😠 I’ve been here twice now, the first time we ordered tilapia that was undercooked and was told the cook staff was new and they were still trying to become familiar with the menu and how to cook items properly. They remade it. I returned 2 months later and stopped in for some yellow curry, the first... People often mention good, ordered, Thai, menu, nice,

I’ve been here twice now, the first time we ordered tilapia that was undercooked and was told the cook staff was new and they were still trying to become familiar with the menu and how to cook items properly. They remade it. I returned 2 months later and stopped in for some yellow curry, the first time it was delicious. My curry came out nothing like what I’d ordered, it had pineapple and was very mild, I had ordered shrimp & scallop yellow curry, med. hot (there’s no pineapple). No problem, they remade it and while it had shrimp and scallops it also had what seemed to be leftover remnants of chicken fibers, a lot of them, and still not the vegetables that are listed in the menu. It was a little spicier but not how I ordered. Again, I was told the cooks were new and try to work out the bugs. While the service has been excellent at both visits, the food is unpredictable. I won’t go back.

This place was awesome, with a ton of vegan options as is the case with most Thai food. The Yellow Curry was particularly flavorful and delicious! Service was excellent, and we got our food within ten minutes. I loved the modern, more sophisticated look of the place too. Highly recommend! **Side note: there are stairs up to the dining area, which means it is not wheelchair accessible as far as I know. Perhaps the owners can confirm this but that was my initial observation.

I'm a 5 star. Husband was a 4 star. I was gonna get my usual Thai Basil than based on photos by Bryan Stewart the Spicy Shrimp caught my eye and the dish looked better than the Thai Basil (he also had a photo of it). I'm happy for the last second switch to Spicy Shrimp dish. It was perfect amount of spice for me. I ate 3 of the jalapeño peppers and left 2 behind. Love that they had brown rice option (no extra cost). They also provide a spoon which worked great in spooning the sauce with some rice into my face. (Cause I pretty much looked like a starved child as I did that maneuver.) CILANTRO FOOD "ALLERGY" WARNING They do garnish their Pad Woon Sen with cilantro. We forgot to mention that hubby can't have it. It wasn't written on the menu. So, heads up. If you think cilantro is evil be sure to specify not to have them garnish with it. (The server was really nice to offer to fix it, but we were able to pick off the offending pieces. Note, this was again our fault, we forgot to mention it.) Husband liked his dish he just didn't get as excited about his dish as I did about mine. He said chicken was a bit dry and onion not cooked well enough. (I ate his onions.) We are happy we stopped here to eat on our road trip. Nice clean and modern-neat looking restaurant.

Staff were really amazing!! Couldn’t have been more attentive and welcoming. We were in the restaurant early (17:00ish) and so there were not many customers. The Tom Yum was really not good at all, I have eaten Tom Yum soup all over the world including many times in Thailand and usually it tastes strongly of lemongrass and ginger and is a light and fragrant flavour. What I got was more like a vegetable broth and had a kind of bitter, burnt flavour. The Panang Curry was really nice, but the portions were too much. Also we thought the menu said ‘with choice of rice’, so we ordered the sticky rice and the got brought that AND 2 portions of jasmine rice- be aware of that when you read the menu. The Chicken Satay was really good. Nothing was out of this world delicious, which is why not 5 stars, but a solid 4* place on service and generally the food, just the Tom Yum I sent back and was still charged for, so that’s why 3*s. If you are keen for Thai- avoid the Tom Yum and I think you’ll be happy :)

Overall my experience at Lemongrass was good. The service was usually attentive and willing to accommodate the diverse requests of a large group (I came with five other coworkers). I ordered the wantons, which were filled with crab meat that was a little dry, but the sweet and sour sauce was good. I also had the Rad Na, which was a noodle dish in a gravy with carrots, broccoli, and beef. It was delicious, especially the vegetables. The Lemongrass Thai Fusion is certainly a nice change of pace for the restaurant options in Vernal.

Great tasting food! We were so impressed when we stayed in Vernal that we ate here twice. The spice level was a bit on the mild side for my wife and I but very satisfied. The staff was very attentive the first day. The second day was still good, but a little slower due to a very large group (10+) coming in right before us. I would highly recommend trying anything on the menu. Out of the 5 items we ordered all were great.

We stopped by for a meal on our way through town, and it was a lovely experience! The entrees were really good, although the chicken wontons (basically a small piece of chicken wrapped in wonton wrapper) weren't that interesting. The greatest part was our server, Kim, who saw us passing off our 10 month old trying to keep her entertained. Since we were in at an odd hour, we were her only table, so she offered to take care of our daughter for a few minutes while we quickly ate. It was such a nice gesture, and left us very impressed. Hopefully the manager/owner realizes what a gem that they have with her!

I've eaten here several times over the last two and a half years. In 2021 the food was great. Some time in 2022, I felt like the food quality declined somewhat. Every time I've eaten here in the past year the food was superb! Very good food and the service had been very good as well. The atmosphere is nice, sit-down and be served, and is pretty good.

This is the worst costumer service I have delt with at a restaurant I had ever been to anywhere. I ordered 2 lunch plates and I made it clear a few times i don’t want spicy at all, when we have the order, there is one order that is spicy and I called back, they first said bring it back and we will remake. Then they called back within five minutes and denied that they make the order wrong and I even offered to bring it back and have them to taste it if is spicy or not. They just hung up on me. I then called back, and once she heard my voice, she hung up on me and repeated “we are not gonna remake it, or refund.” Which I never have asked for refund. The picture you can show clearly it has red chill flakes on it (which is spicy).

Great little Thai place! We stopped here on a recent trip to Dinosaur Nat’l Monument. Had Pad Thai and Green Curry. Pad Thai was good; but the curry was crazy good. Service was great as well. Really nice staff. Highly recommend! Only real downside with this place is the signage. It’s very inconspicuous. We drove past it twice. So, check out the “Google street view” so you know what to look for.

The fact that there was one overworked server impacted our whole experience here; from being left waiting to be seated for far too long when there were empty tables right in front of us, to the piles of uncleared plates just left on the other tables as each party finished and left. I've never seen that before anywhere. Not just the odd table waiting to be cleared, it seemed like a conscious decision to just leave the clearing up until the restaurant closed. Well it's not very pleasant for the diners! The server was friendly but our order of fish, Pad Thai and rice came a little slowly and was no better than mediocre. Still, it made a change from the other nights on our road trip!
