Service : Excellent service. They were quick to respond to every request. Very polite , perfect experience. Room: Room was spacious , had a small garden to it so was even better. Bed was big and comfortable. The bathroom was clean and big too. All amenities provided. Food: Food was good, breakfast buffet caters to kids too so that was brilliant. All restaurants are good. Property: Beautiful property, well maintained pool and lawns. They also provide costume on sale incase you missed to pack ( however no choices, basic body suit) **Special mention, we had a very early checkout and no time for breakfast but they offered and packed some for our baby which was very sweet.

Rooms were nice and clean. Location is little inside and far from beach. You will love large swimming pool if going in bigger group. Food was good too. I loved their breakfast which includes almost all items. Overall nice experience. Feedback is room should have doormat for bathroom to avoid splash in whole room.

The experience was mind-blowing. The best service, amazing food, superb ambience. The rooms were clean and hygienic. The staff is very courteous. The swimming pool is very clean. It has the gaming zone where they had billiards, Airhockey, carrom, chess, tennis, foosball and a library to read books. Outdoor games like cricket and badminton. One can have the best and most relaxing holiday. It has spas and salon services. Early morning one can avail of yoga and meditation services also. The food spreading buffet is amazing. The best stay ever and a memorable trip.

The staff was really friendly and Mr.Hrishikesh from the Housekeeping department just did an excellent job. Mr.Manish from the Lounge bar was just amazing. He had great knowledge about his department and the drinks were just perfect and as we liked it. He add 5 stars to the experience. Was really happy with both of their work attitude and their dedication.

This review is specially for Manish from lounge bar he made our day by making delicious cocktails and really awesome skills he is having really great knowledge about drinks and he knows how to make his guest happy. Enjoyed stay in Radisson Blu. Room and the location is awesome... Me and my daughter enjoyed a lot in pool and gaming section. Only disappointed with food. Though it is a five star resort food was not upto the mark. Breakfast is good but the food ordered for dinner was not good enough.

The highlight of the property are Staff, Swimming pool and the open gardens to begin with. My experience, loved the Bar staff, the person who runs the games and activity for guest, was just too good, might visit this place just because of him ( a must try game, scavenger hunt). And lastly the front office and the house keeping staff. The swimming pool, is the highlight of this place, clean and welcoming. I would have loved to see the sunken bar in action. The property has some good varieties of floura and fauna. If you are an early person can spot close to 25 species of birds in the property. I loved the way the sparrows had made a next in the lamp shared on the exterior of varanda. A suggestion, can you also make an open bird house....? Overall, a good place to be to break the active hustle and bustle of the city living.

Absolutely wonderful resort to spend time with family and friends. Delicious food, polite and efficient staff, simple but well maintained property. We stayed for 3 nights, and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Definitely recommended 👍.

Stayed here for 1 day on 5 Feb 2022. Somehow felt it to be a bit too pricey for what it has to offer....the biggest turnoff is the location of this property and its approach road....one has to take a detour from the main road and has to pass through a narrow village lane for around 1 km. This road is hardly sufficient for 2 vehicles to pass and is full of potholes and speed breakers.....and then the property pops up amidst empty farms/lands...even if one decides to ignore this turn off, the property also fails to wow you....lifts are small and outdated with wooden work on walls...while we were walking to our room, a staff joins us in between and accompanies us to our room...explains basic things about room and asks 5 times if he can go, clearly indicating that he is expecting some tip...not expected this at Radisson...breakfast was good and the staff at Aparanta were very good ... Overall a not so great experience at the price point commanded.

Excellent resort with very good service and rooms are pretty big and well maintained. The food is also very nice but what tops it all is the efficient staff and the service levels. Overall a very good experience and highly suggested for a family vacation. Special mention of Mr Kaushik and Ms Babita who were always checking of we needed anything and were there to readily help with all our requests

Stay was very good. Hotel was very clean with lot of greenery and serene lush green courtyard inside. The staff was very helpful and courteous. Rooms were spacious with all the amenities and were very clean. All our special requests were met. The amenities at the hotel were also open and we could enjoy them (indoor entertainment and games, cycling...). here was also cultural event in the evening which we enjoyed. Swimming pool was very good. SPA was also very nice and we booked few services from them on the last day. Breakfast was very nice with lot of varieties to choose from both Indian and Continental and live counters. We loved the dinner at the "Kokum & Spice restaurant" which was inside the hotel (very nice vegetarian preparation dishes by the chef). Overall a very nice place to stay for 1-2 days with family. We wish the staff of Radisson Blu Alibaug hearty best wishes and keep up the good work in keeping the guest happy and satisfied.

