Great ice cream. The place is kinda small. Great experience.

Waited about 15 minutes for the worker to finish the previous customers order which normally wouldn't have been an issue until 4 more workers came from the back room as soon as he finished the smoothies for the last people. Too bad since I really like cold stones products but it seems this franchisee needs to do some follow up customer service training.

Staff was great!! Made my ice cream exactly how I like it, cold! Kennedy made me an ice cream combination that was to die for! Pistachio ice cream, marshmallows, and chocolate shavings. She was very friendly as was all staff. Management could be changed though, I have seen and heard many bad things about how the business is run. Overall great establishment, but how it is run...might not be there much longer.

I have always been a fan of Cold Sto e. Recently moved to Rossevelt and visited Coldstone. Paid $15 for Ice-cream and left $3 tip. I ordered a waffle cone and cone was cracked and leaking. Politely asked for a cup to put it in. Promptly was told by both workers that they could not. It was managers decision. I left and will tellothers aboutmy experience. Youw you wont ever find me back it theirManagers decision.

I felt that the amount of ice cream I got in the medium cup would have fit in the smallest cup, and I could barely taste the add-ins. Way to expensive to not get my money's worth, and neither of the girls working were friendly at all. They were just there...

Pretty good. Bring back the oatmeal cookie dough ice cream if you want that 5th star.

This is really a fun place and I was thinking I'd be disappointed cuz I'm spoiled to all the different ones in St George. They are so courteous 24 hours a day kind knowledgeable and good ice cream

The service here is kind. I feel bad that they have to leave notes that inform customers it's rude to hit the bell when the associates are actively working on orders. Common sense people. Be kind and be patient. If you don't have time to wait your turn, leave

Kids loved it, and the service was quick and friendly. I only wish they offered true zero sugar alternatives so I could have some too. They have a "Skinny vanilla" which is just no sugar added. But it still contains some sugar.

The manager of this place did a FANTASTIC job with my son's class field trip to their store! She was super energetic, friendly and ran that store like a boss in the process! We love Cold Stone now! Delicious ice cream! And a discount when it's snowing :)

I’ve been to tons of Cold Stones but none with this amazing service! The staff was friendly and helpful! They had the biggest smiling faces. They even sang an ice cream song to the “Be our Guest” tune. It was definitely the Chick-fil-a of Vernal.

Normally we love cold stone but this last time we totally got jipped! We ordered 4 ice cream and none were even filled to the rim of the cup. Usually they are over but our kids left wanting more ice cream because they barely got any, and me and my husband usually share a med, we both got larges hoping to take some home, nope it was so little it was sad. Only male working in the store 7/16 middle of day needs retrained.

Top notch ice cream! I am not a coffee lover, but I tried the Coffee Lover with sweet cream instead of coffee base. It was amazing! Toffee, roasted almonds and caramel. Crunchy, creamy, buttery. I think I found my new favorite! Cold Stone in Vernal is always excellent. Great quality ice cream, fun atmosphere and great customer service combine to win my regular return visits.

The employees clearly don't want to be there and neither does the ice cream, which comes pre melted. The only thing that seems to enjoy its stay are the dipped waffle cones that taste old enough to vote.

Vernal's Cold Stone always hits the spot. The staff is friendly and industrious, warm and welcoming from the time you arrive until your departure. Highly recommended! The ice cream is top notch.
