I’ve been considering laser hair removal for years but was always put off by the cost. Milan was having a deal and I saw all the good reviews so I took the plunge and I’m so glad I did. I wont pretend that it’s cheap but the people at Milan really do try to work with you so get the most value for your dollar. And they genuinely care about your experience and getting you as hairless as you want to be. And the unlimited packages means it’s a cost you won’t ever have to worry about in the future. I’ve only had a few sessions and I’m already seeing results. Allison is a such a gem. She’s professional, knowledgable, and fun to talk to while you’re in there! I'm 6 months into getting my chin hair removed. I'm pretty sure all the techs have see me by now. (I'm personally horrible with names, sorry!) Everytime I walk in, I'm greeted with happy enthusiasm! I try to arrive early so that I can wipe down my face since I'm always coming right after work. They have facial cleansers on hand in there bathroom for that reason. Seriously, everyone is super nice! Once in the room we talk about hair removal percentage since the last visit. They have protective eye goggles for me since it's on my chin. They definitely tell you when they are about to start and ask if your okay along the process. Once finished, you can have aloe (I always say yes, it's good for the skin anyways!) I have never had a bad reaction or bad service. The Vernon Hill team is so good that my sibling and a coworker are now clients of them! Highly recommended and worth the price!

All of the nurse practitioners carrying out the laser treatments are professional, informative, effective, and safety-oriented. Christine is especially great with problem solving and providing treatment rationales and solutions. The people who run this place are so friendly and kind, which is huge when you’re dragging yourself to a moderately painful appointment. From my very first appointment, the staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease. They explained the entire process to me in detail and answered all of my questions so I knew exactly what to expect.  I see Ali, she's incredible. Not only was the actual procedure quick and virtually painless, but the results have been incredible! Even after just one session, the hair in my treated areas has drastically reduced, I stopped shaving and waxing completely after 2 sessions.

The price is a little steep at first, but looking at it now, it's a lifetime warranty, and they mean lifetime. I’ve been going here for a little over a year at this point and I cannot recommend them enough. Not only are the ladies there very professional, and plain good at what they do, but they’re also incredibly friendly and charismatic. They explain the procedures very thoroughly and work to make sure you’re informed and comfortable, and they talk to you as if you’re a friend. As for the procedure itself I personally don’t think it’s very painful, and the pain is only for a moment. The building is clean and inviting, and to top it all off they often have sales going so you have multiple opportunities in the year to get a good deal. I’d recommend the Vernon hills location to anyone looking to get laser hair removal. I’m certainly looking forward to my future appointments :)

I spent a long time researching hair removal before settling on Milan. It really intimidated me! Now I love this place. Their professionalism makes me feel very comfortable walking in, and they are so friendly. In the state of Illinois any hair removal will be done by a nurse practitioner and at my consult they told me that there is an MD that oversees each location. II feel that I am in very safe hands here. They have promotions from time to time for hair removal. All of the packages are unlimited and honestly I think that's pretty cost effective. You break even after about 5 treatments compared to prices at other places, and since laser needs about 8-10 treatments to be complete, its an amazing deal. Its about a year later and I shaved maybe twice all summer! Shout out to Ellen for being the greatest!

If you are thinking of getting laser hair removal, (esp. for sensitive areas) Milan is worth the investment!! I have experience with laser hair removal at a few different places and Milan’s laser feels the best and least painful—especially for sensitive areas. Plus any area Milan treats is guaranteed for life, meaning when hair eventually starts to grow back (and it will at some point) they will continue treatments for that area at no added cost. Ellen does my treatments here and she is amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable, and so sweet. I was immediately comfortable around her and I like how she brings a happy, positive vibe to each session. In fact she was at a different Milan location when I started treatments and when she changed locations, I drove an extra 40 minutes for the rest of my appointments! Highly recommend Milan and I definitely recommend Ellen for your treatments because she is fantastic!

Every appointment I’ve had has been a great experience. Shannon always explains everything throughly. Jennifer always greets with a smile and makes sure you’re taken care of when you come in. Ellen is very patient and knowledgeable during treatment sessions. Christie & Allison are also very friendly and always make you feel comfortable during treatment sessions. I've had interest in getting laser hair removal done for a long time but I was really worried about the cost, especially not knowing if it would actually work for me. I got convinced to do it because of the results my friend had. From the day I went in for my consultation I loved how warm and welcoming the staff was. I like that they never make you feel like a burden for asking any sort of questions and make you feel reassured. They're super sweet and fun to chat with. Also, I love how clean the place is - which is super important as well. I thought that the loan to pay off the service was too good to be true for it being at 0% interest and I even asked what was the catch. There's literally no catch. The monthly payments were very doable for me (I only chose three areas for the laser hair removal). I'm so shocked that usually it takes about 12 appointments to officially be done with treatment, but even by the 5th appointment I was so surprised by the minimal hair growth I've had. I say that if you only want one or more areas treated, or even full body, then definitely consider it. The consultations allow you to compare costs and allows you to make the decision based on your budget.

I purchased a whole body treatment with Milan at the Vernon hills location. I had a wonderful experience with the manager Shannon. She consulted me into detail about the process and pricing. My free treatment was done by nurse practitioner Christie who was very sweet and thorough. The procedure was painless with no after effects. I’ve had treatments in the past with another provider but after I stopped my treatments all of my hair came back. I’m excited and optimistic to get treatments through Milan.

Amazing amazing amazing!!! This place was a saving grace for me; it’s close enough to home AND the equipment is legit. After my first treatment I could already notice the decrease in hair growth. Growth was patchy. By my 3rd treatment, my hair growth was visibly invisible lol. Shaved twice a month, the second time was the day of my appointment. Full disclosure, it is expensive, for armpits, legs, and forearms I am paying at least 300 a month, for a complete total of 8,000 over the next two years. I would advise doing smaller areas first, (armpits, feet, face) if cost is of higher concern. The results are quick working though, and if you have a stable enough income, I’d say it’s affordable enough. The staff are all friendly and lively, you can socialize with them. They make you feel welcome, as if they’ve known you forever :). They also walk you through what the treatment will be like, and don’t be afraid to ask more intimate questions about the procedure. **They are professionals**. If you are looking for a more permanent solution to removing hair, LASER IS THE LIFESTYLE .

The experience has been great! This is my second round of hair removal, my first round being with a different company, and so far I have had a way better experience this time around. They are always friendly and even remember conversations we had between sessions.