Very beautiful and spacious property with amazing view. The five star rating is dedicated to the restaurant staff for there delicious food and wonderful hospitality. The chef, staff and every single attendant is very helpful and always ready to put an extra effort to make things convenient for the guest. One of the most picturesque and luxurious hotels in Alibag. The cuisine, the ambience and the service are at par with best in class hotels. It's a very large and well laid out property. Only the approach to the property is through narrow and rough roads. But it's worth the experience.

We have visited here for new year. Its quite far from beach but has lot of things to do within the campus so you don't feel to go out. Staff behavior and services is not so great as 5 star property but I could find rooms very clean and neat. Breakfast and buffet was excellent but too much priced if you buy anything extra.

Rooms clean and spacious. Large swimming pool. Very poor service. Although all rooms were booked, room service response was very delayed. Restaurant staff very less to cater to large number of people. Morning breakfast buffet tea quality was not good at all. Fresh juice was refused . Dinnerwas worst in service. Food was decent. Cocktails not available. Orders were being forgotten. Don't blame them as only 2 people were managing about 10 to 12 tables. Mosquito mat took 1 and half hr to arrive. In general very poor management.

We had a very pleasant stay at this property. Beautifully done . The food at every restaurant was amazing. And staff was very cordial too. We will visit again.

After picking up the top category rooms we still witnessed compromised service. Highly disappointed how our query was managed. We were educated on policy and procedures whilst it wasn’t followed by their end. We expected that comfort but it felt the money is paid and there is nothing much one can do. By far we haven’t witnessed anything like this especially from Radissons

This is very well maintained 5 star hotel, spacious and beautiful swimming pool..Rooms are 5 star... surrounding are well maintained, service is good, food are awesome , Every items served are delicious and great in taste. Very well for one day meeting, conference room has capacity of 100+ people to accommodate, AC is centrally managed by chiller units, I have called reception but they not provided me required thing hence 4 star for service, Location is pretty much inside from main road, and external outside road area is not maintained...There is Bar and pub inside this premises for enjoyment .Konkan food also served in this hotel.allover nice experience..

It was a pleasure staying at this property, Excellent resort with excellent food and service. They offer complementary fruits, coconut water and high tea near swimming pool area. Breakfast was amazing with multiple options to choose : Indian, continental, etc. . Overall the experience was brilliant and enjoyed a lot. I will definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends and family to visit.

The property is great and spread across large area. We were in a villa, which are quite spacious and lavishly decorated. However, the dinner buffet was a disappointment.(better to try a-la-carte) Breakfast and evening tea are enjoyable and tasty.

Serene, calm and peaceful stay. The staff is very well behaved, courteous and friendly. Receptionist Vikram was very generous, considerate and helpful. As I was staying with my 2 year old kid, the staff and management made sure to make my stay comfortable. Room was spacious and clean. The property is big and well-maintained. The only Property that is good in Alibaugh near to beach that u can choose to stay. Food is good ,staff is polite and always ready to help. This property is more of like Wedding destination, the only attractive part is pool. The management should consider the center area to keep lively, the fountain should be kept on as the center part look too dead.

It was a great experience staying at Radisson blue. The amenities were great and spread over a huge area.. from the moment we got down from the vehicle the hospitality shown was soo nice till the end. The food was great as well in all the restaurants. Worth it!

Beautiful Property with a Grand Swimming Pool We recently had a pleasure to stay at Radisson Alibaug just when Monsoon started. It has a grand lobby with stunning artwork. Rooms are well maintained with a balcony attached, from which you can enjoy the beautiful view of hotel's interior area & mountains which seem very near to you! Bathtub & many other amenities are also available. Food in Kokum Spice & Aparanta is delightful. Breakfast area isn't very big, considering the size of the hotel so some guests had to wait in a separate area for Sunday breakfast. This can be improved. Grand swimming pool provided a relaxing escape. For kids below 3 years, they have an amazing indoor play area, which has a big ball zone, slides, tent & many other games! Overall our stay was a truly magnificent experience!

Room size is good with small pvt garden. However, the room was smelling very moist & AC was ineffective. Thanks to Radisson team for upgrading my room to suit. Resort is very lovely with scope for meditation, creativity & huge swimming pool. However, I found lack of coordination amongst their team as they kept calling to know when I was going to vacate the room despite my check out already done hours before!

