    The food was good, and staff was friendly. But definitely not the typical Chick-fil-a experience. Long, slow moving line. Took quite a bit before food was ready. Just not the normal well oiled machine we have all come to know and love from Chick-fil-a.

    The absolute WORST cfa I have ever been too. It’s shocking how consistently slow it is, even after many reviews complaining about it. On top of that, my order had the right name with the right order label on it but what was in the bag was completely wrong. It’s like no one even bothered looked at it and just threw in a bunch of random stuff. When I got to the window, no one in there was making in hurry to get anything done and the man handing me my order was incredibly rude. Then, when I mentioned he forgot my drink, which was listed on my order label, he got frustrated at me… icing on the cake was that the food was cold.

    I would recommend avoiding this location. They charged my card more than my receipt on a drive-thru order last week. I've reached out to try to resolve and noone from the store is concerned enough to follow up with me. They also gave me a drink with a hole in the bottom in the drive-thru (it already had a substantial puddle in the to-go cup holder), so I got to clean up sticky tea all over my car on top of being overcharged.

    Chick is normally great, but this time, I didn't even get served. To be fair, I went 45 minutes till close (9 pm) according to their website. I wanted a grilled chicken club meal and a market salad that also has grilled chicken. When we went through the drive though to order, we were informed they were short staffed and out of grilled chicken and ice cream. We understand, but it was quite the inconvenience to drive to the restaurant and ended up a waste of our time, especially since we didn't order and had to wait until the cars ahead of us were finished before we were able to exit the drive through.

    Not gonna lie to yall this is the best chic fil a I've been to. They always hitting and haven't missed yet for me. Excellent service and delicious food.

    The wait was long in the drive through over 10 minutes, something I'm not used to at chick-fil-A and the food was warm not hot like I'm used to. Did not apologize or let us know what the hold up was about.

    Slowest CFA ever. Most recently ai went inside to order (breakfast time) & only 1 register was open, with 4 people in line and the woman ordering was 'confused' (or not very bright). So while we're all waiting there are 3 'mgmt' types just wondering around and 1 other young man not working the window. FINALLY, thankfully, the 'confused' woman orders and the line starts to move. THEN they realize the inside is backed up and open a 2nd register. This is not uncommon - I have had to wait after placing an order online. Service is consistently disappointing - unfortunately I go there fairly often as a treat for my wife.

    While I was there, I ordered a deluxe chicken sandwich with chick-fil-a sauce but a customer came out of nowhere and took my chick-fil-a sauce. A worker named Isaiah saw this happen and with perfect authority rebuked this mean customer who refused to give my sauce back. Isaiah then swiftly grabbed me another and as I choked up with tears in my eyes saying “thank you”, he looked back at me with his piercing brown eyes and said, “my pleasure”. I now go to this chick-fil-a daily to converse and bond with Isaiah.

    Never anywhere's to at time's! Orders are never ready, missing items, they forget the straws, and lil xtra stuff asked for! Not many ppl that work at any Chick-fil-A are ppl oriented, friendly, give you respect, always sarcastic, snotty, rude, and some act like there about you, better than you, or like your some kind of a disease!

    Would have given 5 stars but they got my order wrong . I had to go back after I got home. Very quick and speedy fixing it so they still get good marks for service.

    Slowest cfa I’ve ever been to. Routinely spend 10+ minutes in the drive thru, even when there’s only 3 cars waiting ahead. Typical great food and service quality - just slow as hell. Be prepared to wait if you come here.

    Have been here multiple times, each time hoping it was just “this time” Chick-fil-A is off. Nope. They are as slow as Christmas and yet when you get the food it looks as if it’s been sitting out 10 mins. Just went thru drive through just to find that my meal was cold, went in got more, and they still weren’t very good and it took even longer inside. I wouldn’t recommend.

    I have never had a fresh hot French fry from here. It’s always stale and cold even pulling out the drive through. Also the slowest chick fila drive thru in birmingham. Great chicken tho

    I spent over $26 for three people but only left with two entrees. They weren't busy and we were in a hurry, so we didn't think to check the bag until we started getting ready at home. I called up there and an associate picked up and told me I could get a full refund for my inconvenience and that he'll get a manager. The manager was not sympathetic to my situation at all. Whether it's company protocol to require patrons to come in store for a refund or not, there should be more in reconciling mistakes done on the behalf of staff.

    Wildly inconsistent. Very slow. Some good days. Mostly bad. You're taking a gamble entering this line. You can't get out and you could be there anywhere between 5 minutes and 45 minutes in my experience. This chick-fil-a is shockingly different from any other one I've been to. The customer care is simply not there at all.
