Food was delicious . Best part is Veg and non veg shops are separated. I ordered roti, chana masalas, andhra thali. I like the food. Must visit place in Vizag near by Vizag international airport.

This is the only food joint which is easily accessible to people of Muralinagar, Madhavadhara & Vuda layout. There is a vast menu of Tiffins, Veg & non veg curries, Biriyani, Tandoori items, Chinese items, Shawarma etc.. The only place in this area where you get so many varieties of food I have tried many items here. The taste is not bad, but okay. Though customers prefer take aways, they also have a sit in restaurant for families. The entrance and cash counter is a bit congested but there is a lot of parking outside for cars as well.

There have one person in counter very agressive and service like very rude this given answer very rude there don't know how to service the food and how to give respect to coustomer please improve this problem

Very simple vegetarian meals. Tasty food, and not very spicy. It's good to see traditional way of eating in the palm leaves. Service could be better, but it's possible we went towards the end of lunch hour. Expected more variety of curries. Rasam and Sambar are very bland and lacks the feeling of wanting more.

New Ram Sai Parlour serve both veg and non-veg dishes.This restaurant is quite popular in Muralinagar area and is famous for it's tiffin dishes such as Dosa,Idli,Vada,Poori and Chapathi.The food parlour here is also famous as there are a lot of snack items available here and My personal favourite is Double Chicken Noodles 😋.

They don't care customer, they don't care your opinion and also they don't care the reviews because there is no competition for the restaurant near by because they give cheap food with nice taste and look by using masala and some powders so it's best for people who want roud service and unhealthy food like stocked food🥰🥰

Worst tiffin I ever had here. I have ordered simple Idly, onion minapa dosa and Parota at around 07:00 PM. The chutney packed was rotten and badly fermented. The parota is just like a rock. The restaurant is named for quality. But this event will ultimately get a very bad image. Don’t think like parcel orders won’t come back for raising complaints. You should be equally responsible for quality of food both dine in and parcel customers.

Budget friendly.but very busy.. service is not at all good.. its just the food quality which attracts guest. Best thing is to takeaway.

Beware of the fraud. They won't give u proper bill. They will just type the number and give you. Today we ordered chicken dum biryani, poori, paneer dosa, sambar idly and the bill is 536/-. I was washing my hands when the bill came and my parents paid it already. I saw rates in menu and the whole bill without extra GST must be less than 450! See there! We got scammed. Pls ask for detailed bill or tally the rate against menu. Food is good but not worthy if they increase prices in future.

On 11th brought sambar vada, in sambar we found cokroach. Next I informed to staff (we collect money) , reckless answer.

Train your staff not be over smart when they are trying to educate guest who walked in.. Need some privacy to choose an order from presented menu card.. Let your associates knew that F&B service is not an art of selling automobile spare parts or selling fruits and vegetables at road side.. It should be a delightful experience for every customer who walks inn.. Why don't you present tax invoice (bill) to the customer ? What's the problem ? Very doubtful and disgusting experience

The working staff are unprofessional and ambience is okayish. Prices are mediocre and cleanliness is also okayish. Regarding the taste, the special biryani they offered is decent enough.

I ordered from Zomato every time I ordered they made curry with lots of oil and less curry pieces not only this curry but also remaining curries they made with oily remaining restaurant like eaters stop they made with limited but this people make with plenty of oil please make sure that reduce the use of oil in the curries.

Worst service ever.... The one server in veg side is doing worst job... She is the one who is letting the customers to leave by saying it will take lot of time.. or if we order anything she said it would be there othere side we will get it when I go that side.... infront of me only so many people left because of her service.... Had a really bad experience with them there was alot of crowd at first which took them alot of time to prepare food and don't know why each food item which had excessive chilli or was salty or some were burnt really a nightmare ,even normal veg noodles was too much spicy which one cannot eat

Taste is below average and staff is rude.i ordered kalmi biryani online and the chicken leg pieces are getting bad smell inside(near bone) that day i came conclusion never buy anything from this hotel worst experience.

We ordered chilli Baby corn and Chicken lolly pop. Both are served dipping in Sweet sauce. The chicken is very hard. On bringing it to the chef, his attitude is rude saying, both dishes will be served dipping in sweet sauce only everywhere in every hotel. I strongly do not recommend this hotel for the above items. Rest of the items we didn't taste, so my review is only on the above items.
