    This location is the worst. Tonight I did a mobile order and had to wait a long time once I got there. My husband and I thought we would have time to dine in once we got there, but it took them so long to get our order done that we ended up having to eat in the car on the way to our event. The same employee asked me what my name was three times. When they finally got our order to us I checked it because every time I go to this location they either get my order completely wrong or leave something out. When I checked it, the order was not right at all. They took it back and gave the bag that we had just dug through to someone else. Then we had to wait another ten minutes on our meal to be what we ordered. We were not given any discounts or anything for their negligence or lack of customer service. This is the worst Chick-Fil-A I have ever eaten at. I shouldn’t have to check my order every single time I go. I will not be eating at this location again. I would strongly suggest anyone reading this choosing a different location or double checking your order.

    This is by far the worst chick fil a in Birmingham. Not sure where the problem lies, but something needs to be done to fix them. The drive thru, even when it’s not that busy, takes 15-20 minutes at the LEAST. Orders constantly wrong. Inside service is a little better. I give 2 stars bc the food still taste like normal CFA food.

    Kendall has a complete gift for hospitality, absolutely made my experience, if it weren’t for his trainer hounding him while he was taking my order, couldn’t it wait for after and in a less toxic way? Completely unprofessional just barking at him for such a innocent mistake such as not allowing our car to pull completely up. Kendall keep up the good work and it was pleasure meeting you.

    We love CFA. This location has so much potential, but consistently disappoints. Currently in drive thru line for almost 20 mins and barely half way through. You risk a long wait time if you choose any peak time throughout the day. Lunch and dinner wait times are particularly slow. This issue needs to be addressed. Until this happens we will not be back.

    I have tried this place several times. And today I am going to have to leave a review. I do the online order each time I come to make sure that my order is correct. In the past something is always left off and I just go back and get it fixed. I am on a short break today only to get back to work and not have my top bun on my sandwich! Whhhhhyyyy ????? I do understand that the lines are super busy when i come but not having my bun on top makes me not even want to eat!! I don't think I will be back because this is like the 5th time something wasn't correct.

    They leave something out every time so this time I stayed at the window and checked and luckily I did bc an item was not there. Got home and had zero sauce and the fries were cold and hard. I only live 5 minutes away. Usually I go to the Hoover store and never have this problem. I won’t make this mistake again

    This was the worst Chick-Fil-A I’ve been to. The floors and tables were filthy. Bathrooms were dirty. My cashier was nervous and barley got my order correct. The employees seemed stressed and rushed. My fries were not fresh. I was completely shocked. I expect to see that at McDonald’s but NOT Chick-Fil-A. I’ll never go back. Avoid this location if possible.

    I got a deluxe sandwich in drive through. I was driving and eating. I was paying attention to the road and not my food. When I got home to eat my last bite I realized my chicken was not cooked properly. I pray I do not get poisoned. I have had a few instances with this location with over cooked fries that can barely be bitten and cold tenders that weren’t fresh. And now undercooked pink chicken smh! This is very disappointing Bc I don’t eat out much and typically if I choose to it’s Chick-fil-A. But I may have to use another location since this one has been below expectations.

    And it has begun, the steady decline in both service and food. Third consecutive trip and food wrong, frosted coffee in a warm and good just thrown into the bag and spilled out, no napkins, no sauce after asking twice. That would be my last trip to this location.

    One of my worst CFA experiences and I've been to plenty. I waited almost 10 minutes for food that was old when there was almost nobody else in the store. Nobody greeted me for a good 2 minutes as the employees and an off the clock manager were chatting with a person that seemed to work at another location. Fries were cold and so salty they were inedible.

    Had probably my worst Chick-fil-A experience here. I should have sat at the drive-thru window to confirm my order, but wanted to keep it moving considering all the cars behind me. I pulled into a spot out front and realized my order was incomplete. I unloaded my 1 year old and carried my order inside. I approached the waiting area with my hands full and no one on staff even looked at me. I waited a few minutes and then got in the order line. Even though there were 6-8 employees behind the counter talking amongst themselves, only one register was running, despite the 4+ parties in line. I eventually got the rest of my order and they didn’t even say “my pleasure”.

    This use to be one of my favorite location, not anymore. I did a mobile order for dine in and I order 2 Honey Pepper pimento spicy sandwiches and other items. I have everything correct but my 2 sandwiches. Instead 2 Honey Pepper pimento spicy sandwiches, I got 2 Deluxe one of them with American cheese that look like it been sitting in the warmer for while and the other pepper cheese. I went to the corner to let the young man know this is not what I order. I was looking all confused and saying he don't understand how I have everything correct and the sandwiches is not. At this point I was furious because I don't have no reason to lie about some food. The other young man was very sweet and trying to resolve the problem. I told this young my order Aleast 5 times and told him my name. He kept coming to me with 3 different names and this when I really started to get frustrated at this point. I told other young man, Where's your manager??? Because it been over 15 minutes and I still didn't get my sandwiches. Finally, when I said let see a manager, he running to me with the sandwiches and it still was wrong. Instead spicy chicken, I have original chicken. I won't be coming back to this location because it always a problem but I always brush them off because it wasn't a big deal but this situation really put the icing on the cake.

    Courteous service and tasty food at pretty ok prices. I particularly like the spicy deluxe. Only loses a star because if you order online, they wait until you're there to start fixing it, and you have to go through the line and tell them you're here to pick up your order. If you just show up and wait for your order to come out, they won't do it. Defeats the whole point of ordering ahead in my opinion

    I come here often to get lunch and maybe something for dinner too, but this past time they served me fruit with mold in it!! I didn’t notice it right away because I ordered it at lunch time and saved it to eat when I got off work that same day. I have pictures. Definitely not worth the $4+ spent on rotten food

    Good service. I was in and out pretty quickly. Always a plus for fast food. The nuggets, however were mostly burnt. Well, about half of them were. And the noise was something else. Too, too many kids for my taste.

    Been coming here since open, and it constantly disappoints. Lines run long. Service and culture is not up to Chick-fil-A standards. It is usually clean. Food is good. Fantastic location. It should be a flagship. But it is not. I am rooting for it, though. Ms. Faye is the best.

    Do not rely on this location to be fast. The drive thru is so slow. I have had enough time to write this review as I sit here realizing im going to be late to my son's Dr. Appointment after falsely thinking they would be super speedy like most CFAs.
