    Didi and Scott were wonderful to work with. Both knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. I had to visit the store due to an issue caused by an out of state location and Didi and Scott fixed my problem very quickly. They were both a pleasure to work with!

    The manager Refused to do my transfer in store for my phone now I am having cell issues I can’t get texts through my wife’s phone is tuck in sos mode. Can’t call out. Would never come here again

    Went into the store to change providers and alreadt had the AT&T sim card. Nate approached me and took care of my needs. Converted my phone over to AT&T, called his phone to verify my phone worked, answered my questions about the Samsung flip phone and the cost of a new S20 with patience, respect and errific customer service.

    Since my first iPhone till now, I still say AT&T is #1 for network coverage. I've had T-Mobile, Verizon and Sprint w/ different work phones and their networks all had more dead cell spots than AT&T. They all cost the same and more despite advertising claims. I've found my AT&T networks worked further from St Pete to San Diego beaches and all the way back to the Windy City. Cost competitive w/ superior reliability & customer service ... they rock! Dede helped our family from their Crystal Lake store and her customer service skills are 2nd to none! Because when it comes to an attention to detail and answering our network concerns, she gets it practically. They helped us identify what matters in our digital lives to set us up for success. Service matters in logical ways and AT&T delivers network & has the hardware in stock. Don't get dizzy in a sea of options, shop smart! Thanks Dede!

    This place is Terrible went there in order to get phone fixed because charging port wasn't working instead they tried to sell me a wireless charger terrible customer service they jus tell you to go online or call att support which is a joke as well I'll be canceling my service with them because it's a waste of money an I don't wanna waste time writing about how my bill has fluctuated since I've had them has gone up 3 different times when I was supposed to be locked in on service rate smh pre paid is way to go hands down

    I went into the store needed a little (ALOT) help with the set up of my new phone. Thomas explained everything I needed to know and he showed me a few things my phone could do, he was kind, patient, and incredibly knowledgeable.     The Sales person told my 19yr son they can't lookop warranty on his iPhone without me being physically present. So I took 2 hours from my busy schedule to wait. After 2 hours they told me "AT&T buy Apple products workout 12 month warranty and you will be better off buying Apple products elsewhere" I should report this store dishonor to Apple because the next day I looked and this sales person was wrong. I have many personal and some business products with AT&T and now feel that I would be better off at Xfinity.

    Extremely poor customer service. I remember always being greeted right away at this location but not today. At one point, there were 7 guests waiting to be helped. No acknowledgment or greeting for 25 minutes. No manager in store according to the female sales associate, and I was told to go to the Algonquin location for help. You can't excuse poor customer service to being short staffed. The basics weren't there.

    I was looking to get on my own phone plan and had no idea where to start because I just left my parents phone plan and didn’t know how any of it worked. When I came in Didi was super helpful in helping me figure out payment plans and costs. Glad to say I walked out with a new iPhone 12! Thank you Didi!

    My wife and I visited the store today and were greeted by William. We had some problems with our billing and different things phone calls didn’t resolve. It was like a breath of fresh air speaking with someone who loves his job and making sure you understand what is best for you. He is truly a valuable employee. Please make sure you let him know he does a Great Job. We both thanked him today but spoke of everything he did for us today after leaving the store.     I went with my boyfriend to trade in his phone. The wait wasn’t too long for a busy day and all the workers were very nice and professional. Scott helped us out, he took his time with us to figure out what phone would be best and he took the time to get to know us. He was super friendly and very funny. I would 100% recommend this AT&T and especially Scott to anyone near or far.

    In a world where customer service is on major decline, I am pleasantly pleased with the customer service at the AT&T store in crystal Lake. Scott was so helpful in upgrading my iPhone and helping to transfer all my information over from my old phone to my new phone.     I went into AT&T this morning after a terrible morning finding out my cell service got shut off without my knowledge. I was treated by a very helpful gentleman Scott, he was able to get my phone turn backed on, with a new plan and he set everything up on my phones! There was a ton of hurdles I had to go through changing my number and getting new plans set up. But Scott made the experience super easy and took care of all my needs. I HIGHLY recommend coming to the AT&T store in a Crystal Lake, they accept appointments or walk ins! I walked in and was helped right away. Thank you Scott for all your help today! 10 stars!!!

    About 2 weeks ago my husband called me from work, he said " I think I need a new phone", then the call went dead. I could only imagine what had happened this time, since my husband is notorious for destroying phones... He came home from work and immediately put his phone in the freezer, my first thought was...that's new...never seen that done before. So he then proceeded to tell me about how he was by a river and how his phone took a slow motion dip into it...He tried to dry it out, but could not. Plus, now when charging, the phone gets red hot and he could only get 4% battery...yikes! We rushed over to ATT Crystal Lake, and were immediately taken into triage with my husbands phone with Scott. Now...I of course really was hoping to retrieve his information from his phone, but even more important to me, was for him NOT to pick the cheapest phone, AND then wait and buy a cheap case on Amazon. It was like Scott cold read my mind! we were like good cop/bad cop....we finally got him into a decent, current phone and a Spec case! We even got most of his information from his phone, were still trying to dry it out. I just can't say enough to thank Scott and his service, he really knows how to read customers, and that was so important to us, we're a tough crowd.

