The boiled rabbit was extremely tender and very flavorful (and the sauce it is coated in adds very much to the experience). Many Americans might be hesitant to try rabbit, but I highly recommend it - it was both unique and extremely delicious (and not gamey at all). The desserts were also very solid, with a good classic tiramisu and a fantastic regional cheesecake adorned with a fruit mousse and fresh raspberries. I'm not a huge cheesecake fan, but my wife enjoyed it so much that I'd say it should get a solid recommendation from us! Also, don't forget to try some of the wines they have on their menu! This restaurant was a little out of the way but definitely worth searching out. If you have Google Maps it's super easy to find. A small restaurant but nicely decorated and the staff were really nice. I think it maybe southern Italian cuisine, given the name of some of the dishes. We had a full 3 course meal that consisted of the following: Paccheri alla norma - very tangy and tasty tomato sauce with the pasta. Anchovies stuffed with provolone - interestingly presented anchovy dish, reminded me of being served fish and chips. If you don't like eating tiny bones I'd avoid this, but I had no problem with it. Sweet and sour pork - not the Chinese tasting version, but the pork was juicy. Braised octopus - hadn't had octopus served this way before but it was pleasantly soft and had a good sauce. Pastieria Napolenata - a well baked Neopolitan tart. Delizia al limone - this was definitely my favourite of the desserts, super lemony and delicious. The food was certainly different to the other meals we'd had in Verona, but a good different! Recommended.

After being rejected from many of the well known restaurants of the city (avoid going out on a Saturday night without reservation) we were lucky enough to find this hidden gem by walking around.
