Disappointing experience at McDonald’s. I don’t recommend this place.

Pausa pranzo mercoledì 24/07/2024, ambiente largo e senza gente in eccesso, bellissima la vista sull'autostrada 4 e l'aeroporto.

I got less cheeseburgers than i payed for❌

Non riescono smaltire gli ordini neanche di una semplice colazione. Mettete più personale oppure gente più sveglia. Attendere 30 minuti x un cappuccino mi sembra un pò tanto....

Per essere in un' aeroporto,i prezzi e la qualità sono quelli di un Mc qualsiasi

Az étel nem volt olyan mint más hasonló étteremben. Azt pedig nem értem, hogy amikor tömegesen késnek a járatok és a reptéren mindenhol emberek fekszenek a földön akkor miért nincs arra lehetőség hogy legalább ott le lehessen ülni. 😞🥲

Ogni volta che mi trovo all’Aeroporto Internazionale di Orio al Serio, una sosta al McDonald’s è un must. L’unico piccolo difetto è che non viene offerto il servizio al tavolo, quindi bisogna aspettare il proprio vassoio e portarselo da soli, ma nulla di troppo problematico.

Zamówiliśmy 3 tosty, 3 cheeseburgery i 1 cappuccino. Dostaliśmy dwa McBacon i dwa razy 4 McNuggets. Czas oczekiwania ponad 15 minut. Brak jakiejkolwiek pomocy. Pracownicy strasznie się ociągają. Ludzie spieszą się na loty. Jeżeli jesteś w pośpiechu i zależy ci na czasie, unikaj tego miejsca. Zdecydowanie nie polecam

They serve no vegetarian burgers at all. Slow waiting line, no place to sit. Stay away…

It was alright. It tasted like normal McDonalds. The only downside was that its more expansive than in the city and the wait for the food was 15 minutes. Otherwise good

Terrible manager! The totem had a problem and duplicated my order, it gave an error and didn't print the receipt! I had a financial problem and the manager refused to help

Sconsigliato se avete poco tempo e viaggiate con famiglia, non funziona paga in app, personale da informazioni approssimative.

HORRIBLE, the workers are so rude and ridiculously slow. Especially in places like airports where people rush, it shouldn’t be like this. I waited first 15 minutes for my order (and it was first on the list) but this was still okay. Then 20 minutes staying on ANOTHER line to take my coffee. I don’t know who thought it was a brilliant idea to make two waiting lines, first to pick up the food and then McCafé…

Oltre 80 persone in fila. Difficile definirlo “fast food”. Capisco che si trovi in aeroporto ma la gestione dietro al bancone era una scena ridicola. Peggior Mc di sempre

Worst McDonald’s Ive ever been to, SLOWEST staff, if you want to wait 30mins for your food, go here. WAY too relaxed.

they just can't handle the crowd. There are so few people working in the restaurant that they can't serve people. The display doesn't show the correct numbers, the staff barely speaks English. chaos!

ROCHELLE E TUTTO IL PERSONALE TOP GENTILEZZA!!!! Perso il portafoglio proprio prima di partire (per iniziare le vacanze con il botto) si sono tutti preoccupati, si sono anche premurati di cercare tra i rifiuti e le ricevute, POI ROCHELLE (Spero si scriva così) EMERGE COME LA MADONNA dopo averlo trovato, grazie ancora!!!

Sisi ma state tutte tranquille... Non c'è nessuna fretta... Non siete all'interno di un aeroporto.. La gente non aspetta voli.. È assurdo.. Sono tipo in 10 persone dietro al bancone.. Per esaurire una fila di 4 persone ci mettono 25 minuti.. Stiamo parlando di McDonald's... Non una trattoria..e sopratutto quelli davanti a me avevano 3 cose in tutto! Io idem.. 1 panino 1 acqua.. Più di 20 min. Trovate un bravo manager.. Che abbia voglia di lavorare. Poi dopo lavoro vi trovate per raccontarvi le barzellette! Evitare come la peste.

Where to start if Google offered zero stars this place would collect them like Pokémon! This is supposed to be fast food there was nothing fast about it the only time the staff moved fast was when they were running to the back unhygenic horrific hell of a hole don’t go

I get that Italians hate foreigners and can be racist af to us but if you work at an INTERNATIONAL Airport, you should at-least speak a bit of English, no? 🥴 Got screamed at ‘NO!’ in my face when i asked if my order is one of those in the counter which IT IS! The dude just cannot speak nor understand English. These people lack humanity seriously. You scream at human beings like we are dogs. Disgusting.
