Amazing service, highly recommend. Welcomed our group traveling from Houston Texas with open arms. We ended up thinking we had a missing chicken burger but we were actually missing our beef burger. Despite our unfortunate mistake, they remade what we thought we were missing anyway. They even gave us a couple pies for free as an act of kindness. All in all, Very nice, Awesome folks. Will be back if in the area again 🙏🏼🤙🏼 Great tasting food, of course!

Three of us ate here. I got the chicken sandwich, we had a chicken strip basket and a original hamburger. All the food was excellent! The chicken was tender, juicy and full of flavor. My daughter got the hamburger (her first time here) she loved the burger and the sauce on it. I have eaten here twice while traveling through and both times, we had excellent food and service. The staff was over the top friendly. They were great!

People are fantastic. Food is better than Zaxby's and especially their sauces. The color of the place needs a little pick me by adding more colors, blue or more white, something.

Don't ever worry about the Sweet Tea being off here. They almost always seem busy here, but they do a great job of maintaining a great attitude and giving me fresh fries. I do miss the cherry pie and not a huge fan of the fresh ones, but the double-o sauce is always great.

Nice and clean, we dined in and the food was fresh and hot. The shake machine was down which was disappointing but the apple pie made it better. The bathroom was clean and well stocked and there was plenty of parking

I visited Milos for a late lunch on Highway 31 and Vestavia. Although it was late they were very busy with the drive-through wrapped around the building. I chose to go inside to eat. After about 5 seconds I was greeted politely and the young lady behind the register was new and whoever was shadowing her was not bothered by the fact that she had to ask a question and then another question do to the way that I ordered and paid. My total was 10.47 and I accidentally gave her $20.40 in order to get a $10 bill back , I forgot the additional 7 cent, so she was trying to figure out how to enter that in the computer Etc. The moral of this post is I can tell this location has great teamwork, attitude, precise timing and runs like a well-oiled machine. Normally when you order a hamburger at 2:30 in the afternoon it is what one would expect, kind of old but this was fresh hot and delicious

The service here is always quick and friendly, for fast food, they get the order right each time - which is a plus for me. I am not a fan of sweet tea and for dietary reasons cannot drink it, so the fact that they always get it right with my unsweet (at place that is famous for their sweet) is awesome! This is one for their best locations.

First time coming in at this location. Cashier was friendly. Had a Milo's first tier burger combo with large fry. Tea was good, burger was good just wish it was somewhat larger, and the fries reminded me of a medium fry, wish it could have been larger. Overall nice meal. Clean store.

I dined in. The food and service was way above average. Burger prepared exactly as ordered and the fries were cooked perfectly. My order was delivered to my table promptly. I was greeted with a kind Hello. It was prime lunch time and everyone was smiling and doing a good job. It was a pleasure to eat there.

In the world where everything is become homogenized it's refreshing to actually find something different. Their original burgers are very unique with their Milo's sauce and old school barbecue like buns. Don't forget to try their famous tea.

Fantastic food and service. Try the 3 piece chicken tender combo with Boom boom sauce. Full crew and they did a great job. Dining room was spotless.

So, I thought customer service was dead so n this new age, but then I went to Milo’s in Vestavia on 31 - very pleasantly surprised - the workers and managers here are top notch - grateful to see it!

Absolutely loved my first time experience, even though I was taking it to go. I loved their chicken and sauces. Juicy and favorable. Thank you, for the great service. It's hard to come that these days.

A good Milo's. They were slammed and made a mistake on my order but corrected it promptly. Super nice crew, and our go-to Milo's when we pass through the area now.
