my
husband
called
me
from
work,
he
said
"
I
think
I
need
a
new
phone",
then
the
call
went
dead.
I
could
only
imagine
what
had
happened
this
time,
since
my
husband
is
notorious
for
destroying
phones...
He
came
home
from
work
and
immediately
put
his
phone
in
the
freezer,
my
first
thought
was...that's
new...never
seen
that
done
before.
So
he
then
proceeded
to
tell
me
about
how
he
was
by
a
river
and
how
his
phone
took
a
slow
motion
dip
into
it...He
tried
to
dry
it
out,
but
could
not.
Plus,
now
when
charging,
the
phone
gets
red
hot
and
he
could
only
get
4%
battery...yikes!
We
rushed
over
to
ATT
Crystal
Lake,
and
were
immediately
taken
into
triage
with
my
husbands
phone
with
Scott.
Now...I
of
course
really
was
hoping
to
retrieve
his
information
from
his
phone,
but
even
more
important
to
me,
was
for
him
NOT
to
pick
the
cheapest
phone,
AND
then
wait
and
buy
a
cheap
case
on
Amazon.
It
was
like
Scott
cold
read
my
mind!
we
were
like
good
cop/bad
cop....we
finally
got
him
into
a
decent,
current
phone
and
a
Spec
case!
We
even
got
most
of
his
information
from
his
phone,
were
still
trying
to
dry
it
out.
I
just
can't
say
enough
to
thank
Scott
and
his
service,
he
really
knows
how
to
read
customers,
and
that
was
so
important
to
us,
we're
a
tough
crowd.
