I was fortunate to go on a Valpolicella winery tour with Valeria, who is a wonderful and knowledgeable guide. Valeria is exceptionally knowledgeable about the wine regions near Verona and Lake Garda, knows everything about the area generally, and speaks excellent English, which allowed us to discuss all kinds of interesting issues having to do with both wine and many other things. It is a good day touring when you get to drink excellent wine, eat great food, learn about one of the world's great wine regions, and meet a new friend along the way. We will ask Valeria to be our guide again the next time we are in Verona.

This June, 2022, we had the opportunity to once again spend time with Valeria of Veronatours, The Tour Boutique. Her expertise and grace are unequaled in my experiences. On our first day Valeria took us through her city on the “Comprehensive Verona City Tour,” pointing out, then explaining, the four layers of civilization and architecture through its history, its wondrous landscapes, and the nature of its peoples. The next morning she led us on a day-long trip through the countryside, including a motorboat ride on Lake Garda, a stop for lunch at a hilltop restaurant (5 stars, imho), and winding up at a unique Valpolicella winery featuring some of the finest Amarone I’ve ever tasted. Both tours were private for our small group. That final stop was special because we met Valeria seven years ago when we booked the “Signature Amarone Wine Tour.” We enjoyed the experience, her commentary, and her company so much that we kept in touch through the years, especially during the pandemic, when the treasure that friendships represent became so very evident.

Lorella and I toured the ancient Roman landmarks of Verona on a warm afternoon in June. Lorella not only understood the layout and history of the older part of the city, the Citta Antica, but also shared both the architectural history and the unique families, mayors and persons of yore, such as Napoleon, who helped to literally shape the City. I came away with both a new understanding and appreciation of Verona, but also the people and social movements that shape the places we still see today. Lorella was also helpful in pointing out both the classical and contemporary artists and artisans who make Verona such an attractive place to visit. I highly recommend the Roman History tour and look forward to exploring other aspects of Verona on another tour with Lorella and Valeria.

We had a wonderful tour of the Valpolicella wine region with Valeria on our recent visit to Verona. My husband and I love Amarone, and Valeria chose 2 wineries to give us an overview of the history and process of making this wonderful wine. Prior to arriving we communicated by email to customize a tour to a small family winery and also one of the top producers in the region. We felt privileged to have a tour of the cellars and a delicious tasting at each. Valeria was a wonderful guide and entertained us all day with stories and insights into the culture. The next day we did a half-day tour it’s. Alegría again in the city of Verona, which was the perfect amount of time to get a feel for the place and see some beautiful sights. She also gave us tips on where to eat and other things we could do on our own If you are ever in Verona, I highly recommend that you get in touch with Veronatours to customize the perfect tour for your interests. Ciao!

Valeria made the tour of Verona a personal experience for us, and helped us understand the intricacies of Verona's history! She further adapted "on the fly" to our circumstances and preferences. I would recommend Valeria Biasi - as a highly knowledgeable and experienced guide - to anybody visiting Verona! August, 2022

Lorella is a lovely guide: personable, friendly, and very deeply steeped in Verona’s history. We had a great time and learned all kinds of interesting tidbits about the city. Fun three hours filled with eye opening moments. Not your run-the-mill Romeo & Julia Tour but something more relevant and personal. Grazie!

We very highly recommend hiring Verona Tours, specifically Valeria, for a full day spectacular e-bike adventure through the hills of Valpolicella. Valeria was informative, knowledgeable, and a lot of fun. We had two really interesting Amarone wine tastings and the most delicious lunch at Trattoria Caprini. A must do with Valeria when you stay in Verona.

We spent a wonderful morning with Valeria touring Verona! As a native Veronese she is an expert in this city and it’s history, people, traditions and stories. She also had some surprises along the way! Valeria is incredibly approachable and my kids all really enjoyed walking and talking with her as well as asking questions that came up along the way. I would recommend her as a tour guide for everyone, and next time we are in Verona we would love to spend another morning together. Maybe she will even tell you the best gelato shop in Verona!

Valerie is a very knowledgeable and professional guide. She took our family of four on a 3 hour walking tour and she was able to balance our diverse interests in sightseeing. It was interesting to see the city through the eyes of a local and walk the paths we otherwise would have missed. The tour was informative but not overloaded with the facts nobody cares to remember.

(Translated by Google) An experience, not just a city tour. I took part in Veronetta-Quartiere Controverso, the idea immediately intrigued me. I came out satisfied and fascinated. The guides Valeria with Lorella showed themselves prepared and open to comparison. While living the city, I discovered glimpses and stories unknown to me. Recommended! Pur vivendo la cittĂ  ho scoperto scorci e storie a me sconosciute. Consigliato!

(Translated by Google) I took part in the tour with Lorella and Valeria from Veronetta Urbana. We were a small group of 5. What can I say, the tour was really nice, enjoyable and a lot of fun. Valeria and Lorella are very prepared, and they manage to show those goodies of Verona, which even someone like me, who lives in the city, doesn't know. Super recommended! Super consigliato! :D

Just a lovely person and a wonderful guide. Valeria was punctual and immediately asked us what our plans were for our time in Verona so she could adapter our tour to our plans. She was engaging throughout and thoroughly knowledgeable. We could have spent all weekend walking round the city and still missed several of the sites she took us to not least the Roman villa in the basement of Benetton. We would happily recommend her city tour to anybody, you’ll see more and learn more in those three hours than is otherwise possible. Thank you Valeria Richard and SallyAnne

Had a beautiful early morning walking tour with Valeria, who was a true joy to spend time with. Learned a lot about Verona in a short time, was very sad when it ended. Thank you so much Valeria!

Valeria met our group of 4 at our hotel with a van and driver. A couple of our members have difficulty walking so Valeria was very responsive to our needs. We asked her to skip the Arena and any Romeo and Juliet locales; we were attending an opera at the arena the night before and we know the Romeo and Juliet story is fantasy. She substituted some sights outside of town and with some great views of the city. Valeria was very knowledgeable and charming. I highly recommend her tours.
