After having had a Patek Philippe 24 with diamonds fixed and tightened and having spent more than €2,500.00, I realized that the Fasolis had given me the extra links on the strap, all broken and unusable. I contacted them as soon as I saw the mess, and the response was: "It's been too long".... I even doubt that they sent the watch to the parent company, given that the glue on the dial is yellow and has bloomed everywhere! Be wary of these people: seriousness and professionalism are not contemplated in this shop!!!!!! Patek should eliminate them as resellers! Shame!!!!!

Very knowledgeable staff, available to recommend the best and naturally very kind. Not having access to a leather strap for my watch and being in a certain hurry, they advised me to turn to a local craftsman. The jewelry store dismantled the old centiruno and then assembled the new one without asking for a single euro.... The products are of high quality. I absolutely recommend it! And thanks again to the staff.

Trattandosi di un gruppo, specifico che mi riferisco al negozio di Verona che ho recentemente visitato. Tutto, a partire dall’accoglienza del personale all’arredamento del negozio, contribuisce al mettere a proprio agio il cliente. La scelta dei prodotti è notevole, ed abbraccia ogni possibilità ed ogni budget. Specialmente in questo ho notato la puntuale presenza del personale che attentamente guida e consiglia il cliente che richiedesse un parere. In particolare sono stato seguito dal Direttore signor Nicoli che dimostra larga competenza e squisita gentilezza, doti condivise con il restante personale. Non appena una ricorrenza o un evento mi suggeriranno un nuovo acquisto, tornerò certamente in questo negozio dove sono certo di trovare il meglio in un piacevole contesto. Raccomando una visita. Meine Frau und ich waren heute in Verona. Beim Bummeln habe ich hier eine Uhr (Panerai) live gesehen, die ich zuvor nur aus dem Internet kannte. Sie stand bzw. steht auf meiner Liste mit den zukünftigen Uhren ganz oben. Ich also geklingelt…es bewegten sich Menschen drinnen, jedoch öffnen wollte mir niemand. Der Security-Mann deutete mit den Fingern -es dauere noch drei Minuten. Oh Verzeihung, da habe ich doch glatt drei Minuten vor der Öffnungszeit geklingelt. Ich also drei Minuten gewartet - endlich 15 Uhr. Also nochmals geklingelt. Oh Wunder, der Summer wurde betätigt. Wir traten ein. Was uns erwartete: ein überaus hochmotiviertes Team. Ach Entschuldigung, das war unsere Erwartungshaltung. Wir wurden wie Aliens beglotzt und keiner der drei Herrschaften wollten sich wirklich bewegen. Ich erklärte mein Anliegen und man zeigte mir die Uhr. Nach dem Anlegen der Uhr und einem kurzen Blabla wollte ich nur noch raus. Selbst Schuld, Sie hätten heute ein paar Tausend Euro Umsatz machen können.

Negozio bellissimo, purtroppo sono stato trattato con sufficienza e pressappochismo, sicuramente non sarei stato il loro miglior cliente ma dovevo comunque comprare un gioiello importante per mia moglie e mi sono sentito un pezzente. Ciò non toglie che il negozio era molto bello e i brand trattati molto belli.

In questa gioielleria se si può definire così potrete trovare personale altamente maleducato e proprietari ( se poi lo sono veramente ) di così basso ceto sociale che vi fisseranno dalla testa ai piedi pensando di essere appena usciti dalla paris FW, vendono gioielli ma non hanno il minimo rispetto verso le persone infatti a mio avviso sarebbero più educati e competenti alla vendita i minatori del Congo che hanno recuperato le pietre per loro! Per fortuna a Verona di gioiellerie se ne possono trovare di ottime e qualificate ma non di certo questa !

In occasione di una festa di compleanno di una persona a me molto cara, mi reco presso questa meravigliosa gioielleria nel cuore di Brescia per acquistare un regalo speciale. Risultato: regalo stupendo scelto in poco tempo grazie alla professionalità e alla bravura della signora che mi ha servita. All’ingresso le guardie mi hanno aperto la porta e hanno controllato il green pass segnale che le Normative covid vengono per fortuna ancora rigorosamente rispettate. Il resto del personale presente estremamente cordiale e sorridente. Ho respirato un’atmosfera di positività, mi sono sentita estremamente a mio agio e ho potuto,di prima mattina, sognare un po’ ad occhi aperti. Insomma la mia giornata e’ iniziata brillando. Mara M.
