We paid for the monthly which is cheaper than the day rate. So we can come back here anytime, weekends are limited to 2 hours with members. This place can get busy, we came here during weekday and summer break and still fair amount of traffic. Plenty of activities kids can do. Even of you come here with just one kid, they will have fun. Or course with a group it's more fun. For the really young ones make sure to pay attention to them, lots of fast moving older kids can knock them down. Has good parking, plenty of games to keep them entertained and also food options.

Lots of areas for kids to have a good time. You also get a room reservation where you celebrate your event privately. You're not allowed to bring outside food though. Parking is limited too.

My kids are 12, 8,and 6. They love this place and had a blast. Great fun way to get there exercise in and wipe em out. Groupon deal made it even better. Staff was helpful and monitoring kids pretty well. I like the designated "small kids" and "grown up" areas.

Avoid the snack bar! Eat before or after, everything inside this place is overpriced, I paid $15 for (2) small bags of chips and water! It's an hourly (or half-hour) rate to jump, which isn't bad for a child, to a young adult. Parents, be aware if you aren't used to full-body workouts... good luck! You'll be sore for a week:)

Wow the place was immaculate! New look is wonderful. Staff is helpful and cheerful. Go during the week to avoid crowds. Loads of fun. Open environment. They are Covid conscious Thee is a new General Manager go say hi! Corporate should be proud of their re-open.

The place is ok and fun .. My problem is that Sky Zone has an offer on Groupon that is cheaper just to get you in. Then once you go they tell you that we will not grant your Groupon same day purchase and you have to buy full price now then use Groupon on another date. I talked to the manager and told her that this is not stated in Groupon and it is deceiving. she said it is the company policy, I asked to see any written statements and she said it's not written anywhere. Thia review is to make it clear for anyone planning to buy this Groupon to purchase at least 1 day earlier.

Plenty of activities and zones for kids to jump, play and go wild. My kiddo loves the obstacle course and the zip line. I just enjoy having a place to sit and wait. We came here for a bday party and it was very well organized and all the kids and families seem to have a great time. Would definitely come back.

Excellent customer service. I was working with Diego this past Sunday while it was extremely busy and overwhelming as it was raining outside. People were flocking inside to enjoy there in door Sundays. Diego was extremely patient and professional with myself and the guest before and after me in the line. Customer Service is key to success way to go Diego. Everything else was amazing my family and I had an amazing weekend

(Translated by Google) It is a very good place to go to have fun with kids and adults. The first time you must register to access. There are different areas and in all of them you will find staff who will help you (most of them speak English and Spanish) and will be on the lookout in case something happens. For the little ones they separate a trampoline zone which gives you greater security. In addition to trampolines you can find a "zipline", a foam pool, basketball hoops, aerial fabrics, among others. My son loved it, huge parking lot out front and a little ways out to get there as it seems near office spaces. Lines were long but associate up front got them moving quick. Have a few arcade type games in the seating area for rests/breaks with a small cafe to buy drinks, food, and snacks. Plenty of watchers on duty supervising the kids and they seemed to enforce the rules really well. Keep in mind that when you buy a tag for your kid you can come up with them to watch them play as they have benches on the sidelines to sit or you can stand and follow them as they move from zone to zone.

Really disappointed to see that my credit card has been getting charges from them . Took my niece back in July and on the time of purchase, they suggested that for three more dollars I could upgrade her day pass for her to go the rest of the month instead of just one day. I accepted not knowing he enrolled me to a membership that I would be paying every month! I even verified that it was just for that month and he proceeded to say yes. Their employees need to be better trained to explain the memberships and not misinform ..

I haven't been here since summer 2022, and it looks like they upgraded a few things, as well as providing more sitting options for parents. It's a bit on the expensive side, which is why I purchased the summer pass.

My kids loved this place! My family came in for a birthday party, the host Noemi was very nice and helped the kids check in and later helped with the party. She also had the kids wash their hands after all the fun. Really liked her cheerfulness. This place has lots of fun activities like zip line, rock climbing and basketball. My husband and I were also able to sit on couches while our kids played. Looking forward to having my kids parties here!

