Good food, good service, and pretty good atmosphere for a fast food chain restaurant. Nice alternative to McDonald's, Burger King, or Wendy's. I will definitely return in the future.

Really good food, fun classic feel. Had a minor miscommunication on our order and the manager promptly fixed it! Will definitely go back again. And probably the best pumpkin shake we’ve ever had

Customer service was not good. The person that took my order messed up almost everything and was super confusing charging way more than she should have. Sometimes people can mess up one order but it happened to almost every one of my friends including charging $8 for a small cheese curd. I think they might have been new to the job but they should definitely have more training before working the cash register.

Nice atmosphere. Loved all the memorabilia about a Freddy's life. The food was good - better than McDonald's and cheaper. The custard was wonderful. We don't have Freddy's in our part of the country which is a shame. While we are traveling by vehicle around the country, if we find a Freddy's where we are, well eat there again.

Everything at Freddy’s is delicious! My favorite is the cheese curds and steak burger. I love the custard!! We love eating inside because it is a fun atmosphere and the employees are super nice.

Ice cream was good, burger was alright (fast food level burger) lots of seating in restaurant, solid option for food, nothing spectacular.

My kids love coming here. When we are I'm vernal we usually stop by. The service is always great and the app is worth having. It's easy to build up points and them get free food.

I have gone here twice. The first time the burger I ordered was amazing and really big, worth the $7. I went here today and was beyond disappointed. Went through the drive-thru and kept having to repeat myself because the lady wasn't listening to what I was ordering. When we finally got our food the burger was super thin and the edges of the burger were flaking, thin, and tasted awful. For $7 I expected better than a Mc Donald's burger. I suggest if your gonna spend that much you might as well go to an Apollo Burger out of town.

I ordered a regular size malt paid over $8 for this size. It was melted and tiny. I will not go back here for any shake or malt. For the price it was a ripoff. Not worth the money or the time.

The food is good, the hamburger patties were thinner than I've seen, but probably standard for a Freddy's. If you get a double it starts getting closer to the right amount of meat. I love their French fries. Thin and crispy and a delicious seasoning. We also love their ice cream and when they have key lime flavor, definitely go and get one of those shakes!! The service is usually pretty good. My biggest complaint is the tables are usually dirty. We still go often because the food is pretty good.

By far the work place to order food in Vernal. I am so disappointed how our order was handled. They didn't give us drinks, or shakes we ordered, fries were so cold, once we finally got our shakes they were the wrong size and flavor. Absolutely disgusting at how this establishment is being managed. Either shut down or hire better management!

The food is fantastic and we were given ice cream free by the manager. You get an ice cream sandwich for $1 with a combo not advertised. Look on the freezer to the left. They are creamy and tasty you might just go there for them alone.

1. They didn't have an item that was on the menu. It would be fine if they were out, but the employee told me, to my face, that this item had been pushed out a week ago. Then why is it on the menu? 2. They put the one small shake into a mini concrete cup with no lid and didn't provide a straw. The one who enjoyed the shake had to be very careful not to make a mess. 3. Whoever mixed the concretes let the blades hit the bottom of one of the cups, so it leaked and dribbled all over the table. The ice cream was good, though.

I'm sorry but this is probably my last time with Freddy's for a while. We've had multiple experiences with messed up orders here but always brushed it aside as "they're having a bad day." We ordered both a 5 and 3 piece chicken strip combo. This chicken doesn't look right at all, I'm shocked they actually sold this to a customer. Not to mention we were given soggy fries with 1 packet of ranch and ketchup for 2 chicken orders.... come on guys I think you can do better than that :(

Just a great place to go. Everything is cooked when you order so never cold food. The burgers are fantastic and filling. When you look at or talk to any of the employees, you can tell they are searching for ways to make your experience superb, especially Emily. You have to eat here when you find yourself in Vernal.

My son's favorite fast food burger joint. Great smash burgers. I really like the double patty melt. Staff are friendly and fast. My only complaint is that when we order a "plain" cheeseburger, multiple times there has been ketchup and pickle. We now check the cheeseburger before we pull away. Other than that, we love Freddys.

Good food, I order the hot dog everytime! Place is fairly clean and we had a little fly friend but I’m not gonna blame the restaurant for the fly. 10/10 Will come again

Its fresh and pretty good food. Burgers are okay. Beef and toppings are fresh, but the buns are bland and very doughy. Fries are more distinct than the burgers. They are shoestring and crispy. The frozen custard is delicious.

Food was decent. I was disappointed by their fries. I'd compare them to In-N-Out fries, and I personally prefer McDonalds or Wendy's fries. But, I do love their custard as well as their Cheese Curds. The tables needed to be more consistent cleaned between customers, but other than that it was a fairly clean and pleasant atmosphere.

Food was quick and delicious. The hamburgers were juicy and cooked well. The fries were well seasoned and the portions were good sized. The drinks are typical fountain drinks. They offer ice-cream and shakes however we didn't get any. Kids got chicken fingers and they were juicy and quite good.

What a scam, I ordered a meal changed from fries to onion rings meal price $10.69 plus .70 to upgrade to rings. Total cost $16.49. Thats crazy, I called and asked I was told they have a new system and it over charges the customer and that I need to take it up with the bank, WHAT dude I paid cash. I was told sorry They can’t do anything about it. EVERYONE WATCH OUT, I WILL MOT GO BACK!

Fresh food! Burgers and chicken sandwich are delicious, fries are ok. Fry sauce is great. Quick service, especially on a packed Saturday afternoon. Parking lot is kind of squishy, quite a bit of seating on the inside though. Employees were friendly!

Custard was great! I love the chocolate brownie sundae . . . Large is A LOT of sweetness. Skip the steakburger. It was about like a ranch burger less the center bun. Not exciting, to say the least.

I would definitely go again. I only tried a number 1 with fries, but it was a good burger. Only downside, the serve Pepsi, not Coke. Bummer. Food made up for it, though. Friendly service.

Got to be the best burger I've ever had. Decently priced. We wanted to pay for our entire part and some of them were being stubborn - cashier was excellent in making it so that we covered everyone's bill. Kudos to her. Awesome service, also.
