OUTRIGHT THIEVES! Went in to buy new pod kit & juice. Guy was super helpful so I gave him a decent tip (I think maybe 10%? - it was an add tip button). Got home to see the dude charged me twice for cost with no tip ($86.36 x 2), AND once with tip added ($98.35). A total of $271.06 for $86.36 worth of stuff!!!! I disputed charges & despite all 3 charges being run consecutively, Chase will only reimburse one of the $86.76 charges as it's obviously a duplicate number. But bc I was nice & tipped, they won't recognize the $98.35 as a duplicate charge with tip. THIS IS OUTRIGHT THEFT. So to anyone looking for vape stuff, I wouldn't trust this place to run any charging info. I will never go here again. Too bad bc they’re nearby & carry good stuff - but they are thieves.

Incredibly helpful individual in the store by the name of Charlie. I hope I'm remembering his name right. The guy was a wealth of knowledge and super pleasant when I came in as a 1st time shopper. I'd frequent this store more often if I lived in the area. Thanks for all your help Charlie.

Absolutely awful experience here with Ricardo today… I was with some friends, and together we bought 8 disposable vapes total. I asked Ricardo if they offer discounts for buying multiple (most other shops have specials when you buy 3 or more). He said yes, so I offered to purchase them all on my card. As I was walking out looking at the receipt, I realized not only was there no discount, but these vapes were priced higher than ANY other shop I’ve EVER been to!!! I walked back to ask why there was no discount applied and he said we didn’t buy enough, and that “he never said there would be”. The 5 friends with me confirmed that he did say yes to a bulk discount. We were all standing right there at the register when the inquiry, conversation, and purchase transpired. Ricardo could have clarified at any moment, but didn’t… I told him “I wish you would have mentioned we weren’t buying enough to qualify for a discount before running my card, because now I’m doing extra math and tracking payments for already overpriced vapes.” All 6 of us will never shop at this chain again.

Very helpful with the product and device. Was in a situation where I thought nothing could be done, and they found that there was additional pieces I could buy separately. Very reasonable on cost of device.

Who said anything about not showing an ID? Is this the go to response for all customers who leave a 1 star review?! I came to purchase 2 caliburn kits (newest version- G2) and few bottles of nic salt. Unfortunately, I forgot the name of the newest caliburn model #, but remembered it included the new airflow control feature. My phone died so I couldn’t look it up to confirm. The worker had no knowledge of the product either and not very helpful. Although, he opened up a new caliburn kit to set up for display. He looked at the vape and confirmed there was no airflow feature. Once I arrived home, I found out the caliburn in your store was actually the G2! Sadly, the worker didn’t know where the airflow feature was located…

Great experience!! I came in looking for a very specific product that I expected not to find and Sam knew exactly what I was looking for. Great store, great selection, the atmosphere and vibe are upscale and friendly, definitely a regular there now :)

What a great team member there when I visited. She was awesome. Friendly, attentive, and very professional. Prices were very reasonable. Would definitely go back. If I didn't live so far away.

Guy I bought from did a bad job of helping me. I wish I had his name. So I could call him out. Every question I asked him he got wrong once I actually read the boxes for. I even gave a tip to this guy!!

Really really great environments good products and Dominik was the most helpful and also just very cheerful employee definitely deserves a raise I live all the way in Lombard and I would come here just to get my vape and other accessories 10 out of 10 service very responsible and extremely well-kept and the place was really well clean triple thumbs up again Dominik deserves a raise

Nice clean place. The gentleman behind the counter was pleasant and helpful. They had my coils, which have been hard for me to find lately. I'll be back next time I'm in Illinois
