I walked into McAlister for lunch once and I love it. The food was delicious. The salad I ordered was made from fresh ingredients. Everything smelled great. It was evident that someone put a lot of effort into choosing the vegetables. The place has the customer's welfare in mind. They serve food of high quality and very good taste. The service is amazing. everyone is very nice and polite. Everyone smiles. I will definitely come back.

Food good as usual but "manager" needs a lesson in customer service. I asked for an unsweetened ice tea with packets of fake sugar. Gal looked at me like I was speaking another language. I repeated what I wanted, again, deer in headlights. She goes and gets her manager. I say to her I want an unsweetened ice tea with fake sugar on the side. I added that's exactly what i said to her. Manager says look I don't know if you're having a bad day but don't take it out on my staff. She continued on to say I was being very rude, I should have patience with new girl. I don't know what she thought was so rude about my comment but to verbally attack me was uncalled for. Here's a tip if new girl can't understand what unsweetened ice tea is, dont leave her alone at counter. And dont be rude to your customers. Won't be back.

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of their menu. They made the food and brought it out quick. The amount of food was absolutely worth the price paid. The full size salads are very large and absolutely a meal by themselves. Absolutely worth the 20 minute trip to get here!

When I called the manager to let them know there was a bug in my broccoli they said they didn’t believe me. So here is the picture! It’s really sad I had to do this, because I usually liked going here. But the customer service is horrible, especially when they say they don’t believe you. It was literally right on top of the cup, how did they not see it before they served it?

I was shocked at how bad the soup was this visit. I had the chicken enchilada soup. It tasted like it came out of a can. It was like jelly. I was so grossed out that I threw it away. I should have gone a mile down the street to Zupas and paid the $1 more. I've had soup here before. It was not like this experience. I will not be back.

Good sandwiches, huge spuds and salads. The McAlister's Club is my go-to. The kids love it too! I could drink their honey mistard, it's so good! Every sandwich also comes with a side of your choice. Delicious, fresh tasting, quality ingredients. And the staff has always been kind and helpful.

I did the choose 2 and had the potato soup and McAlister sandwich. They were fantastic! If I am in the area again, I will be going back.

We were early, 4pm, but expedited a little better service. Service was good but many tables so had previous use. We also had to wait due to three others to receive their delivery orders. Just a little different. TY.

Went here on a saturday and was craving corned beef. i ordered a cornbeef and the sandwich was thinner than i thoguth it would be for the price. Not many employees we working but they were a nice bunch. Probably will not go back

This location’s phone number goes to a voicemail no matter what option you choose. The app will not let you choose gluten free bread so we have no way of ordering ahead. Pretty frustrating when the Gurnee locations answers every time and is very nice and helpful.

A nice change from the normal fast food places

I ordered a chef salad and it was not fresh. In my salad I found the lettuce core, a piece of baked potato, brown lettuce, bruised tomatoes, and a rotting piece of lettuce. The salads used to be very good, but now it seems quality does not matter. I will not return.

Took 5 mins just to place order, then had to repeat order.... then had to pull around to front, even though there was one table seated.... after 10mins of waiting, had to go in and wait another 3 to 5m for my food. My whole break was gone. Normally there is a blonde younger girl working that's awesome. I won't be risking my entire lunch break again in the future. :(

Drink portions are a great size, and the food is pretty good. This place is like a way better version of Panera. The staff is really nice and even gave me a fresh bag of chips.

The young girl taking the drive through orders was absolutely wonderful! So polite and happy! It was a pleasure having her! Our food, as always, was amazing! We bought my parents their first sandwiches, and they absolutely loved them as well!

Excellent Savannah chopped salad. Fresh ingredients and inviting to eat. Reasonably priced too. Come to this location. You will be happy you did. And if Sunshine is working while you are there that is an extra bonus.

Took 30 to 40 min to put the order in and receive our food. You will be waiting a long time to eat - Panera is way faster and reliable.

My husband Gary and I and our adorable baby fefe ordered McAlisters Deli for lunch today and everything was so delicious and yummy! We inhaled our food! Every time we order from McAlisters Deli the food is always amazingly delicious! Always! Please keep up the good work and always keep making the food delicious! Because the sandwiches salads and soups and everything else is just terrific!. McAlisters Deli your the best and you always have my husband Gary and I’s and our adorable baby fefe’s hearts! Always!

Sandwich was good but too small. Soup ( chicken dumping) was nasty!!! For the price I expected better!!! It was my first time going there and definitely my LAST!!!

I came in a little later than I normally would last night - about 20 minutes before they closed, which I always feel a little bad for as restaurants are often in their closing tasks. Despite this, service and food were fantastic - the girl at the register was so friendly and sweet and the employees in the back made my food beautifully. A great end to a busy day. I will definitely be back. :)

My boyfriend and I love this place and pretty much eat here every week! They have never messed up our orders and the food is always fresh! The price is right especially considering the huge portions of everything! Nathaniel has served me many times and is always friendly and diligent!
