The
place
was
hard
to
find.
No
front
seat
to
check
in
or
answer
calls
or
questions.
I
wasn’t
even
sure
if
I
was
in
the
right
place.
When
they
brought
me
back
for
my
Hep
B
titer
test
the
lady
was
extremely
rude.
She
asked
for
my
order.
When
making
the
appointment
there
was
nothing
indicating
that
an
order
was
needed.
I
didn’t
know
what
that
was
and
ask
her
to
explain.
She
treated
me
like
a
child
and
made
me
feel
very
dumb.
She
told
me
to
basically
figure
it
out
myself
and
only
gave
me
a
website
and
no
further
instructions.
Never
even
explained
what
an
order
was
then
just
left
me
in
the
waiting
room.
After
finally
figuring
it
out
or
so
I
thought
I
was
having
still
having
trouble.
Because
there
was
no
front
desk
all
I
could
do
was
wait
for
this
lady
to
come
back
out.
When
she
did
I
asked
for
some
assistance.
She
looked
at
me
then
ignored
me
and
went
straight
to
the
next
person.
I
tried
asking
again
and
she
said
very
bluntly
“I’ll
send
someone
else
out.”
No
one
came.
Eventually
this
other
woman
came
out
to
collect
her
patient
and
I
asked
her
instead.
Finally
I
got
some
help
from
this
other
woman.
Once
I
had
my
order
I
had
to
wait
even
longer
for
countless
other
patients.
Eventually
the
Second
woman
brought
me
back
(thank
god)
because
the
first
lady
made
me
so
uncomfortable.
For
an
appointment
that
lasted
less
than
2
minutes
I
was
there
for
an
hour.
That
lady
should
not
be
in
the
medical
field.
A
patient
should
never
feel
unsafe
or
unvalued.
I
will
never
be
coming
back
here.
I’m
surprised
that
an
employer
would
even
allow
this.
I
wish
I
knew
her
name
but
she
never
gave
it
to
me
either.
There
are
many
changes
that
need
to
be
made
here.
