Good medical service but the reception could be better and more friendly. Moreover, the secretariat is clearly incompetent: I was reimbursed for fees due to overpayment and then received a reminder for unpaid invoices for the same amount!

First meeting with them, the ladies at reception are nice and the establishment is clean. Doctor Navarria (gynecologist) is smiling, very friendly and welcoming (the contact went very well 😄). She took the time to explain the problem to me and offered solutions. At the top 🔝 I recommend!!

Hello, I'm really disappointed to live in the new neighborhood and have a "medical center" that doesn't answer the phone (ex: this Wednesday May 12 they indicate that Thursday May 13 is closed, but they also close this Wednesday May 11 a priori for no reason...) and no one is at reception... No assurance regarding consultations... ATTENTION: It takes a lot of time for the answering machine to notify people of the places for emergencies... May -maybe they should understand that if we want to be followed by a pediatrician, it is not to always go to the emergency room for everything... In short, I strongly advise against it and will surely notify the town of Lancy that this is not the case. It's not normal in such a dense neighborhood populated with children to have such minimal service as this...

Very easy to access, parking in the shopping center next door, good welcome, good services. The waiting room could be nicer. A bit messy. But it deserves a little more attention, even if it’s the care that counts in the end.

Really the problem with this center is the secretariat. Always, they are not professional, they respond to us like dogs even if we are client-patients with the right to be treated well like any other person. I'm not talking about doctors, they are the opposite. Good luck to the next customers 🤦🏻‍♀️

Unlike some patients, I am very happy with the secretariat "the CML team. I was followed by a more than competent and very friendly physio. I have a family doctor who gives me complete satisfaction. Like another patient, I had to go urgently to Doctor Lee DA Silva. I won't go back there again, so unfriendly, even in an emergency
