I
have
been
a
customer
of
this
beauty
center
for
some
time,
however
my
experience
was
terrible.
I
paid
for
a
package
of
10
laser
hair
removal
sessions,
but
I
was
never
told
that
this
had
an
expiry
date.
in
fact,
when
asked
for
a
refund
of
half
of
the
sessions,
which
I
never
used
(also
considering
a
year
of
pandemic
in
which
I
couldn't
do
them),
the
owner
refused,
claiming
that
my
subscription
was
annual,
but
this
is
never
been
said.
in
fact
from
2020
to
2021,
I
performed
5
out
of
10,
and
during
the
treatment
I
was
never
forced
to
do
them
all
in
the
space
of
a
single
year.
as
the
only
proof
I
was
shown
a
contract
with
HAND
writing
which
stated
the
words
"annual
subscription",
but
it
is
plausible
that
it
could
have
been
added
later.
when
asked
to
photograph
MY
contract,
I
was
kicked
out
of
the
place,
a
typical
attitude
of
someone
who
has
something
to
hide.
In
fact,
I
expected
that
if
a
financial
refund
was
not
possible,
I
would
be
offered
the
option
to
recover
the
sum
with
alternative
treatments.
I
invite
the
owner
to
reflect
on
her
attitude
and
learn
to
treat
customers
with
respect.
