Ich war schon ein paar mal in diesem Hotel. Trauriger weise hat die Geschäftleitung dass Hotel so nicht mehr im Griff, es kann und darf nicht sein, dass ich als Kunde Stunden lang (warte nach 9std immer noch auf eine Antwort betr. Einzelzimmer) auf eine Antwort warten muss, und das leider nicht zum ersten mal !!! Ich habe fertig mit THE CLOISTER HOTEL ! ( Svizzero 😊 )

Wir waren Ende Mai mit einer Busreisegruppe im Il Chiostro. Das Hotel war in einer guten , zentralen Lage und es sind nur ein paar Minuten bis zum See. Das Hotel selber , das in einem alten Kloster gelegen ist , ist sehr sauber und ordentlich. Leider war unser Zimmer etwas klein , hatte keinen Balkon und als wir angekommen sind , roch es in unserem Bad , wie jemand kurz zuvor die Toilette benutzt hätte. Das war etwas unangenehm. Aber sonst war es Ok. Zum Essen kann ich sagen , das es gut war. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichlich. Nur das Abendessen war jetzt nicht so mein Fall. Aber ich hatte dann immer mit der sehr lieben und freundlichen Kellnerin besprochen, was ich essen möchte und dann hat es mir auch sehr gut geschmeckt. Das Personal im Speisesaal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Personal an der Bar leider nicht so. Da haben wir uns nicht willkommen gefühlt. Alles in allem war es ein schöner Aufenthalt im Il Chiostro.

Lovely hotel in a great location but I'm afraid the front of staff were really awful to us.. It was pouring of rain and we were on motorcycles and they didn't really want us there dripping water.. The hotel was lovely though if you weren't on a bike they would probably be OK..

Das ehemalige Kloster liegt gut am Rande der Altstadt von Verdania. Das Ambiente im alten Teil des Gebäudes im ehemaligen Kreuzgang ist kaum zu schlagen. Der Service ist in allen Bereichen sehr bemüht. Aktuell laufen nebenbei auch technische Renovierungen weil einiges zu erneuern ist, z.B. die ineffizient Klimaanlage. Beim Frühstück muss man sich darauf einstellen das es italienisch ist, also Kuchen statt Rührei oder Speck.

Sehr angenehmes Hotel, dass aus einem ehemaligen Kloster entstanden ist. Das Gebäude ist über 500 Jahre alt und sehr reizvoll für Freunde des gehobenen Stils. Man verliert sich teilweise in dem Hotel, da sehr verwinkelt angelegt. Mir persönlich war das Zimmer zu dunkel und hatte leider keinen Balkon. Erreichbarkeit ist sehr gut und ebenso bietet das Hotel einen abgeschlossenen Parkplatz für 10 Euro pro Tag.

Ich war positiv überrascht, das Hotel hat meine erwartungen übertroffen. Zimmer grosszügig, wir waren zu viert in einem, hatten sogar ein begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Die Dusche ist etwas eng, und die Toilettenspühlung etwas laut. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und zuvorkomment. Das Frühsück war ok, potenzial nach oben. Die Lage des Hotels ist sehr zentral, alles ist zu Fuss erreichbar in wenigen Minuten.

Zwei Zwischenübernachtungen auf dem Weg in die schöne Toskana. Das Hotel liegt zentral im Ort. Wir wurden sehr freundlich empfangen und der Service ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer war sehr einfach und sehr sauber! Für italienische Verhältnisse war das Frühstück sehr reichhaltig und gut.

Ich besuche dieses Hotel nun schon zum vierten mal. Sehr freundliche Gastgeber, sehr freundliche Menschen. Ein angemessener Preis und wunderbar zentral gelegen. Weil die Umgebung so viel bietet werde ich sicher noch öfters hier Quartier nehmen, mich entspannen und die Schönheit der Umgebung genießen.

Very small rooms. Service not good. Staff disinterested to help. Asked assistance to book a taxi but refused. Breakfast also very basic. Over priced for what it is. Also not making clear parking is not easy. Limited places and rear parking gate closed (signs direct you to this but you need a key to open without intercom meaning you drive round again double parking outside to check in and get the key. There are nicer places to stay.

An amazing place for a quiet stay. They have a bar and a great restaurant. High level of service while the prices are cheap. It's my third time here and I m planning to come back soon.

There is a parking at 3-4 min walking from the hotel..the hotel is more for old people. The place is clean. The people welcoming you are quite slow motion, and not very helpful. Be careful : check out at 10:00!! We have not tried the breakfast!

Super nice location inside an ancient palace. There is also a nice bar inside the Chiostro. Very simple but in a wonderful location and very clean. The best value for money in Verbania.

Friendly staff, at the reception and at the restaurant where breakfast was served, everything looks good, clean, on the other hand, I was not so happy with the room I stayed in, the bed was uncomfortable, I didn't rest properly because of the mattress, in rest, I found cleanliness in the room and bathroom, the hair dryer in the bathroom does not work.

An extraordinary place in a comfortable and calm atmosphere to stay in Verbania inter. Enjoyed my week staying over there. Mangers and every personal so attentive to make every day a pleasant experience. I'll recommend this hotel to friends and ready to renew my experience sooner.

We have stayed 3 nights in this hotel. on arrival we were surprised by the warm welcome and beautiful lobby and well-arranged parking, but that's about it. The "monastery hotel" has no charm and nothing to do with an old monastery, except for the old musty smell. Once arrived at the room, very clean but looks very different from the advertising photos. Bathroom was dirty, and the shower head was broken. You don't have to do it for the hotel, the location is perfect. This balances the price/quality ratio.
