Tasteless, oily pizza margherita. The plastic cutlery was useless. The service was nice but the pizza was awful.

Horrendous. Complete chaos. Takes absolutely ages just to order, then you have to queue again to collect your order. When you’re waiting for a flight, the service needs to be quicker, not slower than usual. Gin and tonic was horrendous. A disaster.

Don't order pizza from here if you don't have at least 40 mins. Simple Margherita took nearly 35 mins to come out when the restaurant was mostly empty.

Tourists, go away from this pizza, for 16€ it’s a robbery. Pre-cooked pizza, terrible taste

Not a bad place, but they warmed my sandwich with fresh ingredients, completely ruining the taste... Even if I asked not to!

The service was really great. The food on the other hand… horrible. We had a pizza with prosciutto and funghi. I never had more bland, tasteless pizza in my life. Mushrooms were the worst part - soggy and tasteless. Not something I would expect in Italy and certainly not something I would return to.

Abysmal service. Total chaos and absolutely no organisation. After waiting more than half an hour for our food we were told to sit in another queue for the rest of the order. The pizza was disgusting, I had better frozen ones. Focaccia sandwich mediocre at best. Avoid at all cost. Ma Che Scam!!!

The sandwich was excellent. So was the coffee. The pizza was sub-standard. But hey it’s fast food pizza, I’m not mad about it. What I am mad about is the wait time (30+ minutes. Also even when you order from the machine and get an electronic tracker, they do no deliver all items at the same time and have to wait 10 minutes in a separate line to get you sandwich, 10 minutes in another line to get your coffee, etc.. This is one of the most annoying systems I have seen. Could have been a nice experience otherwise…

Seriously worst pizza I ever had! The mushrooms smelled really bad. Employees were also rude

Pizza completely burned, it tasted really bad, I left it in the garbage, I guess even worse than Pizza by Alfredo "Both in quality of ingredients, and overall taste". The counter device didn't work so the waitress called the number, but instead of 69 she called 62 (siksticiu), of course I waited 15 minutes before realising that piece of cold wood was my "pizza". Nevertheless she claimed she called the right number🤦. 19€ for the worst pizza and service ever.
