    Sept 25 early @2:00pm Your facility was beyond dirty. The fact there was no one and none of you have the thought of cleaning any of the dining tables. Every single one of them had food on the tables, food on the floor and the garbage bins were over flowing. You couldn't fit any more garbage in it. You had enough food under the tables to make a value meal. The floors were so sticky and slimy. Pop was spilled all over the fountain drink area. There was no ketchup in the dispenser. There was no one in the dining area and only two cars in the drive though. The place wasn't busy. What I don't understand is that you suggest we use the self serve screen to order, which I don't at all have a problem with, I didn't mind even going to get my own food when my number was called even though the self serve screen says you'd bring it to my table.....my point is that none of you were so busy that you couldn't clean your dine in. The manager was too busy looking at his phone. Wow.....Won't be back here.

    I went in to use restroom and order food. They had no employees in site and a sign that said if you don't see an employee to use the kiosk. I worked at McDonald's when I was 17. I have zero desires to enter my own order first off. I understand that's the new way these days but I still prefer an nice friendly face. Second. I had cash. No credit cards so kiosks don't work for that. l left. No service, no order.

    The manager lady is very rude! She didn't tell me her name. She never gave me my receipt . They lost my order in the drive threw. They told me to pull in the spot on the side . It was a nightmare 😔.

    Singlehandedly the worst experience at a McDonald's ever. Wait in a drive through line for 15 , ordered , get to the window and they don't have my food ready , at all. They handed me a few bags of other people's food though.... then they couldn't figure out how to process the McDonald's gift card I had. The two women at the window had to discuss it before even trying to scan the card. Left wasting my time and without food. WORST MCDONALDS EVER!!!

    There was a bug in the cup I was given, all the straws were wet with the paper crumbling off them, I had to ask twice before receiving a replacement cup, I usually love this location but today I was really disappointed with my experience today.

    Thanks for mixing my coffee and making me wait 15 minutes for a small cup of coffee two cream and two pumps of caramel I ask you guys if you can please stir it for me every time I go there one burrito, one apple pie. What’s so difficult about that order🤔 I don’t know who can drink black coffee but I hate it

    I hate to complain, but I have to say every time that I go to this McDonald’s to get their breakfast, their hashbrowns are the most horrible’ist hashbrowns I’ve ever eaten! I always have hope that they’re going to be good, but I just get a big disappointment! And their worst then the last! These hashbrowns that I got today, they’re so hard, and so cold! I promise you, a piece of cardboard would taste better 🤷🏻‍♀️🫣🤦🏻‍♀️🙅🏻‍♀️

    I think they were understaffed and the people who were there were in over their heads. Went through drive thru. Was sent to a waiting spot. After 10 minutes went in asking where our food was. They had no idea. They eventually 10 minutes later replaced our order. It was all wrong. By this time we were now 20 minutes late to where we were going and we just took the food and dealt with what it was. This was 2/4/23 from 3 to 3-30.

    Service is usually always on point. Sometimes I'll drive away with an incomplete order but it's nothing like the McHenry Taco Bell. Food is, well, McDonald's. It'll either upset your stomach or not.

    We just came to the drive thru today (July 15,2023) at 5:12 pm and the guy ( man ) that was handing out the food gave us the wrong happy meal so we asked him to put inside the extra fries instead of the apple slices ( that was what we originally ordered) and he was not receiving the request very happy ( just like angry ) and we left and we just heard him saying very loud ( screaming ) “thank you “ with a sarcastic voice for sure

    Gouging manager didn’t include ranch in our HM and then wanted to charge us TWENTY SEVEN cents for tiny cup. Urinal was overflowing with pee and ketchup machine wasn’t functioning. I’ll be visiting the McDonalds in Libertyville where the workers are happy and helpful!

    Constantly having issues with my orders. The manager and I argued already a couple of times when I brought it up to her attention. She told me there was nothing she could do. All I could do was make an online inquiry about my experience.

    I sometimes stopped here for lunch, and their food was always ok. It made me less hungry. Today I ordered the new sandwich chicken bacon deluxe. A little pricy but I figured it would be worth it. It turns out I got food poison from it. Uneasiness and an urge to throw up an hour after eating it. I was bedridden the rest of the day... I can't keep anything down all day.

    Easter Sunday 10:00 at night. McDonald's was open. This particular McDonald's serves good food ask for it to be made fresh they get it right. Good McDonald's. Went through the drive-thru can't make a statement about the atmosphere

    Order was uncompleted and cold. I didn't even get straws never mind ketchup,ranch or napkins as ordered. I'm discussed with their service. Try call and phone is out of reach. Can I give them minus stars? Is there anyone in that place that can read English?!?

    3 days in a row I've been to this location and 3 days in a row they got my order wrong. Today they sold me what is clearly watered down OJ. The employees are friendly, I'll give them that, but they do a terrible job of listening when they take orders. Most of the time my order isn't on the drive thru screen, so I can't even tell that the order is wrong until it's too late. I'm not ordering anything complicated. 4 standard items and a drink. It's not that hard. A MESSAGE TO THE OWNER OF THIS SPECIFIC FRANCHISE AND TO CORPORATE OFFICES: MAYBE IF YOU PAID YOUR EMPLOYEES A LIVEABLE WAGE, THEY WOULD DO THEIR JOBS BETTER!!!!!! I don't blame these employees for not doing their jobs well. Why would you care about doing your job well when they aren't paying you enough to survive? This is the core of the problem when it comes to the terrible service at McDonald's.

    Twice ordered a chocolate ice cream cone, and twice was offered a vanilla and when I asked for chocolate was met with anger and then instead of getting a new 100% chocolate cone, they just cut off the top part of the cone and put chocolate on top, leaving the bottom filled with vanilla. Please read the flavor of the cone before serving it and don’t get mad at the customer for your mistake. Why offer chocolate cones if when they’re ordered you get mad.

    I ordered a hamburger and fries. They told me to pull up to the spot and wait for my order and completely forgot about me. I waited for about 10 minutes in front of the drive thru line, and nobody came to assist. I left without any food and $5 poorer. I will not be returning to this location and suggest you visit any of the other nearby locations.

    This is the third time I have gotten the wrong food. Definitely will not be buying from them again. I order sausage egg mcmuffin and get ham. I'm already at work so can't go back. Plus they won't pay for my time or gas to go back.

    Employees are nice, but definitely need to be trained better on how to scan or type in the mobile app codes. I have been using the McDonald’s app for ages, never in my life have I been to a location that had so many employees have issues with getting rewards and deals to work. In fact, this is the only McDonald’s location that has given me this issue. Almost everytime I go through the drive through, the employees tell me the code isn’t working. Each time I leave the drive thought and order curbside from the app, oh would you look at that? The code worked every single time. And before anyone says it was an online only coupon, it was not. I always double check to make sure it’s eligible for in store use. Please train your employees better, I have been a cashier myself for 4 years and have had to type in many coupons and codes and promotions over the years. I have never seen so many employees at any business be so incapable of completing a part of a basic transaction.
