We informed them 2 weeks in advance that all out trip is cancelled and they refused to refunded us money. I mean we didn't use any single piece of soap at this place, how can they keep our money??? I will understand if they charged us for the first night, like most hotels do, but keep the money for the whole stay (in our case it was 5 nights)??? This is really scamming or this is how they make money???

Gli appartamenti si trovano in una splendida Villa anni Trenta, situata a circa 3 km dal centro storico di Verona. Il nostro era un bilocale con cucina/zona giorno dotata di divano letto, microonde, bollitore, tv e tutto ciò che serve per cucinare, camera matrimoniale e bagno. Gli ambienti sono luminosi, ampi ed arredati con gusto. All’esterno si trovano un grazioso giardino ed il posto auto (gratuito). Il centro di Verona è raggiungibile in auto o con i mezzi pubblici, la fermata dell’autobus è proprio davanti alla struttura, la linea notturna ferma poco distante ed impiega circa una mezz’oretta. Abbiamo utilizzato il taxi solo una volta ed abbiamo speso 15€ con tariffa notturna. Consiglio di fare la colazione da Dolceamaro perché ne vale davvero la pena, le brioches sono ottime, per un pasto veloce o un aperitivo c’è il Bar Buseto, il locale è carino ed il titolare molto simpatico. Sempre nei dintorni si trovano pizzerie, ristoranti, una farmacia, una gastronomia, una erboristeria, insomma c’è tutto ciò che serve. Se devo trovare un difetto, mancava la linea Wi-Fi ma non ne abbiamo sentito la mancanza visto che eravamo sempre in giro e sarebbe stato carino trovare qualche bustina di tè, tisane e camomilla in più visto che c’è il bollitore, ma sono davvero due cose di poco conto. Il posto è davvero bello, tranquillo e rilassante, il personale è gentile e discreto.
