Place looks good and they have maintained good ambience but the food taste is not worth upto the price they have kept.

This is indeed a notable first train-themed restaurant in Vizag. The expansive setup with well-designed seating and station-themed decor is impressive. However, there's room for improvement in the food and interiors. While the Manchow soup was good and the Tamalapaku bajji was a delightful first-time try, the starters felt a bit lacking in quantity. Gongura chicken vepudu lacked the dominant flavor of gongura. The Schezwan noodles were spicy but enjoyable. The Paneer Biryani and veg fried rice were just okay. The overall experience, especially from a food perspective, was satisfactory. It offers a fancy train-themed experience, particularly appealing to kids.

Good atmosphere with very good taste and the service provided by the staff is also very good . Atlast , they served us SWEET PAN also freely which I impressed most.

The reception and the service are quite nice. The quality of food is acceptable, though a bit pricey. The best thing is of course the part where is food gets delivered on a toy train.. Overall I had a bit different but good experience with my better half on our wedding anniversary.

This place is best for eating food and the food is delicious and serving also good. If family go to this restaurant the childrens would enjoy the trains and the food it is served through trains. Must try this restaurant once if u like u can go again with family and friends. REMEMBER:- It is too rush so best try to book the seats before u visit the place so then it would be free for u to enter without waiting. I loved the place. I recommend u all to visit once ❤️

A train themed restaurant with out of the box idea. There are tracks laid to every table and food is delivered to your table by a toy train which runs around through the tracks. The ambience was wonderful and the walls depict of models of various places around the world. The staff are very friendly but are busy and felt were short in number as we had to remind them for salads and water. Coming to the food it was a bit undercooked and very spicy. 1 star less for these two reasons. Kids will definitely love the experience and will enjoy their time. Needs to be prebooked. The app doesn't open properly but the website works fine. Hope this gets fixed.

It was splendid and joyful experience. You will be given station name and food will be delivered by toy trains to respective station. Food is delicious. If you are vegan, I suggest you to try Classic Mushroom starter which is not in menu. Staff service is awesome as they are alert and ready to give answers immediately. Go for it, you will have good time. On weekends make sure you go before 12:30pm or 7:30 pm for lunch and dinner as there will be huge rush outside.

Very Bad experience for me overall. I got food which was rotten and not cooked properly. Taste wise very bad staff could not communicate properly

We ordered Sweet Corn Soup, Lemon Coriander Soup, Panner 65, Mushroom Biryani, Egg Fried Rice, and Apricot Delight. The concept of the restaurant is good. But, the taste is not that great. The soups are worse. Other dishes are okay.

Staff was good , So we ordered starter kuchipudi chicken and main course Andhra Kodi pulao and fried piece briyani Starter was good Pulao was not upto the mark ( 4 for 10 rating) Fried piece is not even a fried, it was wet with chilli flakes Management was asking for reviews guys bt Staff was very friendly

Just ambience. Not another Expect overpriced they compare themselves like 3 or 5 star restaurant.. Water bottle is only 80 Rs And 100 Rs was gst and there full is like half portions.. And you know there's no option for half plate or quantity for any food.. It's just for kids entertainment train theme I'd recommend Just better have barbecue nation next floor..

Best in vizag City for kids.aproaching way n entry to dining space is not satisfied one. No walk free entry to dine.mainly heavy noice is main problem from customers. While eating boys hurried to collect the dining plates is also not good. All the small issues can be shot out by the management. Mutton curry preparation must be improved a lot.

It was a fun experience. The ambience of the restaurant was good, be it a couple on a date or a family having their dinner together. The hotel is completely train themed - seats, delivery of food. The trains deliver the food to the tables correctly. It was fun to see the new delivery system. The entire restaurant has A/C. The food was tasty and they have creative buckets and menus. The only negative is the time for the order to arrive- took around 20 mins for it to arrive and service isn't as good. Good parking, good washrooms and good etiquette.

Food is good, do visit to look at the efforts they have taken to decorate the restaurant. Great place to visit, kids will enjoy. Quick service of food, less wait time, non vegetables options are broader. Chicken nawabi kebab must try. Train and platform experience was worth visiting.