Run away! This place has the shadiest business model. If you show up without booking online, the cashier will tell you there are no slots available. But, will then tell you that you can book a slot if you purchase a membership. You can avoid this by just going on their website and purchasing a time slot. You’ll see that there are in fact times available. Management has told the workers to lie to customers, so they can upsell memberships. If you do buy a membership and want to cancel after you leave you can. BUT!!! They won’t really cancel your membership even after you request it to be cancelled. CHECK YOUR CREDIT CARD STATEMENT! They will continue to charge you! On principal, I won’t be coming back. For the facility itself…it’s super packed. Not very clean. And be aware that your kids’ safety is overseen by teenagers who look like they’d rather be somewhere else. If you really want to go here, book online.

We did my son’s birthday here for the first time. The kids love the venue. There is space to run and climb. I would recommend having a little more time to set up for the party if you are bringing anything to personalize it. I was pretty rushed to get it ready due to time constraints. The party host is available to bring out the food and set out the plate settings. We did have to start cleaning up a couple spills on our own cause the person had disappeared each time. I recommend arriving extra early due to issues with parking.

Thought it would be a great weekly family tradition, but I'm already thinking about cancelling my membership after about 4 or 5 months, seems like several of the attractions are closed nearly every time we come, including 4 of them today, including the new playground which is the main reason my kids like coming here. And they are usually out of pizza and/or some of the icee flavors at 11am on a Saturday.

  • 1/5 YULIYA S. 7 months ago on Google
Terrible for Birthday Parties. You literally will be serving and preparing your own tables without help of the workers, your parents guests might assist on helping, and not to mention that you have to keep all your food, balloons and party decorations in the whole way 2 hours before your party starts. They weren’t clear on the odd structure for their birthday parties. Now we know. Avoid stress, and do yourself a favor, choose different location. We made a mistake by choosing this particular location. And kids keep injuring themselves because older jumpers never under supervision obviously

It was a not really good experience. There are areas that aren't kids friendly. They have lots of places but many areas were close. I couldn't understand because they keep receiving people in. Too many, people for such a small area. Maybe if you go and see it without people you will say he doesn't know what is he talking about, but there is lots of people once is open. Good for older kiddos. I couldn't believe they make you sing a waiver Incase you get hurt is your problem not theirs. Without a waiver you can't come in.

I came here for a bday party last month and I have to say I was blown away how cool and organized this place was. I have gone to other trampoline venues and they were boring. I love that they have closed off private party rooms, they offer a good variety of items to choose from. The party hosts were absolutely fantastic and so friendly.

Prices are but well worth it! Lots of things to do here from obstacle to rock climb and zip line. Staff was really nice all the time. Need more parking space though.

  • 1/5 Peggy 7 months ago on Google
This was by far the worse bday party experience I have ever had. I wish they had just told me that they were booked and unable to help us host. It was crowded, disorganized, parking was a nightmare, host helper disappeared, and one of my bowls was never returned to me. I don't live close and now I need to make the drive over to pick up my bowl. My mom already went once but no one was able to find it. The manager, Alex, said they would have it. Avoid booking with them. I have 3 kids and have been a patron of other bouncy house and trampoline places and I promise this is the worse.

My daughter was on the rock wall and fell hitting her chest on the bottom of the Rock wall. She was struggling to breathe normally. Of course you sign a waiver that says that they're not liable for anything which is fine. But I decided that I should let a worker know that she fell, just in case they were supposed to know it if I needed emergency help. When I went to the counter to let them know that she had been hurt the young man that was there, instead of listening to me cut me off and said, "well all I can do for you is give you an ice pack." He didn't ask if my daughter was okay at all, not once. I tried to explain to him I want asking for ice anything. I just thought I'd need help. He doubled down with the nastiest attitude this young man, that I just couldn't even talk to him anymore, I turned to another woman who was at the counter. I let her know that I did not appreciate the way that he was handling the situation and I thought he was a real jerk. You know sometimes these 20 year-olds have no understanding of children and parent relations, no child development skills. No basic medical training. They have no compassion, they just don't have any feeling nor are capable of understanding; it makes me wonder why they even work in an arena where children are. No one helped, they had no idea how to address any kind of situation. My daughters breathing finally regulated after 20 minutes. I hate the idea of returning to this place.

It was great! They have added new games. These don't need 🪙€0.25, slide your card, and that's it! Also, they have membership that costs around $30, which is great for those who live nearby.

Indoor & air conditioned! Perfect for the whole family on those "I'm bored" summer days! Its more than just trampolines- try dodge ball or basketball on a bouncy court, there's a small zip line and rock climbing wall.Plenty of friendly staff monitoring the areas, assisting if needed. Entrance fee is based on blocks of time & is bit pricey. You can go in no charge if you're not going to jump, but are with a little one. There is a snall snack bar/video game area. The snack bar serves chips and Gatorade. Lots of fun & a cool way to tire the kids out!