    Scott C was amazing, extremely helpful and knowledgeable. My mom and I went in for new phones and we both have very old phones. Scott explained all the bells and whistles to us and took the time to make sure we knew what we were purchasing and how to use it. He was very patient and took his time to explain everything to us in detail. It was a great phone buying experience.

    First sales person refused to help and made me look into the ATT caused issue. Then manager Amy stepped in used my ATT gift card improperly and I couldn't complete my transaction until the pending charges they placed on there fall off. Thank you for making you problem my problem then make it worse and I have to come back.

    I went to another Att store and the rep there told me they couldn't help me with my technical issue I had with my phone. I understand that it isn't their job to help with tech questions. Dien greeted me at the door and was very professional. It took him a matter of seconds to figure out what was wrong and showed me how to fix the issue just in case it happens again. Great Service!

    I’m reposting because someone took it down I called customer service and found out that front line works qualify for 25% off their bill. The person I was working with stated that I don’t qualify for being a front line worker. Which is very odd because according to the government I do. I left the store and called customer service. They said yes I do based on my employer also. But I would have to go back to the store. It’s just a hot mess and AT&T needs to streamline and everyone who works there should know whom gets the discount and who doesn’t. All this back and forth is uncalled for. Also customer service over the phone should be able to put the discount on also. I’m unsure why you have to go into a store. At this point I think I’m leaving AT&T and going with another service. It’s a shame after 8/9 years with them.

    This past Sunday, family and I were previous Sprint customers, and were at their store next door. We spent an hour being frustrated and finally decided to just leave and check out AT&T. We were greeted immediately by Steve Townsend. We needed a family plan, and 2 new phones. Steve was able to break down all our options, and offer us phones that best fit our needs, and budget. He has great instincts, and made the process very smooth. He made some great suggestions, that helped us save even more money. I have to say, buying phones is almost as stressful as buying a car, Steve really made the experience a wonderful one. He's very knowledgeable and PATIENT, lol. I will forever recommend him, and will always be his customer. I work in retail myself, and I can appreciate first hand, how important having someone like Steve on the front lines, as the first face you see for AT&T. Your lucky to have such an asset!

    Came in with father looking to get 2 new phones. My father doesn't speak great English so he asked me to translate for him. We were greeted by Brian who heard me speaking Spanish to my father and let us know that he also spoke Spanish. Brian broke down all the details for me and my Dad about the plan, cost, and changes we were making. He was a great help and now knowing that there is someone who can speak Spanish, my family will definitely be back to work with him!

    Stopped in this past Sunday to switch providers and get a new phone. Customer service was friendly and wait was short. However, there was an extreme lack of communication. I was never told any details of what my expected monthly payment would be. I was enrolled in Att next without my consent. I was also enrolled in the most expensive device protection for my new phone and a phone we had brought in, again without my consent. I spent over an hour on the phone with customer service correcting all of these issues that could have been avoided had the service rep properly informed me and asked my permission before enrolling me in things I didn’t consent to. Very unprofessional thing to do, just wanted to charge me the maximum amount possible.

    After being with Sprint for many years. Our bill continued to increase every month!! Having 2 phones paid off 7s and a 10 with less than 5 months....all with only 32 Gb😐 $248.00 I walked next door to At & T and received 3 new IPhone 11 max with 64 Gb on 2 phones and one with 264 Gb unlimited everything! For way less!! My decision was made very easy with the assistance from Steve and Scott at AT & T in Crystal Lake on Northwest Highway. They are straight forward with what would work best for the current usage on phones and offered the best options. Thank you for your honesty and help on marking this change over much easier, than I could have imagined. You both were wonderful to work with and I look forward to sending all referrals to you both!     I have had a VERY wonderful experience switching over to AT&T! It's been a couple weeks and the phone service is great!!! It's especially amazing to get faster internet service at an even cheaper cost. The customer service was also very good! Javier Salas was very patient and honest! He really helped me understand the switching benefits, and hooked me up with: TV, Internet, and Wireless!!! Again great service overall!

    From start to finish everything aspect interaction with their customer service and their actual service provided has been terrible. We used AT&T because we were interested in one of their business features. Their staff worked with my husband to find the specific service we were interested in. When I went back into the store to address a glitch with the system, the staff that were present at the time completely dismissed me as if I had no idea what I was talking about, stating they had no such service. After we signed up for this expensive plan to get this specific feature, we later found out we would need to pay even more to have the specific feature activated! We were practically throwing cash at AT&T. We have been underwhelmed with the spotty service connection within our home for the past 2 years. Now terminating our plan they didn't disconnect all aspects of our plan and when I called to terminate the outstanding components for which we were still getting charged, I got disconnected when being transferred to billing to address any potential prorated fees to my outstanding bill. I am so done with AT&T.
