Employees
are
nice,
but
definitely
need
to
be
trained
better
on
how
to
scan
or
type
in
the
mobile
app
codes.
I
have
been
using
the
McDonald’s
app
for
ages,
never
in
my
life
have
I
been
to
a
location
that
had
so
many
employees
have
issues
with
getting
rewards
and
deals
to
work.
In
fact,
this
is
the
only
McDonald’s
location
that
has
given
me
this
issue.
Almost
everytime
I
go
through
the
drive
through,
the
employees
tell
me
the
code
isn’t
working.
Each
time
I
leave
the
drive
thought
and
order
curbside
from
the
app,
oh
would
you
look
at
that?
The
code
worked
every
single
time.
And
before
anyone
says
it
was
an
online
only
coupon,
it
was
not.
I
always
double
check
to
make
sure
it’s
eligible
for
in
store
use.
Please
train
your
employees
better,
I
have
been
a
cashier
myself
for
4
years
and
have
had
to
type
in
many
coupons
and
codes
and
promotions
over
the
years.
I
have
never
seen
so
many
employees
at
any
business
be
so
incapable
of
completing
a
part
of
a
basic
transaction.