Zero respect for kids who has sensitivity. Im surprised how the owner is not handing this situation ether way it should! In which law it says it’s illegal to not to wear our own socks branding except you want yo sell! If the kid has a socks with grips why does it matter! No respect for kids needs situation! Zero respect for families! Manager assistant was a young guy with attitude and a bad time! We are taking this serious and we will follow what happen with our family today! There must be a reasonable answer for this behavior and incident! Rude and inappropriate way of approaching!

  • 2/5 Constance A. 1 year ago on Google
Update: Staff on a very busy day was unattentive allowing very dangerous conditions. No interaction with guests just visiting with co workers. Accidents just waiting to happen. New basket ball court was nice. I wish there was more staff interaction with the kids on a fun level. The girl that checked us in was great but the other stood around talk amongst themselves.

It was fun and my younger kids had fun but it really is meant for older kids. Perfect for young teens. They don't serve food but they serve snacks and drinks. Helpful Hint: Come in slides with no socks, it will save you time especially if you have a bigger family.

Its a good place to go and waste an hour or two. Not worth the money. Just a giant trampoline with a lot of restrictions. Maybe I grew up a little tougher than most? I get it, it's for safety and all, but personally I'd rather invest in a trampoline for the home where my kids aren't restricted. It's great to try out at least once though!

Sky Zone Trampoline Park was awesome since he was very helpful with our wait and my seat adjustment! This was superfun but the wait process is painful and I really hope they will figure out a better system than waiting for 1+ hr to race and all in 3 hours to get 2 race in....

I give it 4 stars because this is the place to be if you are 9 or 10 years under. The food they sale is perfect for kids since we all know what kids like to eat. Since is in the heart of downtown Oakland sometimes is hard to find parking but you will survive.

First time here, and I guess they've recently renovated. Large indoor space, and some fun "extras" including a rock climbing wall, scarf swings, a zip line, balance beam and obstacle courses. Staff were courteous and kept kids in line, so felt comfortable that my four year old was safe with the bigger kids. Definitely recommend! (Side note: Groupon is a good deal, but you must buy it at least a day before!)

When we first moved to the area, neighbors said we had to check this place out. What a find and a treat. While it feels a bit worn, finding someplace with this kind of charm, in an urban area, is remarkable. Your little kids will love it. You will too.

  • 4/5 Steven B. 3 years ago on Google
This is a very enjoyable park for toddlers 2 year up to 5 or 6, and we as parents also had a good time. The fairy tale settings, chu chu train, ferry wheel, small merry go round were good fun al OK for under 36" The park looks a bit antique but that is part of the charm.

They've updated this place, a lot of FUN for the kids and a good workout for the adult. (LOL) Bring your own refreshments $3 water bottles and $4 Gatorade. 🤭 Outside of that they should definitely crank up the A/C in this place. (A lot of people sweating, jumping and blow hot breath around but not enough A/C). Outside of that.... ALL GOOD HERE !

This place is a great outdoor park for younger kids. The tunnels and rides were very toddler appropriate and the puppet shows are about 20 min, just enough for the little ones attention span . The keys to turn on music help little ones with motor and coordination skills. We would love to visit again when we are around the area.

Great place got tickets on Groupon for $23.10, that price included the Sky socks that you have to wear. Brought the 90 minute tickets. Lot of choices for activities plus has arcade games and Air Hockey. And they have a great snack bar with drinks. Great for all ages small kids, teens, and adults. Make sure an adult watches the small kids for safety.

Went to Sky Zone January 1, 2024. Got 2 "Elite Sky Zone" pass. It used to be a great place, but it went downhill. The place needs a lot of TLC. There is no integrity in this location. The parking lot was discussing! There were old Sky Zone socks, wrist bands and junk food everywhere. I even let the front lady know and she said she would take care of it but by the time I left, 2 hours later, it looked exactly the same. (pictures attached) I was there at 10:30 am but the place was in desperate need of cleaning. Part of the gym was under construction; I was not told that part of the gym would be closed. Lots of trash everywhere and needs a good vacuum cleaning and wipe down. I thought I was getting an "Elite" experience and left feeling disappointed. I DESPERTLY wish I would have gone to Thousand Oaks location. Van Nuys is a BUST!
