    Good and very attentive... it makes you get back in touch with yourself and your body... a few years have passed and I continue the practice! Even alone I throw myself on the mat and, trying to remember Giulia's words, I move. ..from inside! I don't know if I get the idea and then I listen to my body and am aware of space and posture. THANK YOU GIULIA!

    Sono Leonardo e ho 59 anni. Ho conosciuto lo Yoga, metodo Iyengar, a metΓ  del 2021. Il periodo Covid mi ha reso piΓΉ rigido e "incriccato" e stavo cercando qualcosa che mi aiutasse a sciogliere le tensioni. Da quando frequento le classi con Giulia sento il corpo diverso, piΓΉ morbido e sciolto. Ho compreso che lo Yoga Iyengar, che si rifΓ  allo Yoga Classico Γ¨ un percorso non solo fisico ma anche spirituale. L'attaccamento agli "oggetti del mondo" Γ¨ occasione di disagio e sofferenza. Sta a noi diventarne consapevoli per cambiare la modalitΓ  con cui interagiamo con il mondo. Giulia Γ¨ un insegnante sensibile, preparata e attenta. Lo studio Γ¨ accogliente, pulito e ben curato.

    I started this journey in Iyengar yoga four years ago with Giulia Panepinto. Now I couldn't do without it anymore! I know it's very good for me. My body and mind balance and I see improvements in my posture and range of motion. Furthermore, this discipline instills a vital energy that makes me very determined. Thanks πŸ™

    Yoga during pregnancy, I would never have arrived at childbirth so well without Giulia's help! I continue to frequent her studio even after giving birth and Giulia is a trained, professional and very attentive teacher.

    I never thought yoga was for me! I'm not young anymore, I'm 72, but the Tuesday morning class at 11 is really for me. In the end I feel relieved and regenerated. Giulia's sweetness, preparation and patience make the difference.

    I started the path of Yoga with the Iyengar method in March 2019, by "chance".... I'll be honest, I had absolutely no idea what it was. My idea of ​​Yoga was really another, very superficial and above all based on hearsay... I discovered, by practicing, a "road" that one can follow..., if one wants..., which it helps to face and live everyday life, with joy and above all in difficulties. A cure and care for the mind and body. Giulia, a highly trained teacher, very clear and precise and who follows everyone personally. I absolutely recommend it!

    I was one of those many people who never wanted to hear about Yoga, because it gave me the idea that it was all boring, I must say that already after the first lesson it was love at first sight, love at first sight, I didn't think it was so dynamic, one position after another, despite the commitment and concentration I left feeling very relaxed and it felt like I was flying. Three years have passed since that day and I must say that, apart from being more flexible in my movements, yoga has led me to see the world differently from other perspectives and helps me keep my body and mind in harmony with my soul. My teacher Giulia is very good, very professional, precise and helpful and has a tone of voice that instills calm and serenity. When she teaches she manages to convey how much love she has for yoga, she puts her heart into making you do the Asanas (positions) in the right way. If you have never approached yoga I recommend you do it with Giulia...

    I have been practicing YOGA for 7 years with the Iyengar method and I am very satisfied with the results obtained. Since I was a child of 6,7 years old I remember suffering from leg cramps, I would wake up screaming in pain, with yoga practice it sometimes still happens but very very rarely and the intensity is also less, but if I don't do the exercises it happens to me more often. One day many years ago around the 1980s during an exercise (I didn't know yoga practice) I felt my legs as if they were made of foam rubber like those of dolls and they couldn't support me. With yoga practice I feel my legs normal and I hope to practice yoga for a long time to come with teacher Giulia. It's a place where I feel accepted just as I am. When we do the exercises, teacher Giulia invites us to feel here and now what our body transmits to us, which is the only totally honest instrument on how we are doing. I now feel STABLE ON MY BEAUTIFUL AND BELOVED LEGS. (this is not presumption) but they are really beautiful and safe now. I am 78 years old and I am satisfied with the WORK DONE. THANK YOU for the attention I have stolen from you and with the hope that you too can enjoy this wonderful well-being, with love. Angelina Bevilacqua
