The guys at this location are amazing & always very friendly. So the one star isn't against them but against the company. What company keeps a business open on a holiday, like July 4th until 9pm and without holiday pay? I bet all the CEO and Corp people are off, no? This location is in quiet town, not even a busy store! Really worried about the little amount that would be made in a couple hours? Is it even worth the 4 employees on shift?

I’ve visited this location a few times and my experience has usually been disappointing unfortunately. The last time though, the guy making my sandwich seemed so incredibly annoyed to have anyone in there and was just rude. I was the only customer to walk in, he didn’t greet me. I said Hi, still nothing. He had a look on his face of just pure annoyance the entire time. He didn’t really talk as much as gesture to the toppings and I told him what I wanted. He made my sandwich fine but was just so disinterested and clearly didn’t want to be there at all. More people came in while I was paying and he got visibly more irritated and didn’t greet them either. That experience alone made me decide to never come back to this location again. In previous trips they’ve also tried to leave stuff off my sandwich saying that most people order it that way, but I didn’t. The sandwiches also seem smaller than in years past and just not worth the bad customer service and price at this point.

I love Jersey Mikes, but not this location. The last 3 times I have ordered for pick up, I did not get what I had ordered. If you order here, make sure to check your food before you leave.

I was in on one of my days off for the store and had the staff working extra hard making sure everyone was extremely happy with the whole sandwich experience. I would defiantly recommend this ALL my friends this is one of the only sandwich spots I’ll go to in Vernon Hills.

Never disappoints. Food quality and freshness are always consistent no matter what store you go to. I esp love their tuna salad (w crunchy celery!) as we as the quality of bread. Also, I love that you can get more than one size of your sandwich order.

Took nearly half hour for a hot sandwich. 1 guy on the grill who was overly anxious. Wasn’t even cooking for at least 10-15 minutes working on other items. Wouldn’t let a co-worker grill. After 25 minutes offered a cookie. Meal should have been comped. Even asked how long and no real response. Won’t go back to this location.

I did a mobile order and it was super easy! My order was ready when I arrived! I had the roast beef sandwich and it was good, maybe need some sauces with it! I forgot to do it online! Well, I guess I need to go back!

Not sure if this is the location providing subs to Libertyville HS. If so I sure feel duped by a meat and bread sandwich for $6 Definitely wasn't a sub! Garbage

Great location...the managers Lucas and grant care about the customers...make great sandwiches and always greet me and treat me like a valued customer...some of the other stores could learn a few things from this location...I go a few times a week and enjoy every visit!!

I came in and met Nicole and she was wonderful! She was very patient and friendly and even helped me to decide on what to order. Thank you for your kindness. Too many times I've come in to find an unhappy teenager not willing to display actual customer service. Good job Nicole!

Ordered the roast beef regular. 😎👍 It was good, service was good. Bit pricey $9.60 but of course I understand the supply cost since I am in the food trucking industry. Jersey Mike's is better than Subway & Jimmy John's for sure. The place was clean & the staff was friendly on my visit so I guess it depends on when & who is working according to the negative reviews I've read 🤔

Excellent customer service here and my order was out quickly. I came in on my lunch break and they all were very helpful with my order. They also helped me set up my rewards on the app! Will definitely be coming back!

Pretty much the best chain sub store anywhere. I've had better, but for more money, and at some local place that looks like it wasn't super clean. Mike's is really good, for a good price, and a very very clean, pleasant place. If they were in a nicer location (not a strip mall) they would probably crush the competition. I've had five kinds of sandwiches from here, and all were very good.

This place is a joke, kids working there unplug the phone so no orders can be taken, I come in store 4 pimple face boys tell me they are under staffed and they unplugged the phone . I started with my order and they messed it up and I’m only one in store . Later I had a coupon and they would not accept it with my follow up order. Hope owner reads this . Hire some kids with some knowledge in field , please. Will tell others not to come here .

Quick and fresh ingredients. Really like their soda selection too. Wish it wasn't so hard to get to by foot. Much easier to drive here than walk.

Went to the Vernon Hills store and the place was filthy and the assistant gm was rude and an extremely poor representation of the company. 0 customer service skills, he seemed to be annoyed the moment I walked in and throughout making both sandwiches. He was mad that I asked for cold toppings for my hot sub before he wrapped it and then proceeded to tell me in an annoyed tone that I should have told him that before he made the sub. WHY in the world would that matter and I'm the customer and also a retail manager and his response should have been "no problem". Thank goodness this isn't my normal location because I would not be returning. He was sure to tell me that he was the assistant manager or assistant gm when I asked for his name as if that would be an excuse for his behavior. Looks like your management needs a class in customer service and cleanliness....good luck with that

Staff was very friendly and knowledgeable of their menu. They made the food and brought it out quick. The amount of food was absolutely worth the price paid. The full size salads are very large and absolutely a meal by themselves. Absolutely worth the 20 minute trip to get here!
