Stayed five nights(EXCLUDING A DRAINAGE ISSUE THAT MADE THE ROOM SMELL A BIT UNPLEASANT ON THE LAST DAY) i must say i had no other issues here. The breakfast was good and a wide selection, the bar is well stocked for people of all drinking association. The room was kept clean an fresh daily and they have have an in room fridge stocked with a few bits in case you need a drink(at a cost). The location is good as well just 13 minutes to the town centre and 22 minutes to the main transit station that has fast trains going to all the other major cities.

The rooms were cozy & comfortable. Air conditioning. The staff was friendly, smiling, very helpful, & spoke English. The breakfast was more a break-lunch-dinner all in one. Unbelievable! Thank you from the Canadian Bears Aug 2018.

We looked for a place where to stay for one night along our trip. The hotel itself was fine, however the bathroom's airsystem was very noisy and kept going on all night. Moreover the room temperature was 26.5celsius straight. We tried to downgrade it with the termostat but without any success. I personally couldn't sleep.

The hotel staff were all very friendly and helpful, and the receptionists spoke English, which was very helpful for us. The restaurant's dinner service was just okay. The room was really pretty, but the bathroom smelled strongly of urine.

awful costumer service by management. I understand when there are rules and policies but sometimes certain situations call for allowing exceptions, such as when an airline cancels your flight due to their strike you can't very well check into your hotel across the country anymore. But I guess Julia would like me to walk there or has no problem keeping my money even though I can't make it there.

The hotel was a little bit old, which showed on the elevators and furniture, but the staff made up for it in good service. Our reservation also had the wrong address, which made us circle around the block. Dinner was great and not overpriced.

Very nice hotel, small but comfortable rooms, various breakfast also with glutenfree option and super helpful receptionist. Also has a parking guests can use for free. I highly recommend it.

To the hotel management :if you want group tour to sit together in the back of breakfast area that is fine but let people know AHEAD Of TIME. OR MAKE a SIGN. how difficult is that?? do not tell people to move after we already sit down, it is rude. Especially when your staff can't even ask politely. All he can say is "GO" "GO", that's very welcoming your guest

Breakfast was good and worth it. Room was clean. But te rest was a total diseaster. A locked door in the middle of my room, from which came noises of my neighboors and thought that they may come every moment at my room, weird. Called for room service like 7 times till they answered, and yet couldn't speak english... A pica and a pasta came after 40 minutes, super cold, not like pica was baked but frozen. Couldn't eat it.

Room was not as described. In fact first they tried to give a much smaller with one bed instead of the promised 3 beds. It was old and filthy. The location is also not very nice. You can take the bus to the town center pretty easily, though. I don't think we would stay here again.