A good place to go, the starters were quite good and the ambience is great and I wish there was more lighting near the dining area. We ordered Appollo fish which was quite good, chicken tandoori which was also quite good & Birayani which is not that great and it could've been waaaay better. The service is not that great, they hardly respond to you, which was quite irritating. Overall for that price and the taste it offers it's ok to visit once for you to experience the unique way it delivers your food, other than that 👋🏻

Vegetarians may skip place as most of their special dishes are Non Veg varieties l. Heard good feedback from Non Veg lovers. Place is too crowded and congested on weekends due to its popularity in social media. We had two veg varieties and they were not so great. Also, we had to share a table with a family who ordered Non Veg items since we are running short of place and also waited for long to find one. Apart from the concept of sending item to your table by means of a toy traian, i personally didnt feel anything special here. )My review is only for veg food lovers) The staff were not so proactive may be due to fatigue of handling hundreds of customers on that weekend.

Superb place. Great ambience. Excellent food quality. Smiling and supporting Staff, quick food serive. The food reaches to table in a train. Its adorable and awesome experience. While having food, the train carries food to other tables, it also feels awesome. The ordering is dugitalized, train carries order to that table only. A must visit place for family members in all age catagories. The ambience touches our childhood as train is integral part of our life....

The concept is new and emerging, the idea behind this is brilliant, well designed train themed restaurant but their food is not so great, menu is very old fashioned and the taste is decent.

Plz don't waste time and money Soup is like hot water, And what ever i asked in menu they told it's not there I asked one starter they have brought another one and it's ok fine Biryani is worst i feel like it's 2 days back biryani , water bottle need to buy for 80 Rs Finally My worst birthday treat i given my friends in this restaurant

Platform65 is a fun place to visit with family, especially if there are kids - since cute little toy trains deliver all your orders directly to your table. We tried a lot of different starters and were too full to try anything from the main course. The chicken tikka, Apollo fish, chilli prawns and chicken spring rolls were nice. The miryala mamsam vepudu (mutton) was a disappointment, because the spices were fantastic, but the mutton was slightly under-cooked. Maybe don't order mutton dishes, because even though we went on a weekday, the restaurant was full, and the chefs probably just don't have time/patience with mutton dishes.

“An unforgettable experience! After a hectic travel from Araku to Vizag, we wanted to had our dinner somewhere which sets our mood for the next day. And guess what we found one of the unique ambience at Vizag. The staff were humble and polite food was delicious. A must try place in Vizag.

The atmosphere sure here is good. The service was excellent. The chowder cheddar soup was amazing so was the chicken ravioli. But what disappointed me was the Tiramisu. It was sour, they just didn't add it to the bill. But the whip cream went stale and sour. The Shepard's pie was subpar.

This restaurant has a beautiful set up, anyone will love the atmosphere. The food is good and fresh. From the price point of view; yes it's a little bit of expensive but worth it.

Visited vizag branch and first disappointment came when asked for baby corn starters. Next ordered chilli paneer and veg Manchuria. Where we received 2nd disappointment when the train went to different table twice before staff rectified it. As it's late, starters became cold. Paneer is very hard. Taste is average. This is 3rd disappointment. Starters were not completely server and main course came butter naans were very very hard. Good exercise to jaw. Later mocktails were good. Atleast a good thing finally. Overall, not worth to the cost. First experience is very very bad. Not planning to visit again.

Excited with train theme.. But need to do some developments.. Food is sometimes falling in between when train is moving.. Lunch was good time to go than to go for dinner.. Dinner service is bad and food also tastes bad.. But I give a 5 star for lunch 🍝🥗🍱.. Delicious.. If you go at 12 you can sit wherever you want i.e on which platform you want.. If you delay they will give you corner seats where the train will not come on to your table.. It will be going by the side of your table. Better if you go to 4 membered chair.. Over all food is ok ok.. But you can give it a try atleast for the ambience and the theme

I visited this place with my family. Frankly the food is really good, the items in the menu are also little different to the usual menu that we see in any Vizag restaurants. The staff is also very polite and friendly. The only discomfort I had is, they changed our table after everyone is seated, given that we were 8 of us with kids, I felt little uncomfortable otherwise no complaints. Fully satisfied with food and service, kids also like this place very much especially bcoz the food is delivered on a train, just the starters though.

As a ideal restaurant with toy train was excellent but my seating area train sensors not working good 😕 it's reaching out of the station 😢 😫 foods is more spicy Mutton briyani is not good little bit dispointed for cost but no taste balance all good taste like starters and mock tails 😉 drinks🍸was excellent i ever had before that's all final a entrtainar restaurant too much cost
