A must when in the Harz mountains! Take the Cable Car to Hexentanzplatz (Witches Dancing Place) and fly over the beautiful and breathtaking valley of the Bode river. If you dare, take the green cabins with a glass floor. Thus you can look through the floor down towards the valley.

Great place for a day trip with the family. The ticket lady for the gondola lift is a bit grumpy, beware. Know what you want before you ask or she will not be pleased.

Fun to go if you want to go down faster than walking your way down. View is very impressive and different from what you see during climbing. I’d recommend this activity. Also pretty cheap.

We were looking for something to do for about 2 hours before we'd continue to travel. We spontaneously decided to visit this place with our kids (3 and 5) and we did not regret it! We booked a combined ticket for the gondola (yes, you can drive up by car, but this was more fun) and the toboggan run (rodelbahn). After one ride, our kids wanted to go again as they loved it so much. It only costs €3 per adult and €2,50 for kids from the age of 4, so it it's very affordable to go again.

A short trip up and down. Price per person is really fine, just get the SuperSpar Alles ticket (which includes the chair lift, cable car and the Rodelbahn. A small tip: if there's not a lot of people, wait for the green cabin, that's with the glass bottom.

Nice place for kids, at age 11-12 top. Recommended to do the slides before going down to the town. In the town it is mostly amusement park for the kids.

Was very excited about going up it the cable car, had a window on the floor so could see down all be it dirty cos its was all snowing that day. Would be great to see again when not covered in snow clouds as the views looked amazing as it was. Buy a super ticket for multiple rides on the different lifts in the area

Great ride and view!! Glas floor not so easy for people with vertigo but if you don't have it, it's great! The amusement park it's more for small children but very nice.

The panoramic view from the cable car including a glass on the floor of the cable car makes it unique and totally worth it 🙌🚡