Went there for midnight snack . The restaurant was redone and looking good . The seating has been spread out parallel to the partly open kitchen and buffet counter.Ordered a burger ,but very disappointed.. inform the server too. The desert on the other hand was good ! The experience could have been better'. Have had better experience before.

Great place for a small weekend getaway… the most carrying n service based staff I have seen.. they r just not taught to say no… but the food lacks options… not the best in taste…Infact they only have 1 Marathi cuisine restaurant 1 lounge n 1 buffet place… no veg fast food or specialy Asian restaurant… rooms smelled of mildew the first day …..but amazing staff great property…. Worth a visit for a small duration just to chill

Cons- 1.The approach road to the resort can be improved 2.There shud be some curtain or sliding door to separate the bathing area in the bathroom 3.Dinner buffet options can be increased.

Went along with my family for Dinner at Radisson twice in the last two months. They have a buffet and ala carte option. Food is good but definitely not out of world. Buffet costs you around Rs. 1800 + Taxes per person. Two types of Soups, About ten options in Salads, 4 to 5 options in Veg/Non-Veg starters, Main course has a standard variety. You would enjoy the desserts spread if you have a craving for sweets. Ice Cream and Coffee was served on inquiry as the counters are placed outside the restaurant.

This is a decent resort. If you just want to go to a resort where u can stay inside, swim, eat , spa and play some basic games you can go here. There is nothing much around the place. This place is not located near the beach and is around 4km far. There are 2-3 restaurants inside the resort but apart from that nothing great outside the resort. This is a 5* property hence food has to be costly but I found the taste to be average, but since no other option outside this is the one you will end up using. Rooms are ok, the one where I stayed seems to be a twin one but they joined it to make a double bed, it was very uncomfortable. I don't know how that bed was given for 2 adults and one child. Overall the resort is good, well maintained, good swimming pool, good spa and good ambiance across..

Hotel premises are very nice, with great pool area and nearby beach. The Restaurant is also beautiful, which specializes in all types food. Good quality food and good staff/waiters. The lounge area outside was also very cool, live munching counters in the evenings overlooking pool. Overall a nice hotel

Amazing property, great amenities. Key highlights are the friendliness of the staff and the highly equipped games room. Small feedback on the speed of service of the restaurants, and maybe it would be nice to have some kind of shuttle service to the beach.

Rooms were nice and clean. The bathroom and washroom size was decent and not spacious enough. Service was good. Food was good but nothing mind-blowing. Location is a big let down as the roads are in a pretty bad shape. No Hair dryer in our room for such a big brand was a let down.

Breakfast buffet is simply superb with wide spread. Service is quick and staff are quite friendly. This is a great place to relax on weekends.

Super property for a getaway from the hustle if Mumbai. Staff (from front office to the chef and the servers) were all fantastically hospitable and the food was great!

The driver room is not good even the washroom and bathroom is not good no clean blankets do all hotel owners think that the driver are zombies and not human worst not all drivers make dirt so please keep are the things clean and make sure the drivers should get the clean washroom and bathrooms and if any driver making it dirty make sure that let him clean all the mess which he has made. So please don't compare all drivers as uneducated.

We visited the restaurant kokum and spice that serves coastal konkani food. It was an excellent experience. We are vegetarian food and they had good options. The food was very good. Attending staff was very polite and friendly. We thank Chef Rajesh, DJ and team for cooking such amazing food and making our trip worth it.

Waste to time & money! Food is not at all good. Would prefer having street food rather than eating here. They dint hv pizza or prawns being located in beach City. Fried rice was absolutely disappointing. Khichadi at home could be better than this. Just for name sake 5* but in reality it's not worth of 3* even. Only the ambiance and property built up is nice but not value for money.

Swimming Pool is never clean! If you have plans to chill in the resort and want to relax in the pool? You shouldn't book this property as I've never experienced a clean pool. Service is okay (no complaints) Food is unnecessarily expensive & Taste needs to be improved Overall a decent stay but likely to not go there again!

Rooms are spacious with large sit-out, clean and pool view or pool access rooms have a splendid view. Beds were queen size, so it was a thumbs down if you have kids with you. Small sofa is there, but could have kept a little bigger one for families traveling with kids. Bathtubs were clean, but little poorly maintained as the drainage chain was broken. Restaurant rates are much higher than most other similar 5 star hotels, but good options nearby in alibaug market area. Pool was large, but had lots of dry leaves. Chlorination too was excessive as evident by the gross skin color change. No life guard and no spare floats etc available. Room service staff was very good.
